I called because the air pressure in one of my tires was always extremely low. They had me come in ( within an hour of calling) to take a look at it. I have to say the dealership where I bought my jeep from couldnt get me in for 3 days. They fixed the issue and washed my car at no charge !! When I asked to pay the bill they said Have a great day. Blown away by the customer service overall and this generosity was unexpected. They have all my business moving forward and THANK YOU for your excellent service and generosity !!

I brought my 2006 Jeep commander in not to long ago and had to get my radiator fixed. They told me it would cost around 5 hundered buck for parts and labor. I go to pick it up and they charged me for eight hours of labor, and it ended up around a thousand bucks to get my jeeps radiator fixed. Now it turns out it only takes around 30 minutes to change a radiator if you are a professional and you know what your doing. I get the pressure test I just didnt think Id be paying the mechanic 6-7 hours worth of work for it. But in any case Im a disabled veteran and they had no problems ripping me off Im sure theyll have no problem with you either. 8 hours to change a radiator how about 4 max.... They put 8 hours flat down as time worked, anybody can see through flat 8. Not only did they rip me off Im pretty sure their end game was a mechanics lean on a disabled veterans jeep.. Doing a little more research it takes about 2 minutes to do a pressure test on a radiator. So Im guessing I paid the mechanic to wait around for parts. Dont get your vehicle fixed here. This is shady business all around...

Uftring really provided an excellent buying experience for me this past weekend. Tyler had the truck I was interested in parked up front and ready to go by the time we got there. Within minutes I was able to test drive it and confirm that was exactly what I was looking for. I was in search of a truck and I was trading in a car. I knew exactly what features I wanted, and I wanted the salesperson to help me do as much accurate estimating and negotiating as possible BEFORE I came on-site. I was talking to a lot of dealers and wanted to save as much time as possible, not to mention limit public interactions in light of COVID. All of the other dealers were resistant to talking about numbers until I came on site. When I called Uftring, I was put in touch with Nate Wonboy and he made very short work of my very specific requirements and found the perfect truck for me at a very fair price and he did so very quickly and with great customer service! I did not feel manipulated or exploited. Gave me what I wanted on the trade also. I got the deal we discussed over the phone before they even had a chance to look at my trade. I was working with a few other dealers for about 2 weeks and none of them offered me what I felt to be a fair price for the truck or a fair trade amount on my car. Even though this is a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealership, they put me into a beautiful 2016 Ford F-150 XLT Supercrew Sport in excellent condition and low milege! My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle for her. At first the salesman was very nice, but when we requested to chat with the used car manager over a certain vehicle.. he quoted us a price on the car for 11,900.00. We wanted to think about it for the night. My wife tried several times to chat once again with the used care manager... with no return calls on his part. The salesman then said the car is $12,900. Totally got the run around from the 2 representatives we met. Hell the used care manager didnt even wear a mask when talking with us... total disrespect....you lost our business....

I received amazing service here yesterday!! I live in Chicago and travel for work. I had been in Peoria and was headed to St Louis. I was on the highway in an awful storm and my wipers broke. (After the fact I found out when I had a new windshield put in a couple weeks ago, 1 of the screws wasnt tight enough, so the whole arm of the wiper bent and broke).Anyway I needed it repaired ASAP since I still had a lot of driving to do and ur was still raining. They took me immediately and unfortunately didn’t have a new arm in stock. When I explained my situation, they were able to fix it enough so it was usable and so I could get to my destination. So appreciative of the gentleman who helped me (sorry I didn’t get his name, young guy with dark hair) and of course the service person who actually fixed it for me got me back on the road fast! I cant say enough nice things about the staff here at Uftring CDJR. I live in Southern California. It is impossible to find a manual transmission Jeep Wrangler here, and I was told by multiple dealerships that I would be waiting 10-16 weeks if I ordered one from the factory. I found the exact jeep that I wanted. The only issue was that it was in Illinois at Uftring.Tyler, the sales manger, worked with me every step of the process. He was attentive and answered all my questions without any pressure to buy, upgrade, etc. He provided all the information, paperwork, updates, and assurances I needed to buy the car. And although he said that it would be possible to ship the car to me, I chose to fly out and roadtrip back. He, and the rest of the staff, are just as nice in person as they are via email and over the phone.And while it means a lot to have a nice staff, it meant more that I got a great deal from Uftring. The pricing was incredibly fair, and there were no hidden charges or aftermarket add-ons that upped the purchase price.I hope to have this Jeep for a long, long time. But when it comes time to shop for another, I will definitely look to Uftring first no matter where I happen to be living.

