I’ve been coming here since I was in the fourth grade!!! This is the only place I go, I refuse to go anywhere else!!! Cesia is the best person to go to and always helps me find the best options. Her customer service is immaculate. Can’t recommend this location enough!!!
I went to the store in Aventura worse customer service bad experience. Then, I went to the one in Pembroke Pines. OMG! What a difference. I met with Jamal. He was very helpful, patient. I got to the store 15 minutes before closing. He went above and beyond to assist me. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend anyone to go there. Huge difference from the one in Aventura.

I started as a new client with For Eyes in 2020. I paid for an exam for my glasses and for contacts. One of the employees checked my insurance and stated that I can get both glasses and contacts with my insurance covering it. The doctor gave me sample contacts to try but I never called about them since I found out that I was misinformed and my insurance only covers either glasses OR contacts, not both in one year. Since that was in October 2020, I waited and called them regarding my contacts this year. When I explained what happened, a gentleman named Andy stated that I signed a paper that says I cannot try different contacts after 3 months. The sample contacts provided to me, were not good for me but like I explained to them, I did not call because I was given incorrect info by them and was not going to pay out of pocket for contacts. They were very unprofessional in trying to keep a new customer. I asked Andy to send me my prescription to my email which I provided to him and he said he would. The next day I called again because I still had no email with my prescription. They said they can fax it to me or i can go in to pick it up. Two days later, I went in and the doctor (not the same one I did the exam with) I guess was trying to convince me to stay as a client and they stated to try other contacts or use another brand than the one they gave me, that I would need to do another exam which I had already stated I will not pay for a new exam because My prescription is still good and I do not want to change the prescription. He even offered a 20% off my co-pay. While that doctor was speaking, a random woman comes and stands next to us while we were speaking and I had to ask if she was he one I spoke with on the phone because she just started listening on our conversation without saying a word. She said no, so I continued with are you the manager and she said yes. It is not very ideal for you to randomly walk up to someones conversation and not introduce yourself especially being the manager. That is so unprofessional and such a joke. They just want money from insurances and customers. I am now going back to my old eye doctors office. Only reason I tried here is because I have family members who have stated For Eyes is a good place and affordable but wow what horrible customer service. I would rather pay a little more to receive great service not pay less and get people that do not even care to help you. There is a tall gentleman that I think is new there and he was actually the nicest person I have run into at that place. They should hire more people with attitude like his.
Long time customer now looking for a new vision center. They no longer fill my daughters lens prescription. They always have new people that have no idea what they are doing.
They have the best service! So sweet and kind!
I’ve been going to this 4 eyes for years. Valia and Cesia are so kind and helpful. I entered right before closing and they still took the time to fix my damaged sunglasses and tighten my frames. I highly recommend this 4 eyes location if you’re in need of glasses.
I went in close to closing time and expected to receive an attitude like everywhere else in South Florida, but was met with great customer service. My glasses were fixed right away and at a great price! Will definitely be coming back for my next pair of eyes
Amazing! best place i have ever gone for my eyewear and Dr. Boeckel was thorough and made my experience a walk in the park. The office staff ms. Valia and Cesia as well as the front receptionist made sure my visit was safe and sanitized due to Covid19 even with the hardships from this pandemic they made sure they care for my every needs ;. I Highly Recommend :)
Natalie has been a pleasure throughout my entire experience of getting my first pair of glasses. She was thorough and kindly took her time to help me pick out my first perfect pair. Natalie patiently priced out different options for me on all different pairs I was torn between. Go see Natalie for a credible experience. Will be back to see her again!!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My husband asked for the cloth eyeglass bags for some new glasses he has. Without any hesitation they offered him several at no charge. He was very impressed with their service and customer first attitude!
This place is great! Each and every time I have had an issues with any of my glasses that Ive purchased there, (even if they werent bought there), the staff has always been more than willing to assist and resolve the problem quickly. More recently I had a pair with a broken leg, and the attendant that helped me NATALIE was amazing! She was able to resolve the issue quickly - repairing the glasses for me on the spot. She provided me with the case I needed, and cleaned them perfectly for me. She was friendly, warm and I truly felt that she had a genuine interest in helping me with my issue. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone with glasses- ask for Natalie, shes great!

