This Ulta is definitely my favorite location. After years of bad brows, I finally came across this location’s Benefit Brow Bar and I am impressed with the results. The esthetician at this brow bar, Jasmina is very knowledgeable on brows and her service is great! I 100% recommended coming to this location to get your brows done.

No customer service what so ever. Walked in and was greeted but nothing more after. I wondered around for about 10 minutes looking at different products but needed some assistance so I could select the right one. Needless to say, no one helped and I left.

Ulta in general, not exclusively to this particular store, has less merchandise in the store. Ulta stores are great for emergencies. Lately, this Ulta store has been very low in inventory of things I use. Plus purchasing items on Ulta.com, in my experience, you get more sample and free items like makeup bags or travel size items. Which is nice because you might get something youve wanted to try. Some how in store free gifts with purchase items run out quickly or employees have no idea what Im talking about. They are also not nice when Ive asked if items I have purchased are eligible for free gifts. This Ulta store have new post-covid19 lock down staff. I miss my old friendlier staff.

Everytime I go to ulta I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, Im disappointed theres no genuine customer connection to their loyal customers ESPECIALLY during this pandemic. I was told in the past by another representative at another store location I can ask at anytime for my birthday rewards considering they understand that theres a pandemic going on. After I went to this ulta on April 16, 2021 the representative (michelle) at 7:34PM wasnt as accommodating without her sarcastic remarks as if she was enjoying herself and rolling her eyes at me, breathing heavy as if I was a bother. I was corrected after I didnt have my birthday barcode on my phone, that was preposterous. I WONT be recommending ulta ever people like (michelles) deplorable treatment to their loyal customers makes their customers like myself feel unappreciated. The rewards system expire if you dont use it within ultas time frame its absolutely useless. Ultas reward system wont save your shopping sprees on their system they only told me that they couldnt find my information and they couldnt retrieve it so whats the point of that? Again Ill shop elsewhere where my rewards dont expire and Ill receive genuine customer service thatll be valued. Fyi Sephora is less of a hassle theyll save your information even if its been 4 years, their rewards system dont expire and staff are always friendly.

Had my first hair service at Ulta with LuuAnn today and it was awesome. All the stylist were very warm and welcoming upon check in. LuuAnn was amazing and my hair looks great. I love how the hair service comes with a blow dry and my hair was cut perfectly. I look forward to scheduling future hair appointments with her.

I came to buy a perfume but left because I felt uncomfortable due to the fact that the security was breathing down my neck.... I didnt do anything wrong but literally felt as if I did... you guys should have the wires that are connected to the perfumes if shoplifting is such an issue.... will try again in the future since I have a gift card but if it wasnt for that I wouldnt go back :(

Clean and quick biggest issue is the line for check out isnt clearly marked which is a very important thing as every Ulta from FL, PA, VA Ive been into always has a line for the check out

I was there yesterday, even though the store was pretty empty no one greeted me. I have to go look for help while all the girls were gossiping with their, after paying no one said thank you and it seemed as if she was doing me a favor. I guess business is great under the pandemic and they dont need customers.

I came in looking for moisturizer and was LOST. A really kind and helpful young lady helped me out and spent time explaining ingredients, pros and cons, and pricing. I thought it was so wonderful the way she took the time check on the reasons I had come into the store. Great customer experience! Pictured below is what I ended up buying!

This location is amazing. I was sent to this location several times because the other Pines location never have what I need and the customer service there was horrible. The people at this location are always nice and was apologetic of the other store. They’re always stocked, clean and the employees are friendly. Although this store is not near my home. I would drive out my way just to get the best customer service.

This store has the slowest checkout service. They were nice but it should not take 2 to 3 people to work on one transaction, especially when there is a line of people waiting. They either need more employees or individuals that can handle customers in an efficient pace. If I did not need the items tonight. I would have left.

I was helped tremendously to get the products I needed its a shame I cant remember her name. Later the cashier even gave me free stuff for my purchase. I need to comeback I loved the experience!

The cashier in the front needs to be retrained her customer service skills. After I checked their website for a product, I had went into the store to look for the products and had trouble finding them. So after 15 mins of looking around and no one offering help I decided to go to the front desk and I proceeded to say “excuse me ..” she acknowledges me so I continue to say “I am having trouble finding these items can you help me?” She just looks at me and just responds with “whaaaaaat?....” the girl behind her notices and jumps right in to help me . I thanked the second girl and I walked back up to the original cashier To check out. As she notices me coming up she does not say anything and she walks away .The receipt says her name is Celeste. That was extremely rude and I hope this company does better to hire some more professional people or atleast train them better.

Amazing!!!! Sylvia King was so polite. She answered all of my questions. Super helpful. She did my makeup for a banquet. Sylvia listened to what I wanted and she made it better than I could have asked for. She even gave me tips to do my own makeup.

