I talk to a person (Allison) after spending hours on line trying to solve the problem. It took ruffly an hour. Most of which was waiting for the Verizon disconnect number to connect. A lot of the time I try to get online I have some problem. The last time it was the question was about who my best friend is. I tried every friend I had for all my life. But it wouldnt take one of them. Even the online assistant would demand I signin which I couldnt get past the security question. So I give the online a 0 star but Allison I give a 7 if I could. She put up with my irritation on the online issue.

Staff wasnt knowledgeable about anything I asked . I would have been better off if I had just decided to use smoke signals, during a windstorm. Thats the worst Verizon store, ever.
The reps in this store are rude to the point of being hostile. And they are about as organized as a Serbian uprising. They asked me my name 3 times, my phone number 3 times, my pin number twice, and I had to ask every question two or three times, and they still didn’t know the answers. They don’t seem to know the basic details of the phone plans listed on their own website. I finally left.UPDATE: I did give them a second chance when I was there and asked to speak with a different person. He was hostile as well, and it was like pulling teeth to try to get him to answer simple questions. Ive noticed that the owner posts standard responses to bad reviews to make it look like they care, which based on the high number of one-star reviews theyve gotten, they obviously dont care.

If I could rate a zero I would, this store in Palestine tx is worthless, everytime I have to come here I have issues and Ive been a very loyal customer for 9 years, and will continue to use verizon but the employees and manager if this store will argue with the customer will refuse to do what is right refuse to call verizon customer service. I recommend verizon as a great phone carrier but if you are going g or choose verizon it would be in your best interest not to use the Palestine tx store

Manager Jodi was well organized and very knowledgeable, worked well with customers and employees. Strongly recommend this Verizon office for all your cell phone and technical needs.
I understand that everyone is busy with the COVID19. However I ABSOLUTELY dont think its fair if someone calls in and enters everything you have to do to be verified and then put on hold for over 45 minutes. I have done this 2 times and I have been hung up on both times. If you dont have time to answer the phone then you need to turn off the option to be put on hold to wait patiently to talk to someone.

Closed Monday and Tuesday? Fut the wuck is this about?? I went by to get a new phone- first time they would let anyone in the store, so everyone was standing out in the heat and then I go back and low and behold they are closed.
I wouldnt recommend this Verizon store in Palestine, Texas to anyone. All they care about is selling phones. There is no customer service at all after they sale a phone to you. My grandfather is 90 years old. I got him a new phone because the etalk phone he bought from verizon stopped working less than a month after he got it. He is old and he needs a phone to call 911 if there is an emergency. They activated his new phone. He then asked if they could transfer the contacts. The lady said they couldnt do it because they didnt have time. He was the only customer in the store. My grandfather asked if they could help him set up his bluetooth in his truck they said they couldnt go outside. I ended up calling Verizon. They called the manager of the store. He lied and said they couldnt transfer the contacts to his new phone. Its a lie because they did it 2 times before on his other phones. Needless to say, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS VERIZON STORE TO MY WORST ENEMY. Monday Im calling corporate to report this store. There customer service practices will eventually catch up with them.
Im on a monthly plan with Android phone. I went in yesterday to buy a little bigger, better phone. They wouldnt sell me one. Im not under contract. When I first purchased the phone was told I could buy bigger, better when I could afford it. I was told to go to Walmart and buy same phone cheaper. I went to Walmart, they had phone about $60.00 cheaper, but SIM card will not transition from original phone to new phone. They cant transfer information, numbers, photos. And, if I understood saleslady at Verizon they cant or wont transfer information either.Whats a senior (citizen) to do? Any suggestions? I want to keep my same number if at all possible.
They are always great in Palestine. I will not go to the Verizon store in Crockett. They are rude and dont know what they are doing. I would rather drive 40 miles than drive 8 miles for great service.
Really friendly associates. Just wish they told you had to pay taxes on the phones up front. Other than that no complaints. Just need a bigger store and bigger parking lot.
I would advise u to go to Verizon store to troubleshoot phone I set on the phone for four hours and the couldnt find problem I went to Verizon store there for 35min my phone fixed great people working they all have a smile

Friendly service. Waiting time gets hectic during lunch hours and around 4-6pm. If youre deciding to go hopefully its before these times. Usually takes about an hour or more before they can get to you which is why they only get 3 stars. Plus bang for your buck isnt really something you get with these guys. Maybe thats why most people are switching. I knows thats why I did.

