I visited the local AT&T store in Pell City recently several times about my iPhone XR . Even though I did not purchase the phone there, I do have AT&T as my carrier and have had it since at least 2015. I’ve never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. First visit was to transfer from my 6+ To the XR. Fast and courteous! Second visit was to troubleshoot the SIM card error I was getting. It was fixed but happened again! this last visit we decided I needed a new SIM card! So far so good. Both Cameron and Nick were very helpful. As a senior citizen in a wheelchair, this is not always the case!

Associate Nick was amazing. He went above and beyond to tackle my phone problem. He made sure to phone would work before leaving the store. 5 stars to him.

Cameron was very helpful and patient with us and he answered all our questions and concerns. The waiting time was less than two minutes. He was the only worker there at the time, he gained a long line but he handled the situation very well. Cameron was an awesome rep and I would definitely visit this location again because of his great service!

Best service ever from a store! Christy was my sales person and she was the most knowledgeable salesperson I’ve ever had. Wonderful experience, I’ll certainly be back.

I had a wonderful experience at my AT&T store! The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided a tutorial and helped me understand better ways to use my phone and laptop. I am very pleased with the service!

The young man, whose name is on the top of my tongue, good looking, dark hair, very personable, was awesome! He showed me pictures of his niece and nephew, all the while working on my phone. He was great.

Horrible experience there just now, January 31 2019. The young lady working there either needs to get a new job where she’s far far away from the public or she needs to be retrained on how to treat people with decency and respect. Had an issue and they were pretty much useless.

Great customer service. Went in to have my smartwatch set up to my phone and with no problems took 20 minutes. Highly recommend this store.

Best customer service of any at&t stores Ive been to. The sales people are extremely helpful and informative. I definitely recommend this store for all at&t and direct TV goods and services.

The salesmen seemed nice and friendly and helped us out, until we realised on our next bill our free tablet was activated under a two year contract. Now were dealing with customer service which is like pulling teeth from an alligator. The associated name was sage.

Micha was AMAZING he is super friendly and really cared about me as a person and not just making a sale. Everyone there though is really nice and they all work well together.

The store people tell her to call an Call representative tell her to go to store . Weve been to store 5 times an an called 15 times. Ill never use at&t again . Wasted money !

Having connection problems while traveling thru and stopped in at AT&T in Pell City - Sage (associate) worked for 2 hours plus with us and with technical support to get my phone back up and running! I had already called customer service myself and was unable to get the problem fixed. Thank you for your persistence with technical support! Needed my phone for work while traveling!!

They told me if I buy the new Samsung s7. I could get another for only $15. extra a month and when I get my first new bill I could ask for my activation fees to be waived. They were not waived. They lie to your face jus to get yout suckered in a cintractable . And besides that their service sux in my area. I will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone ever.
