Thanks to Kayla for being the perfect person to help my wife and myself swap our service from Verizon to T-Mobile. We had some interaction when other staff members also and everyone was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend the Pell City store.
Store does not offer repairs although when calling customer service they tell you to go to this location which is very misleading and disappointing.

The service was excellent! Brandon the sales representative answered every question I had no matter how ridiculous, was nice and professional the process was a bit long but I was switching my number and everything of the sort everything was as advertised and even a few things were tossed in loving the new iPhone if your thinking of switching then consider T-Mobile I left at&t and haven’t really noticed a change in my service
Visited to resolve operating problems with my phone. The associates manning the store in Pell City knew exactly what the problem was (a faulty update by one of my loaded apps). It was fixed in a matter of minutes, and I was on my way
All plans not monthly have been discontinued and older phones that would also be good for elderly customers are not able to work with the new Alta company. So discounted older plans and older phones are useless. This disproportionately affects older people, the elderly, that do not need a 40 or 50 dollar a month plan. These minutes kept older people connected to emergency services. Shame shame shame on them for leaving people without service for profit when they want to make people have a plan that do not need it.
This particular store manager does not have an ounce of knowledge on customer service or even her own company policy. I went in for a watch as an authorized user and she said I could not do add a line or order.....as an authorized user. I have also added lines at other locations such as Huntsville with no issue. This manager said they broke policy. I called the corporate line, and the customer service representative had more customer skills and knowledge than the store manager, and could not understand why she refused....I think its time for some new training sessions or maybe an upgrade in management services....
Got my latest I Phone XR about a month ago. Also got the Apple watch.Love the sales team there.If you want a great experience from a great team than you need to come to this location.

Absolutely the worst place. The manager is is a straight lie. I paid cash told me they had to put it on my card said would take 30 mins. Called corporate and he lied about evertthing. Do not go there