Natalie is the person to see, she is kind, patient and will help you the best she can. She takes her time and values the concept of what customer service is. If I could give this place a negative star I would. Had appointment scheduled for an eye exam i was the only one in the lobby and waited for over 30 min to be seen. Will definitely be going or elsewhere next year.
Warning about the Eye Exam within For Eyes:CUSTOMER SERVICE - POOR BEDSIDE MANER: New hire Delanie Herrera’s idea for her job is to sit patients in a machine, tell them to open their eyes wide open and trigger - without warning - a shot of air into one’s eyeballs. It startled me and made me jump off my chair. I politely mentioned that it would be good to warn patients prior subjecting them to this test. She responded with no compassion:“it was a medical test ... so?”OUTDATED EQUIPMENT: The dilation exam is done with low tech equipment as compared to a proper optometrist’s clinic. Neither doctor nor staff offers shades for patients who have received the dilation treatment. They don’t warn you about going out into the bright sun while having dilated pupils. One has to ask for shades to receive them.COST OF GLASSES: We where informed that they don’t offer two for one anymore unless one has eye insurance.THE BEST OF FOR EYES PEMBROKE PINES: the ladies in the eye glass counter. They are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. (In contrast to staff at the EYE EXAM office)Go to this Eye Exam if you want to feel like you are not worth a proper exam with courteous staff.
Came in simply to have my frames on my RayBans tightened and all 4 of the ladies were willing to help. Great service and you can tell they love what they do

They don’t stand behind there product.... for the price ... I don’t see the selection the competition has... staff seemed good just company policy and warranty is not worth the small savings you get ..... I will never return. Every issue I have ever had they always seem to have a reason not to warranty...... after the review.... one of the representatives reached out to me... she was professional and listened to me ... she did extremely good at doing everything possible within company guidelines to make everyone and myself satisfied.... because if this employee... wish I could remember her name :( I changed the star rating from a 1 star to a 4 star ... to that employee thank you
The only reason I give this center 2 stars is because the doctor is great. However the opticians in the sales department have a lot to work on with their interpersonal skills. They lack people skills & lacking in good customer service all together. Its a huge turn off and it is unfortunate for them to lose business due to that.

