For some reason the usual staff is all gone and now the new hires there are incompetent. One was clueless about the first partner packs for pokemon and couldnt even look them up in the system, the other thought that a pokemon ETB was a video game when I asked for it. I miss Carolina (the former manager) and her team, people that actual knew what they were selling and were enthusiastic about it.

Its a GameStop. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Clean store, parking lot can be difficult to get into.

This is the second time I have driven to this location to find this sign posted. I have waited outside for over an hour now and nobody has returned to open this store. Seeing as the store opens at noon, I cannot comprehend the need to take an hour long lunch at 2pm.

Hey all,As some of you may know, I worked at this location for a combination of 10 years. Over the years I saw GameStop change as a company and even though I may have disagreed with some of the changes...the current staff is the best in sometime. Not only are they passionate and knowledgeable about gaming, they truly love their loyal customer base. Carolina Love and her team are truly some of the best staff to be at the store in recent years!

Some staff very rude and lying, just to get you to leave the store. So they can go back to talking about their hair color.

We needed a scary PS4 game, had $20 and very little time to shop. Our cashier, I wish could remember his name, suggested a game he thought was within our budget and exactly what we where looking for. And we love it!

Friendly and they know there stuff

Honestly I feel like Im rating the staff more than the store because its just another gamestop. It stays up to date and clean. As for the staff, I love them. They are all supportive and enthusiastic about everything and what more can you ask for.

Staff is really nice and they are covid prepared

Have never liked going to gamestop but its almost the only way to get what you need. The manager is smug at best and she looks down on you if you ask a simple question or dont like the game she recommends. Other staff is always helpful but the manager needs some classes on working with the public.

Put a game on hold online. Received an email shortly after that it was ready to pick up. Went to the store great customer service, and got the game. Quick easy process!

They are always busy and judging by my transactions I can see why. The staff always knows their stuff! They are also very friendly and helpful.

GameStop is an absolute sham. They dont give you refunds for faulty items or games, and they will give you every run around they can think of to avoid the situation.

This particular location of GameStop is definitely one of my favorites - its very orderly and spacious. Friendly staff. Id gladly be back for another visit!

Employees gave wrong information over the phone that caused wasted fuel and the attitude I got because they was wrong was very poor. Who are they hiring these days

Never had an issue with this store until I attended my first midnight release. Went to fallout 4 midnight release and a man who Im assuming is the owner decided to give us a speech. In this speech, which he gave while we were lined up waiting for the game, he informed us of multiple features and quirks of the game which completely killed my enjoyment of the features and quirks he described. Stores only other problem is there is quite frequently a large line to check out.
