I dont normally leave reviews but after this horrible experience its fair that everyone knows how Mattress King operates: WORST MATTRESS EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD, WHY?1. I purchased a mattress and they delivered the wrong one. after a several calls, trips to the store, and arguments with sales rep, they took it back.2. NOBODY answers in the 1-888-708-KING customer service number. ITS A JOKE, they seem to have that number there to show they are a serious company, but there is nobody behind that line and voice mail is full, i personal left over 20 voice messages without any response.3. the sales rep in the store cant give any other departments contact info, so clients depend on the sales rep to resolve issues.4. there is no corporate office whatsoever, and the local corporate number, nobody answer either because the contract said so, even after their mistake of delivering the wrong product. UNBELIEVABLE.5. and to make it the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, they took over a month to process the refund and it took me over 20 calls calling the sales rep every day to ask for a status of my refund, and all the sales rep said was i already sent the info to my sales district manage who I never met or even never HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL ME BACK FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCES.6. they only good thing was kenneth the sales rep he confronted the situation and answer all my calls with transparencyBUT OVERALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY FROM MATTRESS KING. choose ikea, mattress firm or whatever other company that sells mattress but not mattress king.

I had an amazing experience at Mattress Kings. Efrain Gonzalez greeted me with a smile and was very knowledgeable. He was also very patient and took his time explaining the different models to me. I was able to get the mattress of my dreams at a phenomenal price. I’d recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Best customer service / experience Ive had in the last 2 weeks as I was shopping for a mattress. Jose Lavernia was very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable about mattresses and the company itself. If anyone is looking for a mattress, I would highly recommend talking to Mr. Jose. Unlike other places Ive been, he was not pushing me to get the most expensive brand they had and respected my price range. He started off with something comfortable and worked my way up to make sure I picked the perfect mattress for me.

Efrain Gonzalez was amazing to my daughter and I. My girl has back issue so finding a mattress is always difficult. Efrain took his time and had lots of patience we laid on a least 6-7 efrain fit her with his experience got her a perfect fit. More employees should have the the knowledge and patience. Efrain Gonzalez was very knowledgeable and showed us mattresses based on our sleep styles and preferences. Efrain went out of his way to make it affordable for us. The store was clean and there was sanitizer everywhere. They even had disposable covers for the pillows.
