I was borrowing a family members car when the tire pressure light came on, thinking it was just a patch, I took it to Les Schwab. I have always had great experiences with this company. Turns out there was a nail in the side wall and it was not going to be repairable. Stuck on a tight schedule and really needing to get back to my office, they offered to give me a ride back while they replaced the two tires. Even though they were having a pretty busy evening they still helped me out. Thank you so much!

Thank you to Bryce and Les Schwab! I purchased a brand new car that would vibrate/shake at highway speeds of 75+. I took my car back to the dealer 4 times, then to Discount Tire. Both of them failed at fixing the issue so I was pressuring the dealer to take the car back. Thanks to Bryce, it is now fixed. He got me in on short notice and was able to correct the tire runout problem using his awesome roadforce elite balancer, years of experience, and great attitude. You have a customer for life!

Very disappointed. Took my vehicle in to have shocks and struts put on and found out a few things about service after the fact. The major issue is that I lost two hubcaps during the visit and a third was put on wrong and slammed into position improperly along with heavy grease all over inside door panel, seat and steering wheel. Take a moment next time please, hubcaps are 50 dollars or more used on line. The good was that the head manager was very polite and professional during initial call but bet he isnt Aware of the grease and my loss.

Visiting family here in Colorado and on the trip we developed a slow leak in a tire. We stopped in to either have it repaired or replaced. It was fixed within 45 minutes and they didnt even charge us for the repair. Super helpful and friendly

Thank you to your whole staff for taking care of my Mom’s SUV. It started with a flat tire, I put the spare on and noticed the dangerous shape her tires were in. Les Schwab in Parker stayed open late and put 4 new tires on. Bryce has a great crew!

My wife made an appointment for today to get four new tires and an alignment done. They tell her that the car is done after 2 hours, so she goes and pays. As he’s handing her the receipt she asked well how bad was it out of alignment. The guy looks the paperwork looks at her and says I’ll be right back. Well come to find out they didn’t even do the alignment she’s already paid for it, now they’re telling her she has to come back. We just got four brand new tires and no alignment done on a BMW, they live off of alignments if not done annually and when you get new tires they chew the tires up bad. The bad part is if she wouldn’t have asked about the alignment it would have been paid for and never done.

This store has exceeded my expectations. Their prices were definitely competitive but the customer service I received when I called for prices was what set this store apart, and why I went here for new tires for my truck. The additional free services and perks that come with being a customer also helped solidify my purchase decision. Wait time was reasonable, staff was friendly and courteous at all times. I have no need to go anywhere else, customer for life.

Went to the South Parker store where I purchased an expensive set of tires returning after little over a year with a driver side bubble in the sidewall. The staff look at the tire and told me he needed to look up the tire because it was not in stock. Over the course of the next 15 minutes he helped two other people and I walked out. I drove to the Englewood store and was promptly assisted by Dillon. I believe that I have found a new store.

I’m in the service industry and can sometimes be hard to impress but Joe was amazing; he was great on the phone and in person. I particularly appreciate the integrity he had in not telling me I needed new tires even though I mentioned it as a concern on the phone. I have always had great service here, the management is top notch and the customer service reflects it. Today I have to give a shout out to Technician Tyler Who helped me out and made me feel at ease by inspecting my front brakes, I heard a noise and he was able to diagnose the problem and correct it in a very short amount of time. These guys are great!I was Getting ready to go camping when I found a nail in my tire. Ive been buying tires at discount for years. Four vehicles worth at one time. We were going out of state and had a long ride ahead. I went to discount to get the tire fixed. No appointment, they wanted me to wait for two hours. They just couldnt get me in sooner. Talk about falling behind schedule!I then went to Les Schwab for the first time. Hoping they could see me sooner. I was shocked to find out they would take me in Immediately! Less then 20 minutes and I was done... And yes they were just as busy as discount. They just made it work to help me out! Then the icing! Free of charge. Now I buy my tires there. Their costumer service is always fantastic! I will go no where else!

Will never go to another place for tires. Exceptional customer service! Always friendly and professional service. Made an appointment online for 4 new tires. I showed up a little early and they were able to get going right away. I was in and out in just under an hour. You will pay higher prices for tires here. But the quality and customer service makes up for it. Customer service now days just seems to be terrible where ever you go so its a pleasant surprise when you actually do get great service. This will always be our go to place for the entire family for tires.

Disappointing that I made an appointment online at 11am for a brake inspection and stated I would wait in store. It only takes 20 minutes to do, but I waited an hour for the job. I was told they had three 11am appointments and the other two checked in before me so that is why the wait. It really defeats the purpose to make an appointment time if it cannot be met. Like a doctors office that overbooks and makes you wait. I will say the service tech was nice and helpful.

I take all of my vehicles here. Honest and straightforward. They will never try to sell you something you dont need.

Best service I have had anywhere. Prices can be a little higher than some places, but the quality and service are worth it. They have checked my tires and brakes for free and rotated my tires for free after purchasing tires for my wifes car.

I have had nothing but great service with this team at the Parker location. Highly professional and friendly, did not over sell and dutifully took care of what I came in for. This last visit I was very impressed with the Tech that work on my SUV, Tyler. He was courteous, confident and displayed a high level of customer service.All of the Techs I saw working in the bays were a sharp, hustling crew and the store is inviting, organized, clean and offers several amenities to the customer.

A few months ago I waited over 3 hours for new tires after being told the wait would be 1.5 hours. Today I went in to get said tires rotated. After almost an hour, I left without the rotation - I even had an appointment. The high reviews here were very misleading.

