The place is clean and quiet and safe. I was very happy with my choice to go with Mini U. The staff was polite and personable. I used to recommend this place to anyone who needed storage. Unfortunately, the price has changed. Its no longer worth it. It went from $116 for a 10X10 to almost $200 a month. That is a pretty substantial price increase without offering an explanation. I was informed of this less than a month before the rate increase. I would strongly suggest you shop around for a different location as there is no guarantee the prices wont increase again by $80+.

One of the best storage places I’ve ever used, the staff is always so friendly and able to help with any sort of questions and make sure you’re all set up for success in any of your moving needs. Units are always clean and with a wide variety of different sizes and affordable prices. Easy access into your units with different carts and dollies to use as well. 5 stars! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to use for any of their storage needs.

Met all of my needs with professionalism and personality. Used their rental services for several months with zero issues. Units are clean and the staff is very personable. I also utilized their truck rental service and that was a painless and quick experience as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to use them!

Cannot say enough about how thankful I am for Jason and Lauren today at the Parker location. We were really in a bind running late to move out of our apartment, not arriving til about 6:15, and with both of us flying out the next morning if these guys didnt come through we were screwed. I can really appreciate service in a job like that because it isnt as if the person has to do anything to be nice or make a commission on it. Thanks again so much you guys for the free water and kindness!

This location is great, very clean and friendly staff! They have carts available to use to move your items from your car into your unit which is extremely helpful and even have a truck that you can rent. Jason was extremely kind and helpful when getting me all set up and was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a friendly way.

$120 increase on our 10x10??!! Give me a break. Zero stars- anything that was good before this was just completely canceled out:(

Units and facility are clean and fairly easy to access. My biggest issue is with rent increases - my first one (a 25% increase) came in three months. That seemed a little steep, but I was in a smaller unit and the rent increase didnt make moving worthwhile. The second increase, of 65%, came one a year later. You read that right and its not a typo - 65%. Meaning in just 15 months my rent more than doubled. To me, thats no way to treat long term customers and I will be moving my stuff elsewhere. A 65% single increase and rent more than doubled in 15 months - outrageous.

Very fast and easy to rent a unit. Did online and took about 5 minutes. They called right after to confirm and went over information about what needs to happen and how everything works. They were very friendly. The prices are even really good. They are actually the best I have found. I have rented from a couple different places and the experiences were never pleasent. I can say this one was.,

After having a storage unit there for a few years their corporate headquarters located in California decided to raise my rent almost 80% for no reason other than that was what the going rate is now for justification. They have lost my business and any form of positive reviews. The Dahn Corporation is responsible for this.

Great ownership at this location. Staff has always been helpful with any questions that arise. Been renting here for over a year now. Facility is always clean and temperature controlled. Discounts if you set up automatic payments.

Mini U Storage is a very clean and friendly environment. The employees are very friendly. They gave us the information that we needed and were very willing to help with the information that we found online.

This is a compact, easy to get in and out facility with super terrific staff. Jason helped me select my unit (two large ones to choose from) and was very accommodating. There was even a free truck rental available although I used some movers that are familiar with the facility and they had their own truck. Highly recommend!

I used Mini U Storage last year for a move and returned this year to open a locker for another move. The location is very convenient and accessing the unit is very easy, plenty of room to park and unload. Jason is very helpful and the rates are very competitive.

I am thrilled with being able to store my items in climate control with excellent lighting! I always assumed that climate control storage would cost way more then the outside units but I was happily mistaken.

The Parker, Colorado location was AMAZING to work with! They are so helpful, flexible and kind. Their facility is very nice! We used their 16ft box truck and it was a life saver. They had the snow cleaned off and even cranked the heaters for us as soon as we arrived (very thoughtful). There are so many good things to say! JASON YOUR A SPECIAL KIND of somethingWas all good till I got behind on my bill then I was treated like a POS. After back and forth commu I cation with Jason the manager we came to an agreement to keep m u stuff from getting auctioned. Called the next day to make payment and set up day to get my stuff and Jason says offer is off the table unless I had my unit cleared out that day. Its around noon already and I had no vehicle and was working I expressed that to him said i would pay the amountowed and move my stuff out Friday this was Wednesday. He said no,told him several times then I couldnt do it but would either pay over phone or being cash again repeatedly said he was not taking payment unless I cleaned it out and that it would be auctioned the next morning and I could not come to the auction. I called auction morning tried to pay got told no my stuff was sold. According to my rental paperwork he had to take my payment as long as I was paying it(which I tried) before auction. So now my entire life is gone because he wanted to Play God and show he was a Powerful man. Lol. I have emailed daily asking them to reach out to buyer and let me know i would pay 500-1000 more than he bought for and reimburse for his time but Im sure Jason is getting kickback from buyer and fattening their pockets from my years of collecting antiques and jerseys. Its sad all my late parents ashes and all my paperwork from kids and grandkids since birth cannot replace that. I PRAY YOU STAY FAR AWAY so u dont go thru this yourself!!!! Thanks Jason your a Special human!!!!

The Parker Mini U Storage was just opened a little over a month ago. I was pleased to learn the storage units I moved into have never been used. With that being said, this facility is very clean and in a great location! The managers Kim & Ryan are knowledgeable and super helpful. I reserved through Sparefoot and received a $10 Starbucks gift card. The prices are already unbelievably affordable, but it gets better. I moved in at 50% for the first month! I hardly leave reviews. However, I was so thrilled about the special, site cleanliness & staff I had to leave one.