I love love love the new Ulta. The stores always clean and the employees are always friendly and willing to help you without being pushy. Czerene is so amazing and talented. I feel so beautiful every time I leave her chair and Andrea gave me the best makeover. She showed me all of the products that would work for my skin and for my needs and was not pushy about any of it. In the end I bought everything she recommended and I love it

Havent been out in some time due to pandemic. Wanted to try the new Tracy Ross Pattern line, decided to head over to Ulta to pick it up in person. Well, $80.25 later, I had the misfortune of being rang up by a very unhappy and unpleasant Kiera. First of all, Ulta has a promotion going of a tote with any purchase of $75 or more, I had to ask if I qualified, to which I was told Ulta had run out then Ulta should remove the promotion or have something in its place but ok, but to make matters worse Kiera was so unfriendly, unwelcoming, with no social skills, no greeting and no personality. If this is who Ulta has as their representation, no thanks. Next time Ill think twice about going in there, should have just ordered online. With so many businesses going out of business, not only should Kiera be more grateful for a job and for people that come in to buy from her job but Ulta should be careful who they have representing them.

Ive had my daughters make up done here before and it was a great experience. Todays experience wasnt so great. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment time and was told it would be a short wait before they could start. My daughter was scheduled for a mini facial and makeup application. We ended up waiting for over an hour before the actual makeup application began and she never received her mini facial. The person doing the makeup did a really good job, but we should have been told that they were running that far behind schedule. An appointment that should have been done at 530 p.m. wasnt finished until 630 putting us behind in our preparations for her dance.

Excellent store, great staff (they helped me pick make up for a friend because Im a man and dont know anything about it) and excellent parking lot.

I am not big into makeup but when my daughter asked for a specific eye shadow for the holidays I stopped here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I found some items we hadnt been able to locate elsewhere. Worth the trip for a sale.

I love this store and the customer service but a little disappointed that I just went to pick up my order and one of my product’s packaging was ripped and had clearly been opened. I opened the palette already knowing there was gonna be finger prints on the product and there it was. That’s very unsanitary.

Helpful staff. Not pushy. Clean. No strong or overpowering smell. They didnt have any left for sale of one thing, so they explained how to get it online.

OMG Jasmine at the MAC Makeup counter is AMAZING!!!! She did my makeup and it came out FLAWLESS!! She was super sweet and extremely knowledgable!!!! I told her what I wanted and she surpassed my expectation!!!! I will be back to see her. The store is great! Staff is friendly!

I really like this new ulta. Has a lot of products. Very clean and organized, plus it has a MAC counter now. So its kinda a one stop shop for pretty much everything.

Recommendation for consumers at the hair salon; find out what you will be charfed before getting the service...dont get ripped off. I had a disappointment at the hair saloon yesterday. I went to iron my hair and feel that I was taken advantage of. I was changed 48!!! When the price on the website was 28. I even washed my hair before at home...I was planning to iron my hair at Ulta twice a month but with this experience I will definitely do it myself....

I came in 06/23/2018. Store was so clean and organized. The ladies were soooo kind and helpful. Workers always asked me if I needed help but I didnt feel harassed or pressured. So genuinely friendly and took their time to chat and be very helpful. I didnt feel like I was just being pushed to buy the most expensive cosmetics (like I have in other stores) but to truly walk out happy with my purchase. Extra love to the ladies in the Mac section as they seemed to be on a whole other level of kindness and patience. 5 star store and Im shocked since the store is still so new.

Okay so today was my first time at this store . I decided to stop by walking because I left my car right across at the gas station getting washed so to kill time I went to check it out and let me tell you this store was clean and neat . The customer service is a ten plus like I got approached by three different employees asking me if I need it help or if I had questions. I loved it . Unlike the Sephora at Pembroke shops they were attentive and show interest on helping me . I found a new cosmetic store so I would definitely come back . I was a happy camper 300 dollars later lol but I’m a make up freak ....

Great personal service super helpful

I have visited this store twice this week for the 21 day deals, on both occassions the Manager and Staff Kiera have been Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The lack of customer Service from certain employees at this location is frustrating and makes you not want to come back. I called this morning to ask a question regarding the deal of the day, where the phone was answered very unprofessional and when the question was asked the response was with an attitude tone of voice. At todays visit i went to make a purchase for myself and friends who were unable to make it to the store for the deal. I was rudely answered by the employee Kiera that she didnt have time to deal with me and called for the manager who already came with an attitude and didnt allow me explain myself till i stopped her and asked her to hear me out while i was in the phone with my friend. The manager informed that i could go to another store and buy the product cause they had 8 available and i could only buy 2 at this store as they needed to allow others who came into the store to buy the product. I was willing to make 2 separate transactions but i was told NO 1 transaction 2 products ONLY! Hope this review helps get better Customer Service to the Employees and no other customer has to deal with Bad Customer Service from the Staff at this location!