Good place, fair prices, the employees hustle and are friendly which is nice. I came in for an alignment and a tire rotation they rotated the tires and aligned the car but they didn’t center the steering wheel so I had to take it back, this would be five stars if it was done right the first time otherwise good place friendly workers and they are efficient which is always appreciated.

The tires are not free, there are no unicorns, they are simply just honest and decent to work with. I started using this business when I lived in Montana, and Im glad they are now in Denver. Good tires, good prices, GREAT service, GREAT people and management. You will notice a difference in service and the management is paying attention - these are good people. Great place! I went in for shock replacement. When I got my truck back the tires were rotated and they fixed my side steps at no extra charge. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!

This is a reputation that I knew them for when I lived in Utah and it is good to see that they are held to the same high standard here in Colorado. This is a great store. They are always so helpful and the service is nothing less than fantastic. I am a big Les Schwab Parker store fan. This is a must visit store and Joe is the very best, but they are all very good people . They learned something called customer service and they do it well! Actually very well. I have bought over a dozen tires there since they opened!

I used to go to discount tire thinking it was the place to go... i was so wrong... les schwab has been more than helpful and thrir prices are actually just as good!!! Im used to going to discount and waiting 3 hours for a tire rotation- not at LES! Its been great 👍 super helpful and quick! They even fixed tires that I had bought elsewhere and did it for FREE in under 45 minutes... thats HUGE!!!! Oh I was also a walk in so I didnt have an appointment... go to les schwab and you wont be disappointed!!!

Today I was quoted a 3 hour estimate to swap out my 4 tires with my snow tires at 9:30 a.m. Its been 7 1/2 hours and im still waiting...I understand being extremely busy with the forecast of snow, however, 4 1/2 + hour misquote is not acceptable IMO.

I didnt want to leave a review after just one good experience, but now after a few visits I would recommend this location. The customer service is fantastic even though I usually come during busy times and never have an appointment. The store is very clean, which is not something a lot of car shops can say. I am always happy with the tire mounting and balancing I get. The prices are even a little better than discount tire, in my experiences.

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Wont be back

I thought I would have to pay the quote he gave me for a new tire but he said he would check first to see if my current tire could be repaired. Not only did he repair it but it was also at no charge. Wonderful service, great staff!After being told by another business that our tire couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced, my husband came here for a second opinion.They fixed my tire, replaced the spare I had on my car and put my spare back (not easy, it’s stored underneath my car).The best part is that they didn’t charge us for anything. That’s right, it was completely free.We moved to Parker from Iowa in September. I’ve been trying to find new businesses that I can rely on for our vehicles. I will use this location for every single repair/service that I need for our cars.

I dropped off my car to have a tire repaired and was told I could come pick it up the next morning (Sunday). Just came to pick it up and they did not repair the tire it is still on the spare tire. No phone call or anything, and a snow storm was eminent in the forecast, meaning now it is Sunday and I’m SOL driving in the snow on a spare tire. Will not return.

Ive been here three times so far and Ive had the same experience every time. Im greeted at my car by a friendly face, Im asked exactly what I need and its an easy process. All my experiences have been positive, every interaction professional and Ive never had to wait longer than an hour. I have only purchased tires here and/or had them changed out, so I cant speak to the other services, but I will definitely continue to come here.

Came back today, 10/22/2019 and Lacey was so helpful, professional and efficient. The place was incredibly busy and she took a few moments to check the pressure in my tires, which was good and let me know what I could do about bringing my older vehicle back to have the sensors checked, which I will do.

Just stopped in today after work, I had driven over a bolt or something large. I show up and head inside and the staff welcomed me even though it had technically closed almost an hour prior to that. They had me pull up my Jeep and they had the tire off and patched up in under ten minutes, checked my tire pressure and I was all good to go. I wasn’t even there fifteen minutes and I was good to go, and it was all free of charge. This is where I always go if I have tire trouble because it’s so professional and I feel comfortable with their work. 10/10

Highly recommend Les Schwab! Not only fixed a flat tire with screw in it, for free, but I came back to have the balance and rotate my tires and they dis that for free too! Very friendly and knowledgeable! I will come here when I need tires or anything related!

Needed an emergency tire plug. But what was seen is great. A clean shop, lots of equipment, lots of people. The best thing I saw was a truck lifted about 7 feet with 5 employees under it being educated. A shop that trains its own employees is always good. Thanks for the free plug, guys!

Lets be honest, all tire shops sell tries and most will give you free tire repair and rotations if you bought the tires from them.The difference here is the people!!!I have always been greeted by someone friendly with a smile on my thier face. Even The tech who brought out my car when the work was complete was happy and smiling (first time I had ever seen that in any kind of auto repair or tire shop). The waiting area is quite large and has always been clean and comfortable.

This place makes me uncomfortable considering its infested with mice, otherwise its ok.

Ran In To get a a tire patched or replaced and they were already busy and got us in and out in less than 45 minutes with an inspection too. Friendly and fast.

Kind of quick. Drove my truck around like a bat out of hell which wasnt cool. Tires seem balanced. Lug nuts were over tightened and tires were pretty overinflated and uneven (like 42-46 psi)

Wow! This place takes the image of gas station and mechanics of the 50s. Guys were wearing pressed white shirts, perfectly clean cut and smiling, not a hair out of place, it was unbelievable! I really felt like i was traveling back in time to 1952. Thats how good the service was.I cant believe these mechanics could keep their white shirts so clean. They looked at my car for free. Immediately. Didnt charge me a thing but treated me like i paid them a million dollars. Awesome

Great bunch of people. Always willing to do the right thing. Had a leveling kit installed on my pickup and they were quick and professional. There was a hickup when the guys reinstalled the sway bar links, but they did everything they could to make it right.
