The girls there are awesome and very helpful. Store is very clean as well !!! Went back again today and was very surprised that Haley had remembered me from a month ago. Her and Melissa were extreamy helpful and helping me in buying and setting up my new phone. Haley was also very helpful when I wanted to buy a new Bluetooth speaker. Instead of trying to get me to buy the more expensive 1 she advised me that the cheaper 1 had better sound quality. I will most definitely recommend this store to all my friends!!!

Good customer service but not much in stock to choose from if your looking for a new phone.

I have no issues with this store or employees. Store was clean and taken care of, employee was extremely helpful and took care of us with no problem.However my issue is with Boost, starting about 10 days ago I was and still am being hacked. It is something Boost knew and knows of. Instead of warning their customers they chose to keep quiet and do nothing!!! So now I have to take our phones to a computer place see if they can by fixed. Not looking good...and now I found out that this very post and all my others posts had something to do with our being hacked. More to come if they allow it.

Dont tell me that its an Unlimited plan, and then when I ask specifically, back up and say its 35gigs of high-speed that slows down a Little Bit... after the 35gig. Either its unlimited, or its not. Thats called a Lie by Omission. If youll lie to me about one thing, youll lie to me about another...

Horrible customer service they completely messed up our plan and then cant fix it which is ridiculous will not recommend to anyone atleast there customer service 1866 number was helpful

Quinta and her coworker (so sorry I forgot your name) went over and above to help me today. They were so kind. And patient. I’m not young and I get confused. Solving my problem was not easy or quick but they both got the job done. You rock!
