The front desk lady was EXTREMELY nice, help, patient and very informative. I would definitely recommend this place. You can’t beat the price and customer service.

I dont know I was just doing work there on the asphalt. Cutting out patches looks like they have a lot of nice stuff and Storage but I dont know

The people are great.Recently they put a 10 x 30 unit on hold for me haha to put a 1957 lincoln continental in. They were very nice an understanding about the schedule my son and I have. Hard to talk about things when ships pass and you didnt get to talk. They held it for 3 days when I finely called an took it off hold.I have a unit with them already.Need it stored they are the best.

The customer service is very good and wellIntended. Staff is new and, as it may appear, turnover may be high. They do the best they can for sure. The loss of a star is for the facility itself. Moving in after the sun sets is an adventure due to the lack of lighting. It’s not that there are no lights. It is the fact that they are off. If I am to have access until 10 PM, have the lights on! Props to the staff. They have the right idea!

Wow! This place is top notch! The Property is clean and looks nice. Arianna was great! She explained the social distancing protocols theyre following all while being able to make sure I was fully taken care of . Answered all my questions through the door to protect myself and her.I didnt rent today as Im just price shopping. I will be back in the summer!!

Wow! I was shocked! I got a large unit at the ladt minute and when they opened the door to it, it was spotless! Being an outside unit I expected dust from under the door. Not so much as a dead bug or a dust bunny! Moved my stuff right in! Very happy

This is a great facility. Wonderful staff. Very clean, very professional.

Set up was professional and quick. Unit is clean. Door kind of flimsy. My gripe is that I could not prepay a month or so early, in order for the rental to start at a later date. I reserved a unit, but could not pay when I made the reservation. When you pay is the date the rent starts. Also, we have been getting some snow. Drip, drip, drip from roof as I open and close the door.

Jed, the StorQuest personnel who helped me check in to my storage unit, was very professional and helpful. The units are always kept clean and well protected. This location provided the perfect storage solution for us while we were in the process moving from one home to another! :)

Tremendous experience, Chaz had me setup and on my way in 15 minutes. As the manager here he hit a homerun. He also gave me some great tips on storage, packing, and climate considerations. This is a professional operation, and close by. Super glad Im renting from a local provider as well.

I have used this storage place since 2014.Mom passed away an did not want to throw to much away. The people are great and have helped me out a lot.

Initially all was okay. Six months in they raised the rent on the storage. They said it would raise every year.Friends I know did not get the raise. I will not store there again.

I havent always been able to pay on time because Im a mom of 4 boys and money is not always easy to come by. But chaz and jed have always been patient with me and are always helpful and care that i Need to keep my storage. I know there are rules when you pay late and they abide by those policies but they are always pleasant and understanding. Thanks you guys.

Chaz is professional and very accommodating - I rented a small unit and 2 days later found out I needed a much larger unit due to the volume of items that were left over from filling up a pod. Friendly staff! Easy to book! Great price! I recently moved from my storage unit in denver to the parker Storquest on pony express. Easy to make the reservation online to secure a great price and I was greeted by there professional friendly staff. So far so good for these guys!

Easy to pay, and a little out of the way, but the price is worth it. My only complaints are the location of the exit keypad. It can be a pain in the ass to get to and get out.

UPDATED MARCH 7 2021 VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!First off let me start by saying peoples lives dont revolve around your monday thru saturday schedule secondly they will not allow you to access your own storage on sundays unless you have an automatic payment setup and of course nobody is working on Sunday so you ha e to talk to some 800# i have been a customer for over 4 continous years but if you dont make your payments on time they constantly harass you by phone and email until you do pay its like they are oblivious to what going on in the world with this pandemic its all about moneyy moneyy money with them regardless of how long youve been a customer of theirs or so with that being said you will be losing a long time customer because of your less than appreciated fact that your ungrateful of your long time customers whos payments helped keep your business afloat during the pandemic on top of that they are way to expensive for the unit they give you and then they have contractors come in and run into your storage door causing it not to sit all the way on the ground and when i question it i get told they are waiting on the insurance company and i will have to move all my stuff out of the current unit into another at my own expense its ridiculous save your headaches and money and go somewhere else

Be aware that the rental rates shown on the web site DO NOT include the MANDATORY $10.00 per month plus insurance charge. At a minimum of $120/year for $2,000 of coverage this is extremely expensive insurance.
