We love the store and their employees! Always very clean and the employees are always friendly. They also sanitize the carts before they line them back up! Great job!

Plenty of options available, hit or miss on the more specific health foods though. Lighting seems to be inviting but not bright. I didn’t like having to travel through one door, through customers checking out, and the registers with all the employees to get to the open space with all the products. It may be a little difficult the first few times you visit to find what you need as there is refrigerated items around the outside, middle, and on the end aisles but once you find it, you have it. The produce section had a good selection of items but wasn’t the greatest quality the few times I have gone.Customer service was good, fast, and efficient.

Its a nice store in an ok area. The shelves are stocked, the butchers and the produce folk are very knowledgeable, and they usually have great sales on sodas.

Jacob F was my checker and it was the worst service Ive ever had. He didnt even look up from his phone the whole time he rang me up! He made me stand there waiting while he showed the bagger a picture on his phone. Of some shoes he draws on!! LOL Come on bro.. youre at work. Loser. Ill find somewhere else to shop

Ive lived across & patronized this Stater Brothers for over 7 years. Theyve done an excellent job adapting service to this Covid-19 environment. Going so far as to wipe down used carts. The Staff here are well trained, patient & helpful. The store is clean, well maintained & provides nicely fresh produce. I do recommend them. 🙂

I feel so bad but I have to take my five-star review away. Dont ever go there if you want to get a deli sandwich they make you feel guilty and tell you to pick up one from the Shelf. I went to the one on 47th East and the deli is phenomenal. Great customer service the way a Stater Brothers should be.

Expensive for most stuff. Better than food 4 less . The customers there are always ready to start some drama.

There are some good deals but their inventory can be found at more discounted prices elsewhere. They offer meats, poultry, seafood, soda, alcohol, dairy, common fruit and vegetables, plants, balloons, cards, personal hygiene products, sweets, bread, spices, packaged/processed foods, frozen foods, some baking ingredients, etc. I have yet to see many if any international cooking ingredients but recommend double checking yourselves. Overall it was a clean place with good customer service.

Salmon on point Alaskan fresh caught type. Specially their goat milks.. bomb. Their bread top notch prices... amd their cold cuts specialist are the best. Love them...

Great place to go if you don’t mind security guards spitting on your food while you’re trying to checkout. He was only wearing a face shield and leaned over my food (and stood right next to my daughter and me) while I was trying to checkout. I complained to management and was advised I should get new food next time. Lol.BTW, salsa is in the dairy fridge if you’re ever looking for it...makes sense, right?

Love it. The price on groceries are decent. The sales are excellent. The supermarket isnt too big to walk through. And most of all, there isnt an overwhelming amount of different varieties on individual items. Thank God. I hate having to compare and decide on which item of the many options of the same thing I need on the shelves.Finally, a market where every isle isnt like being in the cereal isle and Im hyperventilating because I cannot choose because I like them all.I can do better without that kind of pressure. Life is already hard enough that it is!

I purchased last night shrimp and crab legs that I had to return today. The person in the meat department was awesome with exchanging my purchase however when it came time to give me a refund for the difference the cashier didnt want to do it and began to leisure and belittle the Hispanic employee on the proper procedures. I felt embarrassed for the employee so I just thanked her and left. Never receiving my refund.

The lines were short, but I couldnt find a product and asked an associate and a manager where it was. The associate told me the wrong place and the manager started taking me to a place I already looked I told him and he said they must be out of it as he was taking me there we passed it on an end cap I yelled to him here it is because he was ahead of me even though I asked him to slow down because I have a broken leg

I’m tired of coming here and seeing the line stretch onto the aisles. You have 8 registers. Utilize them. But no you only have 2 open. You have courtesy clerks who are standing around doing hardly anything, do some cross training. This is why I have stopped coming hereUpdate: I cant stand that black cashier Keana or Keara.. whichever. Shes the rudest and surprised she has a job in customer service.To everyone else.
