We had an excellent experience at the Cathedral City Quick Lane and recommend them without hesitation! We had an oil change service and thorough inspection performed on our vehicle and an issue was discovered that could have been very bad if not detected. We were able to come in soon after and have a repair done. We were incredibly happy with the exceptional assistance offered by Ibrahim and staff. It’s a rare experience to have such attentive and sincerely caring service, including a very gracious follow up call. We are happy campers and will return to Fast Lane for all of our vehicle needs. Been taking my car there for years but never again. I always get an oil change with a check up on my car but some jackass behind the counter said I have to come back in a month for a check up because there back up.

I would like to take this opportunity to offer my compliments to the professionalism of Service Advisor Raphael Guzman.Wednesday, May 26th, while waiting in the Customer Lounge at Palm Springs Motors QuickLane, I observed him as he interacted with a most difficult customer.The customer was inconsiderate, rude, belligerent, unkind and pretty much an all around shrew. He addressed her professionally, patiently explaining the mask/safety requirements in the facility; advised her that she had cut in line in front of other customers, and needed to please move her car that she had parked in a fire zone blocking the entrance/exit to the building. (I oberserved her park in the fire zone in front of the door across from 20 empty parking spaces).Mr. Guzmans patient, firm and magnanamous approach towards the cretinous customer was a lesson in diplomacy; his de - escalation of the situation is to be commended. Fast service. Needed service on a road trip. Came in for dealership level quality work. Came in early in the morning and got done within two hours. I needed tires, and they showed me their lowest price first. They get work done quickly. If you don’t want to go to quick lube then I recommend.

Ive found them to be just about the friendliest folks you would ever meet. And who likes getting their car worked on? They cant make it any easier or nicer than this unless they were giving service away for free. Thats not going to happen but its pretty painless here.

The guys here are great! Tony and John have always taken great care of me and my company vehicles. The other guys there have always been super pleasant and helpful as well! I trust them with keeping my employees safe and they always keep me informed on what needs to be addressed.

Out in california on business. Had a flat tire & needed an oil change. We have used this location twice now & I would go nowhere else. Highly highly recommend.

Check in and service was great but the wait for the shuttle driver was a but lacking. I was bypassed once by a driver who took the next one on the waiting list then the next driver took the next three... me being the one next in line and then he dropped off the two men at their locations first which were much further away than mine and I had to wait to be last. Im sure the other two are retired but I have things to get to and a driver to San Francisco that I need to get moving. Ugh... what a waist of my time!

I had the first flat tire of my life while road tripping from LA to Joshua Tree in a brand new car. The dealership next door referred me to Quicklane for speedy service. Sergio at Quicklane helped me out and did an amazing job of getting the OEM tire for me, and I was back on the road in under an hour. This is the most efficient auto service in the desert. The service representatives are friendly, service is fast and you are kept informed.