I gave a review last year when we bought our new Jeep gladiator. At the time of the purchase we were told the Jeep was an sport s from the sales guy( mike myers). Was told it had the bigger axels and 410 gears like the rubicon had. Well after some research I found out the Jeep is just a sport with special badging. We could have brought a rubicon for the price we paid for the money we paid for a jeep that the special badging is coming off a year later. I went by the dealership and talked the sales manager and he said he was sorry and we were not the first people that had been miss lead. Just be careful when you buy from this dealership and do your own checking on what you are buying. We will definitely not make the same mistake again.

I was driving across the country on a trip with part of my family. We had a rather intense breakdown on the way. We happened to be near these folks. They took us right in and got to work. They provided us with shuttle service several times to get some food and also to and from a rental car place. After a couple of days, my truck was repaired and shiny from the car wash they threw in (not sure if they do this normally or not, but I really appreciated the extra). Jacob went above and beyond in my book to get us back on the road quicker than I would have expected considering the amount of damage my truck had going on. The entire staff was very helpful. If you are anywhere near these folks and in need of service, please give them a call. Hopefully they will have as much business as they can handle (Id hate for them to turn folks away because they had too much to handle), but give them a call if you need repairs. I would rate them as high as possible for service and repairs.

I came in shopping for a Jeep for the family. Ashley had the car ready for a test drive and we came to a deal and trade-in that made everyone happy. They were quick with the paperwork and organized. Good people to do business with. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them.

In December of 2019, my husband and I purchased a new Pacifica, sold to us by Ashley.When we test drove said vehicle, the autostart feature was operational.After our test drive, our vehicle went back to the service department for at least half an hour.When we drove our vehicle home, the autostart feature did not work and the warning light on the dash was lit. Ashley explained to us (all details remembered identically by both adults) that the autostart battery had a recall on it by Chrysler, because it was not powered highly enough, that Chrysler was in the process of finding a new supplier for that auxilliary battery and that we would be contacted by the dealership when the new battery was available. We were told that the autostart feature was permanently disabled therefore, for our safety, until the recall provided us with the new one.When the vehicle was four months old, the main battery began to be unable to start the vehicle each time. This situation became progressively worse until it was completely unreliable. I contacted the service department and they informed me that the battery was under warranty and that we could bring it in and have it replaced. However, I was told that 1) it would take several hours of service time to determine if the battery was eligible to be replaced under warranty, and 2) that in the process of driving to Pekin, I may charge the battery to the point where the machine would not detect a problem. Apparently even with several hours, this diagnostic tool is unable to distinguish between charge level and ability to hold charge. Therefore, she recommended that I wait for an instance that the vehicle did not start and then have it towed to the dealership. If I try to start the van and it does not start, it is because I have SOMEWHERE TO GO with children, or I am STRANDED SOMEWHERE with children. For a variety of reasons, this was a completely unworkable and ridiculous suggestion.Sometime this summer/fall, we called the service department and asked about the recall on the autostart battery. We were correctly told this time (as confirmed by an overdue internet search and a call to a competitor dealership) that there has never been a recall on the autostart battery. How interesting.We replaced the main battery on our own dime in November.We had the autostart battery replaced under warranty by a competitor dealership in December 2020. It was completely dead.My husband and I have attempted to come up with a explanation of how we could have been sold a BRAND NEW VEHICLE with a completely dead autostart battery and lit dash light while at the same being told a verifiably false story about a recall. We cannot think of any scenario that does not include willful dishonesty. You draw your own conclusions. We will not be returning.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Taurus SLE from Uftring Chrysler Dodge in North Pekin. After visiting many other dealerships and getting very frustrated with the uninformed salesmen and extremely pushy sales tactics (this car won’t be here long / let’s make a deal on this thing right now / I have another person coming to look at this car later), I was ready to give up. However, when I walked into Ufrting, I wasn’t given any of that! I walked in and was greeted by the Sales Manger, Steve Porter with a “Welcome” and a handshake. Steve asked if there was anything he could do for me and after telling him I was interested in one of the cars on the lot, he quickly grabbed the keys and pulled the car up to the front of the parking lot for me to take a closer look. I told him I’d like to take it for a drive so he put some plates on it and asked if I minded him riding along with me, to which I agreed.During our drive, we discussed the car, some of the options he was aware of and even some of the options he wasn’t aware of. He told me about the new tires and brakes they had just installed on the car and that was the extent of his sales pitch. He let the car speak for itself. Per my request, he was able to pull the Carfax up for me on his phone and told me about the clean history the car had. He told me what the car was traded in for and about how long it had been on their lot. This in fact was a zero pressure test drive and I was very comfortable chatting with him.When we got back, I told Steve I’d like to take the car and show my wife before we discuss numbers. Steve gave the okay and I was off. When I got back, Steve matched me up with one of his salesmen to go over the numbers. I do not generally enjoy this part of the process but at no time did they make me feel pressured. They worked hard to earn my business and at the end of the day, I was happy to write them a check for the car. While finishing up the deal, they had the car washed again and pulled out front for me. Once we settled on a price, the whole process was less than 30 minutes. They installed my new plates, we did a final walk around on the car to go over any questions I had and I was off. I can not thank Steve and Dyrk (Salesman) enough for the comfortable, pleasant and exceptional experience. I will be back in the future!!

