The Public Storage Manager was very courteous and helped me find a convenient locker on the ground floor near an exit which I need due to a physical handicap where a cane is required to assist in my walking ability.. We rented a unit today from Louie. He was so fun and enjoyable to chat with! The unit looks amazing and the rate was fantastic. Temperature control is exactly what we needed - so we were happy to get an indoor upstairs unit.Louie helped us set up the rental, auto pay, and FedEx delivery authorization. Louie gave me a fantastic experience with setting up my unit and providing paperwork to show me how to access it within minutes. The prices are superior to other storage companies in town and they remain to be the friendliest. The facility is clean and easy to access within the hours permitted. Signed documents are sent to your email directly via their system so its convenient when youre crunched for time. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for temporary storage.

Its so nice to see places work with professionalism and integrity these days when they seems to be in short supply.Ive used Public Storage off and on for about 15 years. This location is great. Ive never written a review for them, but today I had the pleasure of working with Louie. My wife and I are moving and I needed a place to store a classic Jeep. Louie was extremely professional and helped me the get the unit I needed. When I was getting ready to drop off my jeep this afternoon, my in-laws offered up their garage to store the Jeep. I went in and talked to Louie. He made sure that I was refunded for everything (except the admin fee which was non refundable and fine with me). I feel like most places and employees in this circumstance would have said, Well, you already paid for it, so there is nothing we can do. Louie and Public Storage didnt do that and even made sure I was refunded for the lock that I never really used.Although their prices may seem a bit higher, remember that their first month is usually free and you often get what you pay for!

I had to move all of my stuff into a storage. I called many places, and public storage was the best priced. When I got there to check in Louie, was very friendly and helpful. Louie took me to the unit and made sure I had enough space, went through everything before hand. Dont have anything bad to say about this place.

Louie always knew us when we came in and made us feel at ease. He made sure we had the right unit and a great experience. Moving is stressful... Louie made the storage part easy and stress free!!!! Highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Wonderful place. Louie is great, he was very helpful with the move in process and even guaranteed I got my advertised rate even though the computer wasn’t wanting him to do that. He also is very attentive to the facility, i moved my stuff out over the weekend and planned to stop in this week and let them know that I had vacated and he gave me a call this morning to check in and confirm everything was okay because he noticed my unit was empty and the lock was off.

Today I visited the Public Storage in Parker, CO to exchanged boxes and buy different ones. Bryce who was the attendant on board was very nice, friendly and helpful. I misplaced my receipt to exchange the boxes for another one I needed. Bryce researched manually to find it, and in the computer. I told him it was Okay that Id eat the boxes. He said no, that he was here to help me. Walla! He found the receipt did the exchange, and helped find appropriate boxes for me.Bryce did not have to go out of his way as much as he did. But he did! he went far beyond any service I have ever received in my life! He is a great young man, a big asset to Public Storage, and gives by far the best customer service I have ever received! And I am 67 years old and have never been treated this great. Go Bryce!Great job.

I just signed up for my unit, and I have to say the help I have received so far has been top notch! I was helped by Jennifer earlier when pricing and selecting a storage company, and again when I arrived for my paperwork. She is organized and very helpful. She explained items thoroughly and any areas that may have had a difference, she pointed out and took time to make it clear. I selected this location mainly on her helpful and friendly attitude during my selection process, and the contract signing helped confirm that view. If the service continues at that level, I am sure I will have continued good feedback. Thank you everyone so far!

When we talked to them initially they told us that they had a promotion for a dollar on first months rent which drew us to this place. We ended up getting charge 60 in fees and 20 of it was just for a lock. Every place has move in fees so I pushed this aside. We were quoted $51.70 for rent but they neglected to inform us that the $51.70 wasnt rent that we were miss quoted and that our rent was $141 for a 10x10 unit and that the $51.70 was a charge for moving in before the 1st of the month. So our first month ended up being $110 dollars. When I talked to the manager he was very unhelpful and said that they didnt have to tell us the fees. When I let him know that I was miss quoted and that they need to give people a detailed list of charges I was hung up on. By far the most expensive unite you will find and terrible customer service.

