Not only did they fix my cracked screen on my monitor, but they were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. They made sure I was satisfied with my new screen before I left the store. The tech also made sure that everything was functioning properly before I left and put the case I purchased in store on my phone for me. I am very satisfied!

I bought a very expensive AGM battery for my trailer here a year ago. It was DOA the first time out and I called the store to question it. The employee that spoke with me on the phone said bring it down and we will exchange it. I went in and the manager stopped me in my tracks and blamed me for not having charged it to start with. Well, no one told me it would need charging before use. It was the end of the season for us and I bought a battery tender and left it on the battery all winter. Took it out first time this season and it was DOA again (turns out the tender wasnt hefty enough to do the job for real). I took it into Centennial Batteries Plus and they said they would have to put it on a special charger over night to fix it. They did so and it has seemed to work pretty well since... but over all ... NOT happy with Parker Batteries Plus! I am being generous with 2 stars.

I purchased a Batteries Plus Bulbs battery for my emergency home generator but it failed after about 6 months. I needed a quick replacement so I purchased a replacement battery at a business closer to my home, since Batteries Plus Bulbs is 20+ miles away. Batteries + Bulbs would not provide a refund for the defective battery which had a one year guarantee.The store would only replace the battery so now I have a battery which I dont need and cant use. Poor quality product and poor business practices.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I made an appointment to have the charge port fixed on my phone, when I brought it in, the rep looked at my phone and scoffed, and said he wouldnt do any work on it because he thought it looked like it had already been worked on by somebody else... ? He was very rude, and offered nothing in terms of alternatives, or any kind of explanation of what that meant. I found a locally owned place nearby where they were super happy to help me instead. Avoid this place.

If I could give a 0 I would! Customer Service is non existent. I called on a Friday to make an appointment to have my iphone repaired. The guy told me to make an appointment online and Ill save $10. Asked if the next day would work, answer was yes. Went in the next day at 10am. The store was locked, supposed to be open at 9am. I waited, someone finally came to open the store, I walked in and let the guy know that I had an appointment for a repair. He looked at me and said we are not doing any repairs today I said I called and I made an appointment and I had multiple confirmations of my appointment on my text and email. He said those are just automated Extremely rude, did not apologize. Just basically sent me on my way.....gave some excuse that people called in. This store needs to get it together. I will never step foot in there again and I urge anyone to never give them your business

Guy was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Dark hair, glasses, beard. I needed a new battery for my key fob, but the caveat is- it’s for an exotic car. He just stood there arms crossed the entire time.Me: I understand you can replace batteries in key fobs?Him: Yeah, but not that oneMe: Because it’s an exotic?Him (sarcastically): How much do you think that key fob costs?Me, guessing: Probably $2000Him: Exactly. Take it to the dealer.It was an unprofessional interaction. Obviously his tone and body language is lost in this replay of events. But I walked out of there feeling like he just told me leave.I will not be coming back here ever again for anything, and I will make sure no one else I know does either.

We called to see if they could program a 2nd Key Fob for our car, informed them that we only had one key and all other places wed talked to, aside from the dealership, could not program a 2nd with only a single key. They told us no problem they could handle it, so we ordered the key fob and were told it would be a couple of weeks. I got an email the next day saying it was ready, called in to see if that was accurate and was told there were issues with their system and our order wasnt ready, they took my number and said they would call me when it was in fact ready. A couple of weeks pass and no call, so I call them to see if the FOB had arrived - they said it had and I could come in. Before driving down there, I again went over with him the fact that we only had one key, and he said that wasnt an issue at all, so I said I would come in the next few days. I went in and while the gentleman was taking the FOB out of the package I asked: so you can do the same programming as the dealership?, him: yep, me: and the functionality of the key will be the same?, him: I can guarantee you all 4 buttons on the FOB will work, me: and there wont be any issues with security or anything else starting the truck?, him (condescendingly): no thats kind of the point of getting a key. Whats the year, make and model? I tell him the info and his response is ok, I need the second key. I reply that I didnt have one, that I already told him that and it was the entire reason I was skeptical. He informs me that they cant program it with only a single key, looks at me like its my fault, and informs me that Ill have to pay a lot more and go to the dealership......yeah I know thats why I had multiple discussions with you clowns. Needless to say wont be going here for anything in the future and would advise others to not waste their time. A bunch of idiots that could have saved me a ton of time if they knew what they were talking about or actually looked up the info in their own system.

Typically like this store. However Nate and Steve decided they were going to yell and scream at me for not wearing a mask. I have asthma, they would let me speak. They threatened to call the police.(which was fine) and even worse, they thoroughly scared my 6 year old child. It’s extremely unfortunate employees think they can act this way. Needless to say I will not be going back, fortunately we have many options as consumers in Parker

He carefully explained why the product was no longer available and had a good recommendation for a replacement product. I dont know where to start! Charles, in Parker, CO helped us. He was amazing and went above and beyond. Our car battery was dead... wouldnt have been so bad but JUST put $1000 into this car. Charles made sure we had a new battery right away. His help just took all of the stress away! Also, helped me find a charger for my cell phone. I was all customer service was like Charles!