I have always been scared to go to a Jeep dealer for my jeeps. I decided to give it a try because I had a Jeep that needed some work done to get it to the state that I wanted it in.My first time there was great. Great customer service and I felt like I was in the right place to get my Jeep the way I wanted it. Rob was working with me to inspect my Jeep and get the parts that was missing ordered. Rob told me that he would get in contact me the following week, it’s now 5 months later and I have left messages and have yet to receive a call back. The only other thing that upset me was the fact that their lounge to wait in while your car was getting fixed was uncomfortable with no place to plug in a laptop and do home work.My encounters soon fell short of mediocre. I went in with problems that seemed to never get fully fixed. I was never notified of things that needed fixed on the Jeep while it was there. It seemed as if thing were just “patched up” enough so that it could be driven.My last encounter was the worst. Customer service was terrible. I felt as if my Jeep and my money was not good enough. Almost like they had better things to do. Maybe it’s because I’m young and I’m a girl but, I WAS prepared to spend a lot of money to get things fixed.After all of my visits I feel like I am back at square one with my Jeep after 6 months of going there. I am sick of being lied to and taken advantage of.

I then decided to look across the country and contacted about 5 that had something close to what I wanted. But most of them seemed to have no interest in dealing with me since I was long distance. Uftring stood out from the beginning. They immediately made it clear they could deliver the car and gave me quick responses to any questions I had. The discounts never disappeared like other dealers, and we worked out a deal on the first round of negotiation that included delivery. The delivery even turned out to be in an enclosed trailer, so the car had some protection on the way, which I really appreciated. The paper work was all straight forward and there were no surprises along the way. After all of the negative or just ok experiences at other Dodge dealers, I was about to move on to a different model car. But Uftring had what I wanted, was willing to work with me through email and texts, and made me feel comfortable buying the car without seeing it in person. Just makes me wonder why the other dealers make it so difficult.

Horrible! I bought a brand new Jeep with only 35 miles on it and it broke down on the highway Upon taking it home. Worst part was this dealership Management didn’t really care and said “it happens from time to time.” I have higher customer service expectations for a $50K vehicle and so show you. BTW - I canceled the sale so don’t buy a new Jeep it might be the one with the oil pressure failure.

I purchase a used Suburban from this location back in March of this year and I also went with an extended warranty. Towards the end of June the air conditioner started blowing hot air so I took it to the oil changing place, had it charged and all was good again. A few weeks later it started blowing hot air again, we had a family trip that weekend so I took it to a Chevy dealer in Peoria because I didn’t have time to get to Pekin. The compressor was bad and had to be replaced, which was covered under the extended warranty, but they mentioned that the front struts and shocks were leaking and the warranty company wasn’t going to cover it. The repair was quoted at $1,600, however the service manager suggested I go to the dealership that I purchased the car from and see if they could argue with the warranty company to get it covered.I brought it back to Uftring and the moment I walked in I was being helped. I was reassured that they would do their best to help get this paid for, unfortunately the warranty company wasn’t budging and refused.However, Uftring didn’t feel right about the situation and said they would take care it! First off I wasnt expecting that nor did I feel that it was their responsibility, I figured it was just my luck and it was going to be time to buckle down and figure out how to pay for the repair.Technically Uftring didn’t have to cover that cost, they weren’t liable and could have told me sorry best of luck to you and there really wouldn’t be anything I could do about it. Instead, they did what was the right thing to do. They put the customer first and truly blessed my family!In the past I would just find a car I wanted at the price point I wanted and would buy it from whoever had it. Not anymore!To know that you’re dealing with a company that doesn’t just do what they are legally obligated to do but does the right thing is something very hard to find these days with anything, let alone a used car!!Uftring has gain a customer for life!

Couldnt have had a more positive experience with a car purchase. Went to look at the new Chrysler Pacifica. A salesman in the lot was with another customer but called someone to come out to help us. The general manager came out to help us until a sales person was available. Chris Stewart was our salesman - and have to say - he is great.
