We spent Friday evening at your beauty salon, which was a great way to spend the evening. A warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel extra special. Come to Ulta Beauty for almost all my daughters and I makeup and hair products. Love the new Redkin acidic bonding product its amazing for blonde hair. The leave in treatment is amazing. If you havent tried IGK product its amazing. Only down side of this Ulta location is some of the staff isnt very friendly or helpful.

Since the lock down I have been ordering on line and pick up in store. I joke with the employees to ban me as I have a habit which I love but putting in orders for myself when it’s slow at work which means they see me atleast once a week. David is outstanding hes always smiling, so joyful, remembers my name cause it’s his grandmothers name. The world needs more David’s in it!!! Yesterday afternoon I picked up my orders and he said I saw your name and was wondering where you were cause I had come in so much later than normal to pick them up. Lol.

The employees were awesome great customer service but they discontinued the sparkling lemon hand cleaner and thats very upsetting I hope that Ulta brings it back soon cuz it was a home run. Thanks great location hope you have a wonderful day.

Nice place for beauty products and customer service was great and prices were reasonable.

Its a Ulta so you know what they have.The customer service is great one of my kids favorite in the valley.

Always enjoy this store location. Staff are happy and friendly under good leadership. Great variety of products at good prices. Sadly mens fragrance section is somewhat limited, but many times they can special order what you want.

This is indeed an impressive salon! I was really impressed by the massive beauty products and cosmetics they had. They had various types of products to choose from. Also, they had a Korean beauty product and organic beauty products. I really enjoyed visiting this salon. Till next time again.

I would not recommend coming to this store as soon as i walked in i was stared at nonstop. I had my sister with me and she was followed by a manager because they assumed we were shoplifting after we purchased 100 dollars in products! Costumer service was horrible they were all standing behind the counter talking rather then wanting to help. Definitely will be calling corporate

Went in to exchange a brand new bottle of $42 foundation-husband/daughter accidentally grabbed the wrong color for me. I didnt have the receipt. The girl at the checkout told me she would give me less than 1 cent in exchange and couldnt offer an equal exchange for the correct color. What type of customer service practice is this? I went to Macys, where they were more than happy to correct my shopping mistake and have my business.

Samantha did full highlights on my hair without it feeling damaged or dry. Going from a brunette to blonde isn’t easy but she made it look effortless! Super friendly and informative. I highly recommend her professional services!

My wife scheduled an appointment at 3pm today, May 24th, 2019 and we drove an HOUR to get here. When we got here at 2:45 and my wife walked in, she proceeded to listen to the stylist (who didn’t know my wife was standing right behind her) state that she “just didn’t feel like taking any more appointments today” and wanted to leave early. The stylist also told the other employees to call my wife and lie to her, telling her that “something just came up” so the stylist had to leave. They did so, never realizing that my wife was standing right there. Very frustrated with the poor service.

This ULTA just opened in Feb. The staff here are very helpful. One of them spent 5 mins helping me find every brand of dry shampoo they had in stock. The displays are a little tight to move around in a wheelchair but if this is something you pay attention to the bathroom was very handicap friendly.

First thing first omg SANDRA made my eyebrows look bomb !!!!! Big thanks to you girl !! And second ALEX colored Match me and was throwing opinions left to right and my goodness my foundation look so flawlessAnd the cashier SIBONEY was amazing and helpful . Not only do you get great Products but great customer service 💕 theses girls are Great representative to Ulta beauty!!!!

Can I give zero stars? Because thats how much customer service they have. I guess I had to give a star to get this posted.They were very low on stock. There was no one to ask if there was more. There were 4 people in line and only one checker and she kept helping other people who came up to ask a question (some of them even worked there). Then the person she was checking out asked if there was a different product and instead of calling someone for help she just left to go look. (probably couldnt find it since they were so low on stock)So there was no one at check out and a line of people waiting. I gave up and walked out.

This store is so under stocked ...does not matter what brand only half if any. Not much help just girls walking around, six walking around one cashier. And the washroom...dirty and a half used slimy broken pump bottle of hand soap...really you are Ulta, go and grab a new bottle of hand soap. I have been there three times now it is worse every time...where is the management..I will drive out to their other store from now on...but this is a disgrace...

Everyone was really helpful and friendly especially Kim. She answered all of my questions and concerns I had in regards to my oily face and the products to use on my skin. Will definitely be back.

Im really disappointed i went to ulta thinking i was going to one of the best hair salons in town i wanted to do something different to my hair. My hair was dark brown and they did a belaye and it came out orangy with red undertones the hairstylist told me it was going to be a light ash brown & never told me it was going to be a process & she charge me $165 dollars plus she damage my hair i was really sad & disappointed for the price that i paid not worth it i wouldn’t recommend this place at all! They need to be honest & speak with the truth.
