They are a nice cellphone store but I like to see prices without having to ask about each phone. They didnt have many up to date phones

I unfortunately switch to cricket and I got a couple phones there a month or 2 later my hotspot stopped working I called to ask they said my phone is taking off the hotspot listWe called few times they keep asking us to buy a new phone so they can make money.Carzy experience

I went in to simply buy an SD card and with not allowed because of mask mandate. I was six foot from anyone. masks are not proven to work. It is just our freedoms beginning to be taken away! If you do not stand for something you will fall for anything.

I dont recommend it at all.You will pay for a plan with hotspot with no hotspot on your phone!

Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, and terrible staff besides the only gentleman that works at cricket WIRELESS in the Palestine location! My husband and I was purchasing a phone and the women that was helping us gave us the bare minimum information and barely spoke to us especially when I was asking her questions about the products they sell. As she proceed to check us out she barely said anything to us and was more into her phone texting her boyfriend!!! Because she had her phone straight open in front of us. When I proceeded to ask the other women who was a employee she didnt say anything to me!! She rolled her eyes as I was trying to ask her questions again on products THEY sell, she hands me a paper with the choices of lines and that was it!!! But had a full conversation with the other women who was checking us out!!! Terrible staff I would start from scratch with new employees!!! Or we would take our services else where if there were more options of phone services in our town!

The girls that was working at the time didnt have the type of customer service you would expect they didnt care about my wifes question just circled something on a paper and handed it to her and while i was trying to get my new phone the woman was to worried about texting her man on snapchat to care or pay attention to the customer.

Came in to purchase a iPhone SE the original price was 349.99 they had a special going on for 249.99 when I tried to purchase for the special she told me I couldn’t because I didn’t qualify for the upgrade mind you I came to purchase the device full price so that would have been 349.99 even if I didn’t qualify for the special when I got to the counter to purchase I notice on the itemized receipt the purchase price was 399.99 before I slide my card I asked her how come the price went up she said it’s because she is charging me what apple charges something very fishy was going on so I told her to cancel the entire order and I walked out folks make sure you are reading and adding up the cost before signing anything

Was told to go to Wal-Mart and by a att phone then that phone quit 6 months later to buy a phone new kids there couldnt be brother with or anyone 3 times of this forget it. Thank God for one in Tyler Texas found out phone I got at Wal-Mart was recalled I got a really great new phone plus a service I was told I couldnt have at Palestine store was told had to close my account and start all over. Nope that a lie so now I can take my tablet and use my tablet. So go to Tyler Texas for all your Cricket needs.

Helped me unlock my phone

DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. I switched to this company not even 4 days ago. I brought my Galaxy Note 5 and paid $97 to get started with them (even thought I brought my own phone). Every since I switched to them, I have not gotten service even when Im 3.3 miles away from the store. The only time Ive gotten any reception was when I was a few years from them. I went in hopes that they can get it to work and the manager told my sister and I that I wasted $97 switching to them. My mom came in there with me next and she lied right to my moms face about what was said. The manager blamed everything except their service. I tried to get this resolved withcricket on Facebook and they deleted my comment and blocked me. This is how they treat their costumers. Please do not come here.