Very disappointed with the customer service provided. Purchased a $169.00 battery in May 2020 and was having a problem with the battery holding a charge (roughly 5 months later). Attempted to resolve the issue with an exchange for a new battery. Store manager (Charles) was not willing to stand behind the warranty which states on the receipt Full Warranty until 5/20/2022. Battery was in perfect condition, no physical damage. Would not recommend this store. Very disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to stand behind their product. In addition, store manager was rude and not willing to provide his managers name, nor Franchise ownership information. Escalating through Batteries Plus leadership organization. ****Update*** Great news! Was just contacted by the Regional Manager (James). They are going to provide a full replacement and in addition, apologized for what had occurred. Great ending and I will continue to support Batteries Plus with my business. Thanks James!

If I could give this store a negative star I would. My mother’s electric scooter need it’s batteries replaced, we called on Saturday they said bring it in at 11:30. We were told it would be finished by 3:00. My husband called on his way to pick it up and he was told they had the wrong solder but it would be ready Sunday. On Sunday afternoon they said the boss never brought it but it would be ready Monday. On Monday at 3:30 I called and Charles said he didn’t know when he’d have it finished because life gets in the way....really!!!! This isn’t a cell phone this is my mom’s mobility. She is trapped in the house until it’s fixed and their response...is life gets in the way. Wow just wow!! He said I’ll give you a discount, I don’t care about the money I care about my mom being able to get around since she can’t walk! My husband went to pick it up so we could take it somewhere else and looked at it and the battery pack didn’t even need to be soldered they just plugged in. They didn’t even look at to see. This place is a joke!!!

I had the BEST service when I shopped in your Parker, CO., store. I needed a replacement battery for my APC unit, and the young man who helped me could not have been more compassionate, kind, patient, and really cared about getting the exact battery I needed. I am a Senio Citizen, and having a young man treat me so well was really shocking...usually, the staff of stores doesnt care at all, or worse, treats me like Im invisible. I hope you give him a raise. Sadly, I dont remember his name, but he did say you could identify him from the receipt code. I hope so. If I had a busniess Id hire him away from you.

I bought a speciality bulb. It was slightly different wattage than my original one. The clerk said it should work or bring it back. Well it didn’t. The packaging on the new bulb was old that it cracked open before I paid for it. The clerk put a tape on it and said I can bring it back if it does not work. Well, today I went back to return it. the other clerk was rude and not willing to listen. Rules are rules, no returns on open bulb packages! He was nice to give me the number for the store manager to complain. Of course the number on the card is the store number. So, I have to wait for another day or two until the manager is in the store. Not going back. Customer service is terrible, product is even worst.

I made an appointment using their online reservation system to replace my iPhone battery. Showed up and was told the tech isnt here today. Then why did it let me make an appointment? While in-store, made an appointment for the next week. Got a text that morning saying my appointment was at 8:30pm on Sunday (!!!), so called the store and was told that I didnt have an appointment. But they said I could come in anyway. I then asked if they had a battery for my model of phone, and the answer was No! After specifying what phone I had during both reservations! Complete incompetence and indifference.

On 7/16/20 I called the Parker,CO store because the website listed there were three in stock at that location. I waited for about 8 minutes and no one picked up. I went to the store and had the website on my phone to which I showed the sales rep (Stephen Mahoney). He looked on the shelf and said they didn’t have any. He told me he could order me one and it would be shipped to the store in a week. I ordered the battery with him (there was no mention that if I had ordered online, I could have some idea of tracking delivery). He said I would receive a call when it came in. The next week goes by and I haven’t received a call. I call the store and wait 10 minutes with no one answering. I drive to the store and wait in line. I watch a sales rep pick up the phone and press hold a good 2 times. After waiting in line, the sales rep can’t find my order on the system via my name or my phone number. I still have the order receipt in my hand to which I read out the order number to him. He is then able to find it in the system. The rep looks around the store for the delivery. He tells me he can’t find it and that must mean it didn’t get shipped. I asked if he had any way of tracking and he said that they have a few orders being shipped differently. He tells me it will be on the order the following week. I wait a week and again, no one calls. I call the store and I’m told that the original rep who was “new” did not actually place my order. That he is sorry and to come back up to the store for a refund. I could then order online through their website if I wanted to. I return to the store today (3/3/20) and ask for a refund because I was told that my order was never placed. The sales rep tells me “Well the fact that there’s an order number here (he points to my receipt that I had brought in again) tells me it was placed”. That’s the first thing he says to me. No question why I would say that or anything. Just a condescending accusation. I tell him that’s what I was told on the phone by a rep. That’s why I drove back to this store.” the rep with him confirms he is the one that told me that on the phone. He said “I apologize” and continues to say “that’s probably on the shipment that was lost. I have about a thousand upset customers” I told him that if I had any idea literally ANY at all, that I would have gone another route by now. To which no one said anything. I had to ask for my receipt back from the rep so I could write this review. It occurred to me in that moment, that no one had yet to ask for my number or additional info to locate this order in their system. Ever. If I didn’t have this paper, could anyone do their job? Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. And I am totally lenient and understanding that a lot of companies are going through changes and are having to adapt. But it is not the customers responsibility to be their own customer service when placing an order in the actual store no less. Zero communication between employees. Absolutely no real apologies for having to wait, call, drive up there this many times. How this company operates as a functioning business in 2020 is a complete joke and I’m honestly surprised if anyone returns for business.This store has been nothing but a complete nightmare. I have had to be my own customer service and driving up to the store proved to be no less confusing or helpful in any way.

