I was in need of a few items, but ended up getting so much more! The staff was LOVELY! So helpful and encouraging! I got SO MUCH for less than $140! I was SHOCKED! I will DEFINITELY be back!! Thanks, MAC!!

Great accessibility, good products, good service, nice people. Many services available. Consistently in our community for over a decade I would guess because that feels how long Ive been going there. Always satisfied. We need to hang onto these brick-and-mortar places because everything is going online. Sometimes you want to touch something to make sure its what you want.

My best MAC experience ever. They let you touch the makeup, carry items you want to purchase. Very customer friendly experience. Not a snobby atmosphere that MAC stores usually have. Friendly sales staff.

Today my friend and I went in to look for some new shades and was greeted by Jennifer H. She was very friendly and was very helpful. We had a lot of questions about Some of the products and she was very thorough and very helpful. I will definitely Be going to that location more often.

Empty place the employees are not very friendly they think they are working in some kind of fancy Beverly Hills or Rodeo Drive stores in Los Angeles California not very helpful

I LOVE Mac, but I’m super disappointed that they chose to close the store for training on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I had a friend visiting from San Jose for the holiday and we were so excited to come shopping for the new holiday collection together, but were crushed when we were met with a closed store at around 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon. Why Mac? Why would you choose to close during the busiest shopping weekend of the year?

I was really just thinking back to last month when I had the best birthday weekend ever in Palm Spring, mostly due to the service I got at this store. I just feel compelled to write a review for Carlton; he did so amazing on my make up and really helped me make sure I bought the best products for myself. His personality was great and he really took the time to match my skin tone. He didy make up very well and make me look like a superstar!

Jennifer was so helpful. Im not really a makeup person, but wanted some high quality concealer and foundation. Jennifer helped me with product and application pointers. Great experience!

Rude manager, with all the money and years I have dedicated to this company Im extremely disappointed. I am not pleased at all with a Manager whos pretentious attitude is very opposite of any MAC store I have ever been too. I will never go to this location again, even though its close to me. I will be driving to rancho mirage from now on.
