Be very aware of up pricing in this industry. 8 bucks nitrogen inflation (per tire)…umm yeah. This is Colorado and air is mostly nitrogen. Regardless don’t pay for it. Costco gives it way for free.Part prices. Well, keep in mind the parts you can get at Napa and the price you are actual charged at this big o can vary by as much as 200 percent. You will be told this is “industry standard”. It isn’t. Also keep in mind they get a break on the part prices too.On my particular vehicle, I brought it in 3 times for alignment and noise. I was actually told they couldn’t figure it out. I lived with it. A year later finally decided to take it to an independent shop…behold everything was bad on the right front of my van from the hub back to the transmission. And this big o had been aligning it the whole time. I brought this up and witnessed the person in charge throw a fit (after I caught the up charge of 200 percent on parts) and stomp out he was so angry.Wonder what those alignment numbers were? Yeah it was badly bent….I kind of feel in my opinion like they didn’t want to look for the actualIssue.At this point I JUST have them do basic tire work. I can’t get into all the other issues because it would be easy to figure out who I am and I need to get tire stuff done.My opinion is that there was a time when this shop was great. With the constantly rotating cast of employees in the front office, my opinion is a consumer can do better.If you really love big o, I recommend the castle rock shop south of downtown.

Great service, great people. My engine light came on awhile ago, met Sylvester at my place of work and he told me to run it by. You can tell these guys really care about ensuring the safety of their customers out on the road. They’re timely, they don’t try to oversell, just get the job done. I know nothing about cars but they let me know what was going on and what to look out for in the future. Only place I currently trust for a good price and quality service

I was at another Big O and was told that I need some specific work done. I was also quoted a little rice for this work. I ended up leaving that Big O because I wasn’t comfortable with what I was told, after speaking with the dealership. They were pretty positive that I was being sold something I didn’t need. To make a long story short, I ended up at a different Big O in Parker. I worked with a gentleman name Josh. He was fantastic! After I told him of what I was told, he had his team look at the car and they confirmed that I in fact didn’t need what I was originally told. I was also quoted almost $800 less at this store. Josh had his team check the whole car out for fluids and things and they came up with a few other things that need to be done. I approved the work and Josh call when everything was done. Josh was just a pleasure to work with. He was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful! It made a bad start to thing great in the end! I’ll definitely be back!

Brought my 2008 Titan over for a wheel balance and had great service by the whole team and especially Jarrin. Then I learned that Big O does more than just tires. I will definitely be coming back with my Titan. Thank you for the fast service as well before closing.

Called Big O store in Parker. Asked Ben if I needed an appointment to get tires rotated. He told me if I could drop the car off, he would get it done that day. He told me they would balance wheels and check alignment. He called me 2 hours later to let me know that job was finished. Alignment was fine. Car was ready to pick up. Great service.

It was late Friday and I got a nail in my Audi tire. No ture shop would take me in but Josh Hallums of Big O Tires in Parker got me seen right away. Fixed my car up with ease and had me on my way. We have been coming to this Big O store since we moved to Parker 20 years ago. The service has always been good. But since Jason has had the store the service is even better. All the staff is friendly and always willing to help even if its just to check and put air in my tires. They do complete car care from oil changes to major repairs. The quality of their work is excellent. We bring all our cars here, wont think of taking it anywhere else. Very highly recommend bringing your cars here for all your service needs. Three-star rating due to the delay! What is the point of making an appointment online a week ahead, only to wait an extra hour??? And no record of the appointment??? Hoping these guys will give me a credit or something. Individual service here was good - the guys were busy but polite and attentive, but my time is valuable and I dont like it being wasted.

2005 CRV had flat tire, called Big-O in Parker. Matt could fit me in same day. I was able to inflate the tire enough to make it to the Parker location. Unfortunately for me turned out to be sidewall issue (found out later daughter drove over a curb and did not feel the need to tell me) and needed 4 new tires and alignment. Sylvester explained everything up front so no surprises. Fortunately for me a sale had started so they were able to offer me a great deal. 1 hour later received a call from Matt explaining my controller arm bushings were shot and would cause alignment issues if not fixed (needed 2 new controller arms). Not an expense I was expecting but car does have over 170K miles. Worked with Matt on cost and options to get the correct service for the vehicle. Later that day... Matt called again this time the connection from the controller arm to the tie rods were in bad shape, one was able to be reused but the other was not (they tried but unsuccessful). Again Matt worked with me on cost and options since these additional unforeseen issues were adding up. Repairs may not be done until the next day, and trying to keep to a budget. Phone rang again and I was pleasantly surprised that all the services were completed same day and CRV was ready to be picked up. When I arrived the total was a bit over budget but based on all the services required I felt I had been treated more than fair with the options they provided. I felt well informed every step of the way and recommend their services going forward.

Jason & his team are top notch! I got my car towed in last week because my transmission light was on and I needed a piece replaced on my focus. Jason made sure I was taken care of as I was going on vacation, he helped me even with a fix that I had to take to the Ford dealership! I cant thank his team enough, they always have your best interest and I will definitely continue to always bring my car here!

Wifes SUV tire started to go low and her warning light came on. It was not visibly low but our tire gauge showed it was definitely losing air. We figured she picked up a nail, but we didnt know for sure until we took the it to Big O. We have Big O Bigfoot tires with the road hazard coverage. We dropped it off, no appointment, when they opened at 7:30 and they called at 10am to say it was done. It was a nail that went through the inside sidewall, unrepairable, and since we had the road hazard coverage, the tire was replaced and it only cost us $34 for a new tire. Matt was wonderful and right on top of getting us taken care of. We have been going to the Parker Big O for over 20 years and they have always taken care of us very well.

Sylvester at Big O in Parker is an awesome straight up guy. Had a problem at discount tire with two size tires I chose for my car and when I called my local big o store, I spoke to Sylvester. I communicated what my issue was and the problem I had at discount tire. Told him what I was looking for to better equip my lifted 13’ WRX. He talked me through my options and said he wouldn’t let me leave without being 100% happy with my purchase. Chose Falken wildpeak A/T trail 225/55/17 for my car and I couldn’t be any happier. They installed 2 tires onto my wifes suv. While the install went fine, they added additional costs onto my invoice without prior authorization. This is the 3rd time a Big O store, not just this location, has done so. Buyer beware, they add small costs without asking to boost their bottom line.

Have always gone to DIS. Tires in Parker. The past two times there the erroneous service was so disappointing I have started to go to Big-O Tires in Parker. They are terrific! Honest, reasonable and superb service. I highly recommend them!

Have brought my vehicle here a few times for different things. Most recently I was experiencing significant issues with my vehicle and brought it here where the issue was quickly diagnosed by Jake. Then, Jason walked me through a plan of attack that was the best for my situation as opposed to trying to push anything unnecessary into the picture. Fantastic local and honest repair and tire shop.

BigO Tires Parker replaced my stock wheels with custom wheels on my existing tires and did an excellent job. They were very careful not to scratch the wheels and performed the work in a very short time. Checking in and checking out was a breeze.