Booked an appointment to get my phone fixed on Friday, drop it off and they dont have the correct parts manager wasnt there when I went to pick it up Friday night didnt tell the current employee any update, my phone taken apart all weekend and monday, sent 2 emails no response, phone call 4 days later still not finished wasnt finished til the following TUESDAY, when it was returned it was still missing the S-pen and had to return to the store to get the missing piece. Terrible experience, still full price!

When it comes to automotive installation, total incompetence. The kid had to try four or five different sockets for each nut he encountered. I had to recommend a screwdriver to separate the jaws of a battery post clamp. Dropped the retaining rod for the battery hold down frame, and told me it was unnecessary since he didnt have one on his car. The battery vibrated a quarter-inch in each direction, and we know what vibration does for batteries. I left, came home, and finished the job. Recovered the retaining rod on the frame and installed it. No battery shake. Decided to test the nuts the kid had loosened. Three of them had not been tightened again. Suggest you find another place to have a battery installed.

We got off to a rough start but finished strong! I ordered a battery for my laptop a month ago, never got a call that it was in so I stopped in today. They couldnt find the battery even though it was received. Carter finally found it so I said I would bring my laptop back later in the day for them to install it. Carter was the only one who knew how to install it and he was gone when I made it back. However, this young kid told his boss to call him if I came back in. He came back to work and installed my battery. I was disenchanted at first but ended up being very impressed with this young kid! Great work ethic, excellent customer service, and knowledge! I was a little disappointed that the system didnt tell me this when I ordered it. To this stores credit they did get one for me on the same day. Just disappointed I had to make 2 trips to the store thats not exactly close to me. Lets see how this AGM battery holds up. Its showing lower voltage than the one I turned in as a core.

I am giving my review on their device repair. I made an appointment online, as they suggested, and when I brought in my iphones for screen repairs, they then told me that they didnt have screens available. So they told me to come back the next day. I specifically asked if they will have the screens by then, and they said they would. I came back in the next morning at my appointment time, again, they turned me away because they didnt have the screens needed to fix my phones. So they told me to go to the centennial location where he checked their stock, and said they have the screens I need. I double checked the address with him and He also assured me twice that he would call them and tell them I was on my way. So I drove to the other location only to find out, they also did not have the screens to fix my devices AND he never called to verify they had stock, nor to tell them I was on my way.They need to have better communication between staff and customers. While the employees that I encountered were nice, they did not do their job as they said, and I am frustrated at the lack of communication, and the runaround I was put through.I took my business to UbreakIfix, and they did a supurb job in 45 min. If they would have been straigh forward about not having the screens needed until later in the week, not given me the runaround, I probably would have not gone anywhere else.

My almost 2 year old daughter, while trying to be helpful and bring me my phone, dropped it. The screen shattered at the top and there were a few dead spots on the screen (quite large dead spots). I had to put press-and-seal wrap to prevent my ear from getting cuts while chatting to people on the phone. After awhile, the dead spots shrank and I decided to replace the screen instead of waiting for the time too get a new one through me phone company. They fixed it and when I got it home, notices that the LCD was damaged on the bottom half. I took it in and they repaired it for free!! I was always so impressed with their ability to help when the unexpected happens. (Turns out the screen was damaged before they put it on, maybe in shipment to them, and they replaced it for me for free). So great, and I just drop it off before work and pick it up after my shift.. no time to miss my phone!

If you go there to get your battery replaced on your galaxy phone make sure you call and make an appointment because you will waste your time talking to the young man at the counter because he does not know how to make appointments or give you correct information.

I ordered a boat battery from the web-site, drawn by the advertising of free delivery.When I placed my order, there was no delivery option, it simply charged my credit card and told me which store I could come to pick up my battery.I figured it was probably my mistake, so I just went to the store, but I had noticed on the web site that with a code they give you, I could get 10% off if I ordered on-line and picked up in the store.Since thats what I was doing, kind of against my will, I figured I should at least get the discount, so I printed off the code and took it to the store.Turns out, there was no delivery at all and I could have picked up the battery in stock at any store. The person at the store said he had never heard of a battery being delivered and that, because the web-site already charged my credit card, I could not use the 10% discount.Impressive collection of batteries. Poor customer service.
