My first sleep comfort adjustable bed was amazing I wish I had it back. The second has been a total nightmare. I can’t keep the mattress on the frame. The it is secured is not efficient. The screws detach from mattress one at a time so when it comes lose it is impossible to get the mattress straight on the frame.I am so disappointed — am I the only one with this issue??? Does anyone have a solution??? I am at my wits end.The frame needs corner braces to hold the mattress in place. For sweat you pay for these beds they can come up with a better design for the adjustable frame!!!

Very nice experience Mo is the best.

I was in desperate need of a new bed and pillows. Monique by far was the best and most pleasant salesperson I’ve ever worked with. I explained to her that I suffer from migraines and she took her time to go over every pillow and bed with me. She understood this was a big purchase and was so patient. I will be calling her soon to order a bed for my senior mother.

If you go here, you must ask for Monique!! Her customer service is EXCELLENT!!! She wasnt pushy, took her time to give us quality service. She answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything before purchasing. They were also very clean and made sure they sanitized everything.

We went to the Pembroke Pines store and Mike helped us. He was excellent, very knowledgable and we felt very comfortable with him. Excited to get our bed soon - pillows in the store and the weighted blankets were awesome - that will be our next purchase! Considering you spend about a 1/3 of your life (give or take) in bed/asleep and sleep being so vital to well being, I feel the money we invested here is a quality one! I personally cannot wait to hit the snore button instead of having to use ear plugs! The zero gravity feature seems incredible relaxing. Cant wait!

Great customer service! We love our sleep number bed and stopped by here to look at at our upgrade options. We have many options available but need to decide what is best for us. We have a basic bed and love it! My sleep number is 35!

I went from a waterbed - the old fahioned kind that was just a bag of water to the sleep number. The transition was fine. Love my new bed.

I have a P5 Sleep number Mattress and 3 Pillows. Love them all. I had memory foam mattress before but was still waking up with pain. This mattress has changed my life.

The attention was careful and Specialist Alexander introduced us to everything related to the Sleep Numbers highs. Make no mistake about it, this is the perfect place to buy the mattress you need.

In the store they serve you very well and are very friendly but then they have a terrible customer service after you make the purchase and have to deal with a defect or malfunction of the machine and you have to solve it directly with warranty,The guarantee is terrible, they dont answer or return calls. I still have a problem with the Light that turns on by itself and no one returns my call.Horrible! I do not recommend at all that someone buy a bed from SLEEP NUMBER
