This place doesn’t deserve a star. Low tire pressure warning on a Sunday brought me here. I asked if they could check the tire and they said they would add air. After doing so, no mention of what tire was low or how much was needed then sent on my way. As soon as I parked the car I could audibly hear the hissing of my quickly leaking rear tire. Drove right back during business hrs and was told they were closing in 20-30 mins and wouldn’t help me with my near flat tire. Offered an appointment for the following day. Wouldn’t help put a spare on or even look, just sent me to leave with a flat. Awful customer service

Went in to get new tires and had a good time. They were fairly busy and still got my car done quickly. In addition they gave me advice on what I should have done next and what I need to be looking out for in the near future as Ive only recently bought this car. I found them to be very helpful.

These guys are great! They took wonderful care of my warranty claim on an interstate battery (best battery money can buy IMO). They are convenient, Mon-Sun availability. Jason, is courteous, professional and respectful of your time. 8+ bays of certified professionals to take “blue ribbon” care of your automobile! They offered maintenance suggestions for my vehicle with no pressure to “do anything now.” I liked that. 😊

Worst oil change experience i ever had. On Jun 29,2021 i took my car to these guys for an oil change and till that point i never had any issues with my vehicle or oil pan or drain plug. But after the oil change, they broke my drain plug/Gasket and didnt even informed me about it, which caused a heavy leakage in my garage over the next few days. Instead they are hiding their mistake by putting a notes that it was leaking prior to service, which was not correct. When i went back to them on July 3rd, 2021 they tried to fix it by replacing the drain plug but still the oil is leaking from the oil pan/ drain plug threads. Still they are not agreeing that it was their mistake and not trying to fix it as it will cost them to replace the whole oil pan now.It was them who broke it in the first place on Jun29,2021, then why cant they fix it ? I have escalated this to the Firestone customer care and need to see what happens next.

What a great group of hardworking folks! We recently moved to Parker, ordered new tires online and chose this location to install the new tires. As soon as we stepped in their door, we received a friendly welcome and sat in the waiting area, which was sanitized (for covid purposes) and nicely organized with reading material. The wait was not long at all, the whole team was so efficient and the job that was done was excellent! Thank you and keep up the great work!

I went here to check on my front driver side tire that was wearing on the side. I was told my front tires and alignment were fine, but my rear tires were due, which shocked me. When I asked them go check again, they said the wear one my front driver side was from driving on a tire too long that was under pressure, which I never do. I was also told I could drive safely on a 5000 mile trip, but should change out before snow. I got 1000 miles away before I had low tire pressure and went to a different firestone where I was told my front driver side tire was near the wire and not safe to drive. I would not trust this location at all! I was more than willing to pay to warranty out the tires and drive safely, but they assured me these tires were safe.Edit: I contacted the corporate office a week ago, and was told I would hear back from management within 48 hours. I have not yet heard back.

Ive used Firestone for several years in downtown Parker, always received very good service - Ill still go to this one...decided to try this new location as its closer to my home...had them align the car, oil change, change fluids, rotate tires - also had them check the suspension/struts - Firestone is a TIRE company - upon picking the car up, 2000 MR2 spyder, it handled horribly...major vibration up through the steering wheel at speed over 45 mph...had directional low profile Nitto tires - I called in and was told that when they rotate the tires they do NOT balance them...how can a tire company NOT balance the tires?? especially on a sports car ! - also asked about the struts and was told nothing leaking but changing them would be a good idea due to the mileage on the car - I asked for a quote to replace all 4 struts - the price they quoted per strut was 5 times higher than on the internet - identical strut- when I mentioned this, their comment was thats the price, take it or leave it - I asked for the total price and is was double the price that Les Schwab quoted - in addition, I had been discussing new tires so this was going to be at least a $1000 sale...also I had to call them to find out when my car would be ready - never got a call from them...bottom line I bought significantly better and more expensive tires from Les Schwab - also told by Schwab, theyll let me know when I actually need new struts...Schwab wins....I wonder if they think consumers dont price out expensive services with other companies?

