These guys are the best. Always very kind and helpful and quick. Theyre close and the service is so good, they are my first go-to with car concerns.

The customer service at this location (Parker) was great. I dealt with Mike. Originally, I called the Lone Tree location to ask for a specific tire in a specific size (full set). I was quickly told that none of their warehouses had the tire, and the individual tried to convince me to purchase a tire that was $70 more expensive (per tire) than what I was looking for, and didnt perform nearly as well according to Tire Racks tests. I decided to call the Parker location, and Mike was great. He did confirm that there were only two available at another location, but said hed check with his third-party providers and get back to me. I didnt expect much, but he seemed sincere. Mike called me 15 minutes later and said he was able to order them and theyd be in the next day. The in-store experience was the same. Mike kept me in the loop and had my new tires mounted on my new wheels in accordance with the quoted time, and I couldnt be happier. The guys even loaded the wheels and tires into the back of my car while I handled payment inside. Id highly recommend this location. Wish I could say the same for the other one.

I limped my car in with a flat tire. My spare was flat as well. The guys in the shop were nice and helpful, but the guy at the front desk needs some training in customer service skills. He told me they couldnt fix my tire, and I needed 4 new tires. SCAM! They put air in my spare and I left and went to Big Of Tires down the road. They had my tire patched and repaired in 30 minutes. I would not recommend Tires Plus.

We had an issue and they are working with me to make it right. Before this issue, I had done nothing but positive experiences at this Tires Plus location.

Ive been coming here about a year now and I like Tires Plus better than Discount Tires. Tires Plus always provided great customer service to me. The young man at the service desk, Mike is really friendly and does great job. They offer great price and not as busy as discount tire.

OMG the lobby / waiting area is dirty and freak my daughter out. There are so many spider webs hanging off the ceiling and lights, it looks like a horror movie. Flies and bugs moving around the lobby, spider webs on the windows next to the tables people sit at.Clean this place people.

So Im a young mom and pregnant with my second little blessing. I ended up with a screw in my tire, so I called and asked a price all seemed perfect. I get the call my tire is finished and ready to be picked up. They loaded the tire for me, got it back to my dads and as we are rolling it to my car I can hear it hissing. They just pulled the screw charged me for it and sent me in my way. My heart was broken, I feel it is messed up for people to take advantage of women period. So I brought it back with my little one and brother in tow. When we came back to have this corrected the gentleman that had been so nice before wouldnt even speak to me. At the end of the service my dad talked to him and the mechanic that was helping us gave me a full refund. So moral of this is if you are female check it before you leave.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice, but besides that I would not return.They tried to charge me more than double the advertised price for the oil change, which had been the only reason I came in. The gentleman manning the desk however honored the price when I explained that was the only reason I had chose them. Between the price issue and turning down up-sells I was at the desk for what felt like at least half an hour after the car was finished.Who ever rotated and aired my tires lost two of the valve caps. The valves and long check out time are in the long run small things, but they are small things that matter to me and I wont be returning.

We were at the Burger King across the street and 3 employees or outside the facing the American Flag with a black shirt with something written on it lipping at off taking selfies laughing I was going to be bringing my fleet of cars there I will mean never bring any business to them if their employees dont respect the United States what kind of respect are they gonna have for my vehicles

Please avoid this particular store.I requested and paid for synthetic oil and they put Basic Oil (this was few weeks ago). I assumed this was a mistake and I let it go.I went again to the same store to purchase tires and they said that they lost one tire hubcap.I do not trust or would recommend their service at all at this store.Avoid

Was is in line at the Burger King and watched three employees deface an American flag and hang it and flip it off and laugh I call the manager and asked what kind of outfit he was running since his employees were were not showing any respect for those who ha e given their lives to protect that flag and what it stands for and I was told well Ill have them take it down and I just cant believe what I had seen and I will not be taking the 11 vehicles was was goin to buy tires for to them because if a manager does know what goin on and allowing them to dis respect the flag why would they even respect a car thats not theirs because they dont even respect their employer or job

I was pleasantly surprised at my great experience here. Im not in Parker much but had to do an emissions test so I decided to stop here for an oil change and tire balance. Service was incredibly friendly and down to earth. No hard sell, no talking down to you. Just nice guys explaining whats wrong and not trying to sell you the store. Its a drive but may be worth it in the future. Very happy.

Slow: Took almost 3 hrs just to switch 2 wheels/tires, even though I was the only customer there. Came in around 9:15AM and didnt get out until noon.Careless: On Friday Sept 20, I came in just to switch out the 2 bad rims and the next morning, 2 wheels were flat. I checked and found out they broke the TPMS sensor stem value on the Right wheel. I know this because I looked at it the day before to put air in. On the Left wheel, they didnt clean the tire bead when they mounted it to the rim, so air was leaking. I ended up going to Discount Tires and paid them to redo the work and extra $75 for a new TPMS sensor.