Great location for glasses, contacts, and eye doctor visits.The selection of frames was very good. Included major brands (Gucci, Nike, etc.) plus in-house brands. Prices were on par with what you’d find at other chain retailers. They seem to regularly have specials for buy-one-get-one or 50% off with contact lens purchase.Staff was very helpful - especially so given my pain-in-the-rear vision insurer who they worked with to sort out my copay and coverage.Unless I move out of south Florida this will be my go-to place for my annual eye check-up and contacts.
As I was there picking up my glasses, Natalie that was asisting me, noticed a customer, mom and a little boy picking up his glasses, he was crying hysterically saddened that he would need to wear glasses. She started joking with him and highlighting the fact that he would now be better in gaming, etc. Then she continued assisting me and boy stopped crying. Win win. Awesone Service!
The following happened a couple years ago. I had pair of glasses for a couple years, so I needed a new pair of glasses. I made a appointment to see the doctor for the eye exam. I saw him one time before for the glasses I was using at that time. On the day of my appointment, he was very cold and very short with me. During the short exam, he would make changes on the Phoropter. As he was making the changes, he would ask is 1 or 2 better and I would respond 1 or 2 according to which one was more clear. Everything was fine until all of a sudden he got very upset and pulled the Phoropter away from my face, saying that my responses did not make sense (all I have said up to this point was 1 or 2) . He stopped the exam and started to write the prescription. I mentioned to him that there was a lot of blurriness and it was not right. He ignored me and wrote some prescription saying that it is close to my old prescription (which was more than five years old). Overall, he rushed the exam, was very rude and wrote a very bad prescription. A couple days later the glasses come in, so I go there to try them on. The doctor and manager (I think she is Jamaican) watching me try on the glasses and instantly my eyes hurt, it was very painful. I have never experienced this amount of pain in my eyes before. By the way, I have been wearing glasses from when I was a child. Before that day, when I put on a new pair of glasses with a new prescription, it will feel a little weird, but not painful. When I expressed to both of them how painful it was wearing my new glasses, they told me it was normal, just give it a couple days. My response to them was that the prescription was just horrible and wrong. I asked the doctor for my old prescription and asked the manager to order a new pair of lenses with the old prescription. The doctor never apologized, never offered to do the eye exam again or never even offered my money back for the eye exam. I ended up filing a complaint through the BBB to reach For Eyes corporate and shared my experience with them. Couple days later I called in asking the manager for my money back for the eye exam. I was transferred to the doctors receptionist, then I was placed on hold as she spoke with the doctor. She told me that she will credit my debit card for the eye exam and doctor told her to tell me I could not come back to see him for my glasses. Save your time and money and avoid For Eyes....
There was a minor discrepancy in some information I received from For Eyes, however, the staff at the Pines location was very kind and not only helped clarify, but also went above and beyond to rectify my dissatisfaction. Donna specifically at this location made sure to leave no stone unturned in satisfying me as a customer. I can truly say I will be a customer for life because of the effort and zeal in the customer service I received.
If I could give negative stars I would! The fact that I am taking the time out of my day to post a review says a lot! I don’t have time for this. The service was horrible!!! I am only writing a bad review because my mother went after me and had the same experience. The one lady who helped my husband and myself was beyond rude she had a slight Caribbean accent. Short brown hair. I am not sure what her name was? All I do know is she was a liar! My husband who went to school for optometry and has worked in the field for many years made her feel so stupid and caught her in a lie. I told her I needed to order contacts and I wanted to pay extra for rush shipping because I had an event to go to. She said they still would not be ready in time and I said that was fine I understand if I could please have some samples to last me through the weekend? She lied and said they did not have any nor did they carry my brand in stock for samples. So my husband said well then can you give her a different brand ? She said they did not have my prescription. Keep in mind she is telling us this without her even checking the system or walking to the back! So my husband said ok, please give her a similar perscription to what she has and that will be fine. She then gave us attitude and said let me ask the doctor the doctor said that they do carry the brand I use. Also they did have my exact prescription! she clearly just did not want to help or even look. She should be fired because my mom went back to pick up my contacts while I was out of town and she told me that the girl in the front was extremely rude and passive aggressive. It happens to be the same exact lady who my husband and I placed my contact order with. I will never order from them again!
$360 dollars for glasses isnt exactly good price. Online glasses are 40-80 dollars in comparison with the same optics and coating. They have great service and I liked the employees but you shouldnt pay 300 - 400 dollars for 5 dollars worth of plastics.

Doctor rushed our eye testing too much as he wants an early out. He is not even answering questions properly and he said he have 2 more patients waiting. If he wanted to leave early, why the hell they gave us appointment ?Too bad service by the doctor. Staff is good. Also i heard that doctor was gossiping with the staff about my native language and said we do not speak english.This review is for dated 09/01/2018. I will never visit this place again.

The worst service I have ever had, and when I called a week later to get my new contacts that I ordered they new nothing about the order! I was extremely upset and expressed my concerns with the lady over the phone and she laughed at me so I hung up the phone! I will never return to this location!
Horrible service, mistakes, attitudes by the service people. The doctor is really nice but the receptionists dont know how to do their jobs.

This place may have you set up for an appointment and have you waiting for nearly an hour. They will watch you walk in and not say anything to you nor ask you what you are there for. The place is the definition of unprofessional and pricey too DO NOT go.
