Mattresses and More has been my go to mattress store for many years. Their mattresses are just what we needed for our aching back. My kids also love the mattresses we got them. Friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend them!

I came in looking for an mattress and left with one !! The sale guy was so nice and willing to help . They have many beds to choose from . I couldn’t pick lol fast delivery, great prices and excellent customer service. Most definitely recommend!.Update*** MOST DEFINITELY do NOT recommend. I feel so SCAMMED ! They’re so nice and “caring” when you first go . First they sent me a totally different mattress than the one I tried. It wasn’t the same and it made my back hurt . Then when you try to return the mattress they want to charge you 25% just to return it after the son assured me they do not condone business like that. It’s a family owned business the son customer service is HORRIBLE. He doesn’t listen, he cut you off and say “that’s not true”. I wish I would’ve listened to my friend when she told me to go to bigger company like Ashley’s Furniture.

They claim to give me a partial discount for a mistake that they made and I still haven’t Sean it 3 months later every time I call they have a different story!!I would not recommend them to anyone

Called and spoke to Wilfredo who was very helpful on the phone. I went to several stores to find a great mattress for my daughter and the customer service was lacking. Wilfredo walked me through everything step by step. I got a great quality mattress, reasonableand awesome service. Stop in his store before you consider the big stores I guarantee you will be happy.

The negative reviews are CORRECT . “People,you are nothing after you have made a purchase.” Plus they give out free stuff for good reviews . Can’t be trusted .

Came in today with my girlfriend after reading all the positive reviews. I was met by the owner who was welcoming and asked what we were looking for. He gave suggestions and we tried out different mattresses, the price point is way below larger retailers( whomever said was expensive is way off). She took the time to show me about a half dozen mattresses to see which one I liked. Not once was I rushed to pick anything out. The business was well kept and extremely clean. A friend referred us to come to this establishment, We bought the new set of mattress in February it was the owner sister sold us this queen set . Its only use when my kids came over to sleep .The other day I realize the mattress already start sagging and can feel the spring.Not to mention she never return my credit card after she was in a hurry to make a sale.I had to call them after Ive called my bank thought I loss my card.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I spent 1300 for a King size mattress which started sagging after 2 months. I was literally lying in a hole and the springs were poking me. After a lot of waiting and run around from the owners I was advised that they would not allow me to pick another brand. Gave me a BS story that the manufacturer would not allow it. The warranty process was not properly explained or I would never have purchased from them. It is a damned shame. The product was definitely defective and they were not in a hurry to correct the issue, but they were cerently relentless to get the sale. People,you are nothing after you have made a purchase. The owner was not very nice. I threw my hard earned money away and I feel that I was cheated. I would think twice before spending Your money with these people. I have to wonder if the mattress I got was new. Very poor service.