Would leave 0 stars for this particular location if possible. Took my car in a few months ago because one of my tires was low. They said they didn’t find anything besides a little piece of metal. That same tire was still getting lower and lower. I ended up taking it to another place and they pulled out a 4 inch piece of metal that was likely missed by this Firestone location. Decided to give them another chance and take the car in for an oil change since they are one of the only places open on a Sunday. They said our particular truck couldn’t use standard oil and required a particular kind of oil, which isn’t true as we have taken it to a numerous amount of places that have never told us that. We had a coupon for a standard oil change and they refused to honor it since this worker was adamant about the oil he used. Definitely will not return here again

Was a long time customer as firestone. Unfortunately after my dealing with this shop I will no longer be using firestone. The manager here is full of excuses and lies I had called twice about getting my tires changed set up an appoint the thing is I purchased a new car and it had locking lug nuts the seller didnt have the key. I had gotten a flat tire before and pounded a socket onto mine to remove it on the side of the road in the dark. I stressed both times I would need 3 removed as I had removed 1 they informed me it wouldnt be a problem. I had my spouse drop the car off after calling to confirm they had the tires and would be able to remove them. Then they told me spouse they couldnt remove them so I called the store. The manager begins to tell me that pounding a socket on them is impossible that they tried. When I did it on the side of the road with a 10 oz framing hammer and a cheap tool kit. I just figured shops use tools that have life time warranties so they could resolve the issue and save me some time and effort as I was in a bad car accident that left me impaired with back injuries and I was more then willing to pay extra for it. So moral of the story I took my car to discount tires who had them off with sockets in less then 15 minutes and had me out the door in 45 minutes. Also their price was half of firestones for the removal. Honestly this manager should be ashamed to consider himself a manager of professional automotive shop

I have a lot of experience in the auto repair industry. I am giving this shop a poor rating for customer service and pricing. I made an appointment to have routine service. Firestone quoted me a price of 225.00 for a part I can buy at the dealer for 40.00 and actually ordered on-line for less than $13.00. I shared my concern with the pricing. What is sad is a person who may not know pricing might get taken advantage of. The service manager was just rude. He wasn’t interested in my business. I frequently have my fleet car serviced at a different firestone and get the opposite experience. I have been going to the other location for probably 10 years. It’s too bad this location is a rip off. Stay away, Parker has many repair shops to chose from. Even dealer pricing is better.

Unfortunately cannot give a zero star rating, my wife took her vehicle in to get some new tires put on, a tire rotation, and a standard oil change. They mustve seen a vulnerable female and taken advantage of her by insisting she get the most expensive tires firestone had to offer and telling her it would be unsafe not to get these specific tires. Not only that but we were charged for an oil change and the service was never done, I was unable to help due to being at work but after looking at the car myself and noticing that the same oil filter I had installed 8 months prior was still in there and extremely dirty, and the oil was almost completely gone I called the store manager who said he was unable to help me with my situation. This firestone deserves a 5 star rating for being crooks.

These jerks arent helpful at all. Dont go to this Firestone location at all. I needed a new battery for my car and so before going, I went onto the Firestone website and got a quote for the Interstate Mega Tron II battery, and it specifically says online print quote to get this special pricing on your in-store purchase and so the price came out to 99.99. First of all, they didnt call me back to confirm that they ordered the battery, so I called them today, and they did not get it, and they refused to give me the $99 price. It specifically says on the Firestone website that this discount is valid. The fact that they did not contact me to confirm that they ordered the battery is absolutely unacceptable. I needed this battery ASAP because my battery is hardly able to start my truck right now and this is my only form of transportation, so this matter is extremely crucial. Absolutely horrible to run your shop this way, and to not comply with the corporations policies. What is the point of that? You better get your act together because Ive already contacted corporate about this issue and its about to go down.EDIT: I have been successfully accommodated and came to pick up my battery. I’d like to thank Jason for being so helpful and friendly—he is NOT a jerk. Not sure about the other guys that I was dealing with previously. Jason was fantastic

I took my golf cart wheel and tire in on a Sunday to see if they could replace the valve stem for me. It had broken off. I even brought in my own valve stem (long story). Fortunately, they had a brief lull and one of the technicians returned within 5 minutes with my valve stem installed and the tire reinflated, ready to go. I didnt even have a chance to sit down and start waiting. I dont write reviews as a rule. However, this was such a great experience I had to share. I will definitely go back.

