I went to Mattress Firm today. A friendly salesman named Shahaan helped me pick out the perfect mattress for me. He explained everything clearly and with patience. Very pleased with his help and the overall experience was excellent. Cant wait to get it- although its on back order, Im hoping it will come soon.

We had placed an order through Walmart for a twin size mattress for my daughters new bed. Of course Walmart messed up the order and it was deliveredto the same city and state but to a totally different address. Long story short we called Mattress Firm spoke to Sebastian who by the way had the best customer service ever. He immediately made it happen to get us the mattress we needed at the last minute. I went to Mattress Firm today to inquire about a new mattress. The associate by the name of Shahaan Khan was extremely helpful. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns I had. The customer service was on a level I havent seen in awhile. Long story short I ended purchasing a new mattress set from them. Honestly the customer service is what was the deciding factor for me. You can never put a price on superior customer service. Keep up the good work Shahaan and the other associate that was with him. They made my wife and I feel like we were home.

Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when selecting my new bed. Delivery and set up was excellent except for the fact that neither of the two men spoke any English which made communication difficult. They could not explain to me, how to work the bed.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant, they answered all of our questions and concerns. We are having some issues with the mattress we bought from them so we will be contacting the store soon. Definitely will still do business with them when we upgrade to a bigger bed.Like I said we are having problems with our current bed.

Boy we’re they quick to accept over $4000 when I bought my mattress. They refused to exchange a new set of sheets that were tagged and not even taken out of the case. I just wanted a different color. I admit it was way over 39 days but, Really sleep number? You lost a customer over this?!?Hope it was worth it!

Update 09/02/2020 (bad experience turned great): I received a call from Angel (the store manager) directly and he wanted to make it right. After speaking to Angel and Frico directly. They both apologized profusely as this was not the Mattress Firm norm. All in all, I am happy with the mattress and the base, it took a lot of extra work, but Angel and Frico were able to make it right and make me a happy customer.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------I went to Mattress Firm in Pembroke Lakes Square on 08/30/2020. My sales associate Frico A. was great, easy to talk to, and understood our needs. Fast forward about an hour, weve decided on a bed and a bed frame that was perfect for us and we moved forward with purchasing it.We made it very clear what type of bed frame we had and we explicitly conveyed this to our sales associate because we did not want any issues. Two days later our bed and the adjustable base are being delivered and when attempting to place it on our bed frame, it simply did not fit and it was not compatible. What a joke...I attempted to call the store and spoke to a young lady named Stephanie. I attempted to explain the situation to her and after hearing that I purchased an adjustable base that was non-refundable she defaulted to an I dont care mindset. She simply reiterated that it was non-refundable and we were stuck with it, which honestly baffled me, we were out of luck...After several trips to Home Depot, cutting multiple pieces of wood, and several hours later, we were finally able to accommodate this adjustable base.All in all, were happy with the bed and adjustable base, but we are very disappointed with the service and the hoops that we had to jump through just to get this bed and adjustable base onto our bed frame.I hope someone reads this and reaches out to me to make this right because I did not spend over $2,000 to run into issues like this...

Amazing experience with Frico! We shopped around including another mattress firm (which that rep from west pines was not too nice and aggressive) we had to come back here! Always very nice and very helpful also including rep Stephanie. Definitely the place to go and get the mattress everyone deserves!

Friendly and helpful staff that patiently explained all the features and offers. Even honored an offer that ended because I was referred by another satisfied customer so I got the friends and family deal. Frico was acting manager for the moment (should be promoted to permanent manager) who really helped me make all the right choices for my moms bed. I got her the Beauty Rest hybrid memory foam box spring bed with mechanical head and feet lifts along a top only protective mattress cover (50% off). I will consider the full mattress cover when it has a better special (only 20% off and its $200). The bed was king size but sold at Queen size price (current offer). And i got her 4 memory foam pillow with cooling features (buy one get one free- offer expired). Frico explained the differences in models and warranty details (mattress covered for 10 years, mechanical base for 2 full year plus 18 prorated years- which means some out of pocket expenses). Bed scheduled for delivery in 7 days. Saved almost $1800 in offers, got charged a $150 fee for delivery and setup which is expected. Total expense is almost $6000 after taxes, so it is a pricey purchase but my mom had neurosurgery and cant use normal beds. There was another mattress firm close by so it was confusing at first but i am glad i chose to come to this one.
