I went in to get some things and found out that they were only able to be purchased on the website. I like to see what I am choosing, especially makeup. The prices are sky high BUT it is Sephora! I still walked out with brushes and lashes.

Such a great store and location fits very well with the other shops. The employees are so friendly and nice and they are doing a great job to decrease the risk from corona virus!

Hello!! Its a stand alone Sephora. You can go inside!! They safe distance allow minimal people in at once and the shop is spotless!! Yay! My Sephora near me is closed due to the mall being closed.I will be returning. I need olaplex and they have it in stock. Love this Palm Springs Sephora ❤

The Sephora staff at this location are so awesome. I came into the store asking for KVD tattoo liner because I had bought expensive liner that was literally smearing all over my eyes and could not deal with it anymore. One of the staff told me about something even MORE amazing than KVD liner and cheaper! Her recommendation was 10/10 amazing and I am EXTREMELY satisfied. On top of that, the poor cashier had to deal with me going through all of my phone numbers to find my Sephora account and he was just so kind and so patient with me. This was the most friendly Sephora I’ve ever been to, might have even been one of my best experiences with staff at any store in general!

This place was pretty awesome it was well organized and overly staffed a. My only issue is that there was no bathrooms and that my kid and I had to leave before we can finish our purchase to use the bathroom a couple stores down to come back to complete our purchase other than that I got my birthday gift and I was happy

The clerk was asked if NARS tinted moisturizer in Seychelles was available.. Then returned and said that product didnt exist.. I had the name wrong.. After I spelled it out for her she again corrected me by saying Id mispronounced the name.. Its sachilles... Like the tendon but with an S... For that staff member for future reference be familiar with the products sold by your employer as well as your quickness to correct a shopper..

I highly suggest this Sephora over the one at Westfield in PD. Went here looking for The Ordinary toner since I was told from the Westfield location that this one carried their products. To my disappointment they do not, however, I really appreciated the customer service in finding something similar if not better for my type of skin. Ruby, who helped me, scanned a few different recommendations based off of what I could tell her about my skin and up popped all of the product information so I could compared the two. Overall very satisfied and highly recommend.