Really BAD service. I have had a Verizon account for years. I wish another something else worked in my location.I may have to use Verizon (until another provider is available) but I do not have to use this store.Something has to be better than this.
Allison was great! She put up with a looooot of different questions from us. She even calculated every scenario for us when it came to which phones w/ which plans. She sadly told me someone told her once she had a personality of a cardboard box. Jokes on them because she was able to laugh about it with us!I’m the type of person who gets frustrated with phone companies in general, and she understood that! If i have any issues I’ll definitely be looking to work with her again!And the service has been great! I have great service out in Oakwood too!

The staff is helpful the store is clean and they have plenty it devices available to choose from. Parking can be inconvenient because its right on the road but its usually ok.

I am contacting you in regards to a recent visit I had in your store. The way things were handled were absolutely unnecessary and I left wanting to leave your company for good. I have been a customer with Verizon for over 14 years. I came in to your store on Thursday February 21st, 2018. When walking in the door I was told that I needed my ID. AFTER being greeted BY NAME by almost every employee that you have. I informed them that I do not have my ID on me and have been coming to your location for years. Originally, I came in to the store to check the warranty on a broken flip phone I have. When walking in, the normal associate that I use was with a customer. So the girl asking for my ID called over Mr. Sennen. I asked him what he needed off my ID, he replied sarcastically YOUR ID. I left briefly, got my ID out of my vehicle and returned. From the get go he exhibited complexity, lacked integrity, patronized me and was utterly hateful. When I told him the reason for my visit, he said there was absolutely nothing the store could do for me and that I needed to leave and call customer service. That warranty issues were not handled in the store. This is not true, I have been assisted before with a warranty issue. He never even touched the phone in question. I was brushed off. This is not okay. You have a store front and are supposed to help the customer in anyway possible when something goes wrong with their cellular device. I reminded him, he as the Services Solutions Manager had the authority to offer a solution on a cheap phone that was less than a year old. I informed Mr. Sennen that I had been a customer for over 14 years with your company and live a very incredibly busy lifestyle. He quickly corrected me that in the system I had only been a customer for four years and my loyalty made no difference, that I still needed to leave and call customer service. He seemed as if he was too busy at your location to perform his customer service duties. Therefor, I told him if I was not going to get any type of help in this situation I was going to pay every single cent I owed on each phone, and the bill so that I could move on to a more customer based company. He smirked and walked off. Left me standing there with Allison. Although she was very helpful, I left with absolutely no help with my original situation, utterly upset that I was treated the way I was by a company that I have loved for so long and ready to move on to someone else that actually valued the customer. I reminded the gentleman that Verizon is loosing a customer, a good customer, over a $99 flip phone. He shrugged his shoulders and seemed as if not interested in my issue. I have not gone to another company because I wanted you to be made aware of the situation, and have the chance to make it right before I left your company. Had a very sweet your man help me and even though I was slow, he still took his tim with me.
At times its easy to get help from employees, but other times there is usually a wait.
I walked in and stated I wanted to file a ins. claim on phone. The young lady procedded to hand me a phone and dialed the asurion ins debt. and disappeared. I was treated like I was just a bum of the streets. They were rude and inconsiderate and very unhelpful. No one ever once made eye contact. I would rather drive to the center of the earth instead of having to deal with this people. I dont know if its incompetence or just plain laziness but it was horrible.....

Very busy. Not enough employees. Several upgrade customers. 30+ minute wait time for service. New sim card only took 5 minutes..At least the sales person didnt immediately sayYou need to upgrade your phone. like they did in Tyler or Baybrook stores.

Brought my brand new Moto Z2 in for warranty because screen is malfunctioning. I tried to pull the screensaver off because I thought it was the problem that the touch screen was not working properly. When I brought it into the store they said that I was pulling the screen off the front of it. And avoided my warranty. So I took it to three different repair stores and they all said that it was the screensaver I was pulling off not damaging the screen. The people in Verizon dont know what theyre talking about and theyre useless when it comes to making warranty calls. Now Im stuck with an $800 phone that doesnt work right. And yet the girl argued with me about the screensaver and she end up being the one wrong. I wish Sprint would move into Palestine I cannot stand Verizon especially the people that work in the Verizon store in Palestine they dont know what theyre doing

It took way too long to sign with Verizon. I thought that the whole process was unorganized. Some of the staff did not know what they were doing.

Ok here it is I got old phone replaced first part of the week battery bad would not hold charge. Wouldnt charge on charger for 15hours today was the 4 day trying to get my phone fixed or replaced bought new charger yesterday didnt need it but giving these kids the benefit of bought. I was told there was nothing they could or would do. Ive been a Verizon customer for over 10 yrs.
