The process of getting a storage unit was simple easy and the associate was very helpful. Even when moving out of my unit it was a simple conversation and was all done with ease.

Ease of access and use. Would recommend fixing lcd screen on exit pad. No guidance on order of buttons to push.

I used the CubeSmart location on Apache in Parker to rent a U-Haul truck after the truck I wanted was not at the location I wanted. Im glad things worked out the way they did! Jana and Chris were awesome, making sure I was all taken care of and with the best possible deal for my two-day truck rental. I was so impressed, I spoke with Jana after returning the truck and she showed me around the facility. I was interested in a unit and she held it for me for almost 2 weeks, calling to get updates. Now Im the proud renter of a pull-through 30 storage unit thats larger, cleaner, and more accessible than the two units Im consolidating. Did I mention cheaper? Even after the 6-month 25% off period ends, this unit is still less expensive than paying for 2 units at the old place! Thanks, CubeSmart! I appreciate the quality and cost effectiveness. The property location is very convenient to our current residence. Beautifully clean property, great customer service (i dropped off a Uhaul prior to renting a storage unit).

Pros-Online setup without a person was great.-The best price I could find-Local Office is helpfulCons-a bunch of add-ons, inflating the price paid. Lock (I have my own), Insurance (dont want or need) admin fee (I saved you labor, why is there a fee?)-Set up my pass-code which didnt work when I arrived. Had to deal with changing the pass-code because the one I selected wont work

This is the first time that Im looking into a storage facility. Im really impressed with the service I received. The manager Michael was really professional and very efficient. He greeted us outside and offered us water right away. Considering it was extremely hot. Units are really clean and pricing is just right considering the neighborhood. Will be moving in next month and will be recommending this facility and Michael to my family and friends!

Ive had a storage unit for about 7 months here. Had a few bumps the day of move in, but they definitely were responsive and made things right. Christopher the manager has been great to work with and went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. Their location is also perfect and easy to access.

I called to see if we could pick the truck up early and they said they were waiting on one to be returned, 30 minutes later I got a call from Chris letting me know the truck came in, I really appreciate him taking the time to call us when the truck came in, instead of waiting for us to come a few hours later at the scheduled time! Everything look clean. The only downfall was that in order to open the gate when leaving you have to get out of your car.

His warm smile and understanding attitude make me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Chris is a consummate professional. Jana is the new store manager who has the same friendly attitude as Chris. When I first met her, Jana took the time to shake my hand and introduce herself. She told me that she would always be available to assist me with any issues. What a blessing it is to have found this storage facility. Even though I have moved away from the Parker area, I am more than happy to drive the extra miles to Your Storage Center.

We moved our 5,000 sq ft house into their facility as they were just opening. Not only were they extremely helpful in recommending unit sizes, but even played our favorite style of music over the yard speakers every time they saw us move another load of furniture or personal items. What a personable and helpful couple, always smiling and always ready to help. With modern security systems, a clean facility and spacious load/unload area, they were the right choice for us. Having also tried Public Storage in Parker, we would highly recommend that you consider Your Storage Center of Parker as your first choice for storage.

I am a collector of classic cars. I was looking for a place that was clean, safe,and had a friendly staff. I must say that Christopher is very friendly and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately i had to relocate to Florida for work and had to give up my space. But let me say this, you will be treated kindly and Christopher makes you feel at home. From setting up the rental for our 10 x 10 unit, keeping us updated along the way with any changes, and going out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Wendy provided great customer service and took time to explain everything that I needed. She also made sure that I did not miss anything, as moving can be stressful. She is a great asset to the company. If you had service stars, I would give her one.

This facility recently underwent new management. The superior personal service has been lost and is now a commercialized corporate chain. Without any warning of a pending change; from the start the hand-over was sloppily conducted. I was called abruptly and berated about an outstanding bill that had already been paid but due to their software transition was showing incorrectly. I was locked out of my unit for several days before I could get into the store to clarify the issue. Then again due to their software glitches was unable to set up an online payment and became delinquent. The staff was completely unsympathetic to these problems that THEY caused. The agreements previously in place were completely abandoned with no reconciliation. I operate a business from this site and found it very annoying how much time and energy I had to waste cleaning up their mess. I am further irritated I was not even given a choice but to pay another month because of static corporate policies. I will be moving immediately to another local facility that will treat its customers the way the previous management once did here.

This was a five star review. I rented here about a year ago and they guy who ran this place was a professional. I came back hoping to get that same service and was disappointed to find both Jana and Chris are gone.

We had a wonderful experience checking in with Jana. She was really busy first thing on Saturday morning as she was the only person working, however, she was very pleasant and helpful! We look forward to our continued relationship with CubeSmart and definitely recommend this location to anyone else looking for a storage unit in Parker.

** Updated Review: Important, see new paragraph below **The service provided was extremely friendly and the staff was more than accommodating to my specific needs. *UPDATE*There is a plant nursery adjacent to this storage location. The soil / dirt from this nursery blows onto the storage units property, and for whatever reason, these units were built with open soffits.Because of this poor design, dirt and soil from the plant nursery blows across the street, and fills the inside of these units. Within 60 days, ALL of my stored belongings, were covered with a layer soil/dirt and debris. For this reason I have adjusted my rating. The location is very convenient but the design of the storage units are not at all functional with the nearby plant nursery. There appears to be a way to correct this issue, but I have yet to see anything done by the owners to circumvent the aforementioned. I am not certain which location was established first, but something has to change to remedy this obstacle.

Not only is their facility extremely clean and well kept, but it has very wide lanes which make navigating a truck and trailer extremely easy. MY BIGGEST THANK YOU to Christopher for staying open 1 hour later than normal hours to allow me to get my trailer in a new unit. I called 5 other places around parker, Littleton, and castle rock...NONE were willing to stay open late to get my business BUT My Storage Center and Christopher WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND the normal call of duty to take care of me.