By far the worst storage rental experience ever!  We rented 2 units from them for over a year, one for my Father and one for ourselves.  First, they did not want to honor their promotional price of the first month for a dollar so we had to put one in our company name and one in my Fathers name.  Then, they charged us more for the second unit which was smaller.  After renting the units they hounded us for several days to come back to their facility to sign paperwork they neglected to have us sign.  Every time we tried to gain access to the facility it was not plowed.  The facilities are run down and often times the doors are completely iced in.  The isles are so narrow you have to reverse anything smaller than a compact car just to get out because they refuse to open up the access gates.  Jennifer is literally the rudest customer service person I have encountered in many years.  And when we ask for a manager to call us back we were told the Manager is too busy and we can call her if we have any problems.  Now they have charged us half a months additional rent because we left the lock that we were forced to purchase on the unit after our move out.  Absolutely save yourself.....the worst storage in Parker, and the most expensive!  We have had really good luck at virtually ever other storage unit we have used in Parker.....all I can say is save yourself from the misery of these people.  You dont have to take my word for it, just observe the facility before you rent from them.

Louie was so helpful in getting my mom set up with a storage unit before she moved. He explained everything very thoroughly and is the friendliest man! We are looking forward to renting a storage space from this location.

I was VERY impressed by the service I received from Jennifer! When I first started looking at storage units, she gave me all of the information I needed to know. Jennifer showed me a couple of units so I could compare sizes. She then explained to me about the lock, insurance, and billing. When I was ready to rent a unit, unfortunately there were none the size I needed available. Jennifer put me on a list to notify me. I accidentally came across a larger unit for very little cost difference and immediately placed it on hold (a very nice feature Public Storage provides). Immediately I received a call asking when I would like to see the unit. It was perfect! Jennifer suggested I wait a couple of days to rent it since I already had a hold on it to see if there would be a special on it and there was! I originally planned on renting long-term. However, my circumstances changed and I went in to tell Jennifer I would be moving out of my unit after only a couple of months of storage. She was so gracious! I had put a move out date online, but when she informed me that I would not be able to have the time prorated, she changed my move out date to the end of the month since I had to pay for it anyway. Jennifer did everything she could to make my storage rental experience as pleasant as possible! I totally recommend this facility, and particularly dealing with Jennifer!

Jennifer was an excellent representative from the time I called, rented my unit, went in and unloaded my rental truck! She explained all that my move entailed in a succinct and comprehensible manner and was very pleasant. She made sure I understood all the details and made sure I knew how to get through the gates, into the building, my storage unit and back out through the gates. Great knowledge of how customer service should be. Kudos for Jennifer!

Needed to get s 5x10 unit on short notice to store daughters college furniture over the summer and suddenly realized we couldnt fit it all in our garage. Was able to get in the same day. Very satisfied with the facility and staff. I have rented space several times from this Public Storage over the years. They are price competitively, neat and clean, with easy access.

Had a delima trying to find a location accessible for a semitrailer and although this site could not totally accommodate, Louie went out of his way to help us with the best solution. He even checked on us a couple of times throughout the day. If I ever need a storage unit in the future this site has earned my bussiness.

The units are clean and well maintained but the price is a little high. I actually reserved a unit on line in order to get a better rate. I worked with Jennifer when researching storage facilities and she was very friendly and professional. Would recommend Public Storage to others.

We just rented a climate controlled unit and found Rick in the office to be very pleasant and helpful. We found the monthly cost to be better than all of the other storage places nearby. Access to the units is a little congested at times but manageable. The facility is clean and we are glad we rented here.

This review is for Northgate location. I got into a major car accident on the way to storage on the 30th. I finally am ok and here to pay the storage payment on the 8th. They are charging the normal late fee. Because of my situation and the fact they forgot my customary courtesy call and Ive never been late before I thought they would wave the 20.00 fee. Nope.

John was great, and I got a used key from another customer for a discount.