I was quoted a price over the phone and they refused to honor it. I had to have my breaks done quickly before a trip otherwise I would have done then myself. Would not recommend. And I will not return. Would recommend brakes plus instead.

We dropped off a 2010 Toyota Rav4 for alignment.They called us and said that there are recommended maintenance that needs to be done like replace cabin & air filter, pkugs, and flush radiator fluid.Funny thing is, we just got all that done last week. So my husband asked, did you guys look at all that? And they said, no, and that they were just going from the mileage.I will leave it all of you to decide if that was a good move or not.Thanks.

Very badly run business. They quoted me $100 labor to replace 1 brake light and 2 license plate lights. I did the job myself in a total of 15 minutes including the stop at the auto parts store for the bulbs. The taillight was removed in 2 minutes with a simple Phillips screwdriver and the licence plate lights just popped out with a regular slotted screwdriver. No screws. So it appears the this store charges $400 an hour to use a screwdriver. They are also slow as hell. Never going back to Firestone again.

Went in for an oil change, and mentioned my engine coolant needed topping up. Service takes 1hr 30mins, understandable on a weekend. I get home, pop the hood and engine coolant is still practically empty. Dont reassure a customer everything will be checked and then blatantly dont check the fluids.

Such a bad experience. I called the day before and scheduled an appointment making sure they would have the tires I need. I came in an hour early then my appointment to drop off the car and find out that they ordered the wrong tires. They order the right ones and say they will come in two hours. Its 3 1/2 hours later and the tires are not in yet. I asked if they could start the oil change while they wait for the tires and they said yes 30 minutes ago and they still have not started it.The positive is that I requested a free oil change and they said yes.Update:Firestone discounted my service by $100.

The staff was cool. The shop was clean. The work didnt take long. They took amazing care of my car and didnt try to upsell me on a million different things i didnt need. I had picked some tires online that fit my budget and they showed me a better option at the same pricepoint. They pointed out some cracks in my serpentine belt but knew i have the ability to take care of it and didnt push me into getting it done by them. All in all, i was very impressed and will absolutely be returning when i need tires again.

This used to be a good place to get tires for your car and have minor scheduled maintenance done on your car but not so much anymore. I would drop my fiances or my car off in the morning and have them back by mid-day and the only calls I would get before the car was done is if something was spotted that needed attention. Now my fiance and I are lucky to get a call when the cars are done (although they will call to give a sales pitch on none requested services), lucky to get all the services done we requested, and constantly are getting sales pitchesIn the last eight months between my fiance & my cars they have forgot to change the oil twice, forgot to balance the tires once, rotated the tires wrong 4 times despite being asked to do it a specific way (fronts straight back and backs straight to the front is apparently how they think it should be done), told me they werent able to service the rear diff because the mechanic with the correct socket wasnt working the day the truck was in, told me they couldnt service the rear diff because they could not get the plugs out (I was able to get them out myself with a small ratchet and no effort), & forgot to align my truck after new struts were put on it..... these were all requested services.As for them trying to sell stuff thats not needed they tried selling my fiance breaks for her car despite them having been put on 5000 miles prior, tried to quote me $1000 to put new struts & shocks on my truck (did it myself with higher end parts for $400 in two hours in my parking lot with), tried to sell my fiance numerous services every time the car goes in, tried telling me I needed a new radiator cap when I had just changed it do to pressure being lost at the cap...and so on and so forth.I am not sure what the difference is between 3 years ago and now, but do yourself a favor and save a headache by paying the little bit extra and going to one of the several better options in Parker

Firestone isnt what it used to be. If you can overlook the tweaked out counter help, you might be able to overlook their lack of competance. I took my car in for a diagnostic, and they said I needed a new transmission. When I left, the car drove worse and I noticed a piece of the serpentine belt was frayed and loose. I had to pull over and cut that piece off. They said it was like that, I would have noticed. Time before that, they broke my window washer reservoir. I just wont be back.

