I went to multiple floor stores and Floor City USA had the best value material. But above they are really great people, especially Sherry she is very funny and nice.

Recent renovation of our tub and shower area in master bath. Floor City was awesome to work with. Brian provided great customer service. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A much different experience than other places we visited. Jeff Gooden, who contracts with Floor City, did the majority of work (tearing out and removing old tub and shower) and prepping for new tub installation. He installed all the tile, faucet and shower head and we could not have been happier with him and his work. He came early every morning and worked nonstop until late afternoon. He cleaned up everyday before he left. Its hard to find help with good work ethics these days. I would highly recommend Floor City and Jeff for any tile project. You will not be disappointed.

The company that was contracted to do the installation, Artifice Floor Carpentry, did an excellent job, and paid attention to every detail.
