This Rite Aid has to be one of the best I have ever been to, I just love how organized everything is and how conveniently located it is to Downtown Palm Springs. I have came here several times for different items and they have always been in stock which is great. I definitely would come back to this location and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I went today to get my Prescriptions! The Staff was Excellent! I only had to wait a Few Minutes before it was Ready! I had a Very Bad Experience at the Pharmacy at Rite Aid on Sunrise! I will never Return! I will for sure Return in the Near Future! Thank You!!

Used to really love this store, but restrictive hours and restroom banishment, overreaching surveillance agents (to the point of physical assault), and stressed out underappreciated staff make this store more of a weary ordeal rather than a pleasant shopping visit.

This drugstore always provides a good quality of medicines. They also have other personal products because their store is like a convenience store. Thats why I really like to come here.

Had a rather disheartening experience today at Riteaid, lacking  humanity from a medical professional. Extremely disappointed that there would ever be such a person exhibiting this culture working at Riteaid, Palm Springs.I had to run an errand to Riteaid and somehow I lost my mask enroute,  I have hundreds of masks, so the last thing I need to do is buy another mask and many retailers provide a courtesy mask for such an event where you lose your mask. I was at the back pharmacist counter and I told the young lady I had lost my mask and if she happened to have an inexpensive, paper-cloth courtesy mask... She responded that yes she did, she had a bunch in a cabinet and when she went to go retrieve it for me, the pharmacist said no dont give it to him, those are for us he can go to the front counter and get one or some other place.I could not believe what I witnessed, such a petty act from a medical professional at a retail location.  His tone and demeanorlf.  Shame on you Riteaid and shame on your medical professional pharmacist.... With so much competition from really friendly places like CVS, that was my last visit. come to think of it I dont think Ive ever really had an overwhelmingly positive customer experience in any of your locations. Company culture from the top down is everything.

Doing business for the past 30 years, best staff and customer service, people in store know me by my name. Able to find the best deals in store, every season have the newest stuff on fashion. Best of all and regardless any negative review it opens 24 hours, so you can find anything in an emergency, because they carry at least one item of mostly everything you might need in an emergency. Filling my pharmacy needs accordingly. Love my Rite Aide at downtown Palm Springs, very convenient to me because I can kill two birds on one stone by having my meals at Tlaquepaque Restaurant of Mexican Food next to it, one of the finest restaurants in Palm Springs.

Overall this is a great rite aid but I do have one issue with it. I mean I understand they get a lot of riffraff and transient behavior but that really isn’t an excuse to have your restroom “closed for cleaning” 24hrs a day. Us regular customers shouldn’t have to be punished for the behavior of others. I work customer service and I understand what a pain the bathroom can be but if I ever tried closing the restroom for “cleaning” like this my bosses would have my head. It isn’t fair nor is it right, other people need to use the restroom for various reasons sometimes medical but whatever the case it also makes the management look quite lazy.

Brenna and the rest of the staff is always very helpful! She has helped several me on multiple occasions to get my medicine last minute. Great service !!!!

Its easy and convenient

Terrible customer service. Asked one of the ladies for help she told me she was off the clock and just walked away. I understand not helping me if you just got off but maybe have some basic manners and direct me towards someone who is one shift. There are plenty of cvs and Walgreens around the valley. This rite aid just lose a customer for life.

Maybe I am jaded (being from Texas) but how can you not give 5 stars to a place selling liquor on Sunday? Prices are phenomenal (again, by Texas standards). Wish I could figure out how to smuggle a few cases home on the plane.

Ive been a regular customer at this location well over ten years. Since weve started having to bring our own bags, the employees at the register, except for a very few, do not bag my items, even tho my canvas bag is right there on the counter next to my items. 3 times Ive asked the employee not bagging if were supposed to start doing so ourselves and the answers I get are ridiculous. Yesterday I was told customers dont like them touching their items! As the cashier next to her was bagging that customers purchase! I do believe these employees are paid to perform this service. I want to be appreciated for choosing that store to shop in and creating jobs by doing so, not ignored and treated like I dont matter. I do plan to call headquarters re issue as I dont think a complaint here will change things.

Horrible, is it a homeless shelter or what. Hoards of homeless making encampments in the parking lot change begging at the business door. Will definitely not be returning here ever again.

Might be better if they did something about the homeless population constantly hanging around the parking lot.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, this place makes me really hate Rite Aid. First of all I am 70 yrs. old and required to show ID to purchase wine., HOW STUPID.purchased almost $40. and still wanted me to pay .10 for a bag. They could have given a bag so I decided to return my purchase. They never offered to donate a .10 bag and gladly refunded my purchase. What kind of business lets a customer walk over a .10 bag. NEVER to return . Not to mention I had walked a half mile to get there in 102 degree heat. I dont know who they think they are but not a business I will ever step foot in again. Remember there is CVS, Walgreens, Supermarkets, they are not the only game on the block. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD

Always a attitude from so called managers, always a hassle when getting ice cream! Simply unprofessional managers and staff ! Never again. Rather give business to Walgreens!

So apparently the law states that all liquor stores are to stop selling beer or liquor at 2am and i showed up at 1:55 ran to get a pack of beer and when i got to the register they said that they stop saling liquor/beer a 1:57?? Bcuz they go by the time on their computers??!! Well the law says 2am sharp so i made it to the register by 1:58!!! If yall dont want the money cool but at least go by the law time!!! Yall need to fix your computer clock and stop setting it back ! You guys are the ones losing money! Never will i ever go there again!! You dont make your own rules over the law its 2am learn the books😊😊 not my fault yall missed out on 50$ ! If your gunna go here make sure you have a stop watch and leave to get the liquor/beer 15 mins early ha!!!!😂😂😂😂disappointed........

Rite aid is listed as a24 hour pharmacy, however the pharmacy was closed at 11:30 when I went to fill a prescription. They still sold liquor, Junk food and band aids - just not medicine.