Guy on phone was super helpful, but based on my description of the issue, he recommend I might want to call AAMCO for a complete diagnosis, which I did and everything turned out great. I will never shop firestone again! 7 months ago, I spent $800 on tires for my sons truck, 5000 miles later one of the tires blew. My son after being stuck on the road changing the tire, took the tire back, and they told us that we needed to purchase some roadside insurance to get the tire replaced, this was never explained to us and never offered to us when we bought the tires...not only did we have to pay for a new tire, but at first they wanted us to pay $300 for just one tire when we originally paid $800 for all 4 (that was the total bill not only the tires too)...I called, the best he would do is me pay for 1/2 the tire, somehow that bill still came out to be $200...this place is a rip off, any other tire place would have replaced the tire, no questions asked, no money out of my pocket and without me having to call and argue with the guy...Never again Firestone, Never Again!

Left a fleet vehicle here for maintenance. Stayed with them for four days, they did no service on the vehicle. Come to find out it is an issue getting approval for the spark plug replacement, which they did not try getting approval for until the holiday and neglected to call me when they failed to get the approval. I would have at least approved the cheaper services that were needed within my companys limits, but I did not learn about the issue until it was time to pick up the vehicle for work and they said they could not do the service without an appointment for the next day (they already had the vehicle for four days, are you kidding me!?). Will never support this place again.

Used to be my go to for all car services. Tires with 60k warranty only got 35k out of then. Firestone brand. Refused to prorate. Also 85 month interstate battery for wifes car. Git 62 months. No proration due to replacement battery being on sale? What does that have to do with the other. Avoid!

We had been going to Firestone for the past 8 years but I think we are done. The regular guys had always been helpful and honest (Maurice, Bill, Jason I think?) but now its new front desk people that are just not that honest. We have 4 vehicles and they will be losing out on quite a bit of business! The last time I was in I had my oil changed. I did not receive a call that it was done. I had asked them to check out a noise I have been having. They came up with the most asinine response I had ever heard of (a loose mud flap? Seriously?) which was totally condescending to a girl who knows her stuff. Unfortunately, I had to return the truck the next morning since there was oil actively leaking out onto my driveway when I started it up. I asked them what it was and they said they just needed to clean up a little leftover from the oil change. I felt like he was lying to me. I can handle truth and accountability, but lies I do not accept.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Scheduled my vehicle for an oil change. Was told it would take about 1 1/2 hrs...I was actually pleasantly surprised when it was done 15 min early. I got in the car and noticed the tire pressure light was on and the next service sticker hadnt been replaced. Went back in and got a new sticker and was told that the light would go off after I drive the car for a while (whatever, I had somewhere to be). As I was driving away, my hands got covered in grease from what was left on the steering wheel and then the LOW WASHER FLUID WARNING came on!!! Got home and popped the hood and the battery cover was laying next to the battery, coolant level was low, washer fluid was almost empty, and there was all kinds of oil pooled around the filter. Called them and was told that they had been really busy and the person who performed the service on my vehicle was new and still in-training. Customers should NOT be put at risk because people are in-training. Glad I wasnt having brake work done!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would have, but I Was told I had an appt at 11am dropped my truck off at 1030. They couldn’t find my corporate account so I had to pay with my credit card instead of charging my employers. Then I called around 130pm and they said it was next in line. Stopped by at 430 and it hadn’t even been touched! At 530, I was still waiting and they close at 6pm. I Should have just gone to les Schwab instead they are way faster and give you an honest time frame!

After having a bad experience with a competitor down the street who tried to rip me off, suggesting I needed 4 new rims as they said one was bad and was the cause of my tire leaking, I brought my car here. They did find some corrrosion of the rim, did some grinding to repair it,and got my tire fixed. Oh, yes they found the real cause of my leak, a nail! Great service, Honest and will take my car here for all future needs!
