Much better than the one by little ceasers...very friendly!

I have been a customer since getting my first phone way back in the mid 1990s. I like the service I get for the price. I like it being unlimited and my family being added for the lower price and them being all unlimited too. The thing I do not like is the fact that they sell foreign phones. I recently upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Note smartphone and after contacting Samsung directly found out that I was sold a phone that I was told was an Egyptian or some country overseas. I cant remember for sure but I think that was the country that Samsung told me. They said that I had the foreign phone and they wouldnt be updating the android software on it. I emailed the regional manager for my area and he was going to get back to me and never did. I went by the store and talked to the manager who was the one that had sold me the phone whenever I upgraded and told them I needed to get a phone that was up to date with the latest software and she was talking to the other employees about how one of them had upgraded their themselves and mentioned something about taking it to someone third party that could update the software. I told them I didnt want a third party updating my phone and I shouldnt have been sold a foreign phone that wasnt going to be updated. CellularOne selling foreign phones has been my only real problem that I do not like about the company since being with them for this many years. As of right now they still have not done anything about my phone in getting me one that is up to date with the current software, so beware before getting a phone from them and make sure you find out from the phone manufacturer if its a foreign one or not so you will know if the phone maker will ever keep the software up to date on it or not.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! I wouldnt even give it one star but it makes me if I want to review them. Dont waste your time or money!

Had to pay 80 dollars for a flip phone.... Because I was exsisting customer... A new customer gets it for 20.. Makes no sense!
