AMAZING management, quick and easy access and very simple to switch units/size. I have used Extra Space off of Lincoln for years, and I have never been disappointed. I love that their hours aren’t 24/7 to ensure my safety. Nothing shifty about this place at all, I always feel safe and taken care of, and my items in storage remain safe and secure. The site is always clean, cleared of snow, and outstandingly maintained. A few managers have come through my location, and Dustin has been my favorite manager of all. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and made sure all my needs were met before leaving the office. I will never go anywhere else!

What a nice, clean storage facility with a super, customer friendly agent!! The unit we originally rented would not hold all of our furniture/boxes. and with my movers sitting in the lot, was able to rent an additional space on the spot! Was a very efficient sign up for us.........first we contacted the main number for Extra Space........contact on main number was very helpful, answered my questions, I set us up for an appointment the next day. Dustin, the site manager, was very helpful as well and we agreed on a storage unit. Unit was very clean! As we started to move we realized we needed more space. Called Dustin on the business card he provided and we settle quickly on another storage unit. At the end of the day we had great service and enough clean space for our move.

Great place met all my storage needs, only complaint was when there was an apocalyptic level snow fall they did not plow the snow which meant climbing through 4 foot drifts of snow to access your locker. Other than that, couldnt be happier.

Extra space storage was great! I had a sudden move came up and they fit me in and got me a unit with payment over the phone the SAME DAY. I never had a problem while being here and Dustin at the parker location was always there to help! This place was great!!

We sold our house and initially needed 4 storage units; 10X25, 2 10x10, & 10x20 with the intention of consolidating to one unit. We were able to clear the 10x20 unit and then the two 10x10 units. Dustin worked with us through the process as we pared down the volume of stuff we accumulated. The units are clean and the complex is well managed. Dustin was Great to work with and was helpful in every way. this is our first storage unit adventure and its been a positive experience.

This facility is top-notch, immaculately kept, great rates, and the best staff. Dustin, the property manager is wonderful to work with, he’s always accommodating and reviews all options best suited to your situation. Extra Space Storage is by far the best storage company I have ever used. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are extremely affordable for what they offer. All unit are in great condition. They have the best hrs of operations for the early morning and midnight oil burners. I was recommended to them by a friend and glad I went with them.

Rented there 4 and half years ago and had great service, very clean, and well maintained facility. Searched around on the web and came back to Extra Space Storage because their prices are very reasonable as well.So, last week we came back again cause were moving again! Same great service, still really clean and the place still looks like new!