Really fast service for an oil change that I scheduled in advance and the price with coupon was the same if I had bought the oil and filter and did it myself.

I needed an oil change and decided to drive over to this location. While in route I called them to find out what the wait time was. The call was answered and I was immediately placed on hold. I was on hold for at least 7 minutes. I know it was close to 7 minutes because I was able to actually drive to the location, walk through the door and was still on hold.When I walked in I thought it was going to be a frenzy of activity and busyness. It was just one guy behind the counter who felt he had to give the customer currently in front of him the lowdown on discount tire shops and how bad they are. I sat there for an additional 4 minutes WHILE STILL ON HOLD. Finally I had enough. I stood up and slowly began walking to the door. This guy didnt miss a beat. Still didnt pick the call up that he had on hold (my call lol) nor did he attempt to reach out to me as I walked out the door.This wouldnt have been such a bad experience had the gentleman checked back in with me when I was on hold the first 3 minutes or even acknowledged me when I initially walked in with a, Hey welcome to Tires Plus Ill be right with you.I got nothing. He was so engrossed in putting down other businesses and showing how much he knew that he lost a customer.Dont get me wrong Im not against people sharing knowledge or wanting to be helpful. But man, manage your activity and above all acknowledge the new customers that want to do business with you.At that point I wouldve told him dont worry about the guy on hold, its me, Im here now.I dont get it. Hopefully they will take notice of this review and do something different.

I left my car for an oil change and was assured it would be ready in an hour and a half. I returned after 2 hours and my car hadnt had any work done at all.

Took 2 visits to get my 37 tires balanced.

Customer service was terrible. I have a car that is basically dying probably 10k miles left. The front tires are bald due to some alignment issues I had. But even though my rear tires were fine they said they had to change all four. I just needed 2 tires that would lasts a year when I will buy a new car. They said they weren’t allowed to sell me two, luckily goodyear will

I wish I had been going to this Tire Plus location instead of the one on Chambers because they do really good work here; they know what they are talking about, they are customer focused, and are not just trying to take you for your money.

I somehow managed to pick up a key (yes... A KEY) in my rear driver side tire. It was bad enough that I could hear the tire hissing, so to the tire shop we went. They were able to get us in, repaired and rotated in about an hour. I didnt have any of my paperwork with me (I bought the tires here about seven months ago) but they found me an honored the hazard coverage (thank goodness). Ill never go anywhere else.

Excellent service, had an issue where my cars tires wouldnt hold air and they fit me in right away and took care of the issue within minutes. Highly recommend.

After scheduled maintenance service (my cars, not me) over the years at Tires Plus, I recently had some unexpected mechanical issues with one of our vehicles which was addressed by the staff & resolved above & beyond the call of duty....both Store Mgr. Jon & Asst. Mgr. Ben need to be commended for their honesty & customer service & I will certainly be back when needed (well, my cars, anyway).....isnt this what the Plus in Tires Plus is all about?

Had an issue with getting my tires pro rated.Then sales guy tried to sell me the same tires after i had issues with them.. Went on web to look at the review for those tires as the guy was stating they were good and the first 20 reviews were the same issue i had.. Short tread life. After i showed him the review he still tries to sell me the tires. I left after that.I will never go to another tires plus again

After getting new tires from this place a few months ago, I noticed one tire had a slow leak. Took it in 2 weeks ago, and was told my rim was bad, and needed 4 new rims, since this one was bad they all must be! Funny, they never mentioned this when they put the new tires on! I took my car to a competitor down the street yesterday, they did some grinding and fixed the rim, but found the REAL CAUSE, and removed a NAIL! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I went in for an alignment. I knew my front tires were a in need of replacement, but they were under warranty at another place and I was going to deal with that later. I dropped my car off and about 4 hours later got a call telling me that all my tires needed to be replaced and that I was risking them peeling off when I drove. I almost shelled out 400+ for tires until my friend said to wait and go somewhere else. I took my car in to another place the next day who actually replaced my front tires at no charge because they were under warranty still and who also told me that my back tires had a lot of tread left and that I could wait several months to have done. I ended up paying 3.21 elsewhere with way better customer service. I am only sad now that I paid 85 for my alignment and it still is pulling! DO NOT GO THERE!

The worst service Ive ever had.I went to this place just to change my oil, Ive been overcharged, they said the full synthetic service includes lubrication of chassis, which they didnt do it and finally they overfilled the oil, now my engine is knocking. Stupid stuff! Ill never go there agan.

Took our tire with a screw in the tread to get it fixed and they literally only pulled the screw from the tire - no fix, no patch, no plug. Had to take it back and the employee said nothing to us, just took our tire back. Not recommending this location to anyone anytime soon.
