Very good experience. Felt like I had my very own shopper with Andrea helping me. Chose ceramic tile for Kitchen, bathrooms, foyer, laundry room and inlay in dining room. The experts used the bamboo I had left to picture frame the tile under table. Love it. One year later they came back and continued with tile in the screened in porch. I get so many compliments! You need not shop anywhere else. This is true service ands excellent results.

So.many.options.I walked in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted and walked out with something completely different that I love even more. I took my dimensions and the lady there told me exactly what I would need. She helped me pick out my tiles without being pushy and really guided me in the direction I wanted to go all along. It was an amazing experience picking out tile and the price was amazing as well. We got to take home samples to see the tile in our space to get a clear visualization and the customization was very easy. We even picked out the grout there as well. Truly a one stop shop.Highlyy recommend!

The Floor Store has a huge selection of great products! The only problem is making that final decision. Andrea and her staff are professional, friendly and pleasant. I have done two big projects with The Floor Store and have been very satisfied with the quality of the flooring, the gorgeous tile, the trim and the finished project. This place is AMAZING! They have this incredibly HUGE showroom, the people are nice and very helpful the minute you walk in the door. The actual floor inside their showroom has different surfaces of their flooring options and there are some real examples of products on display. I found out they will deliver and install. I will definitely choose the Floor Store when I build the new house.

Awesome experience. Great people who care about what they do. Our initial flooring install couldnt be completed by the contractor because the product he was installing was damaged. They not only did the right thing and stopped work but they upgraded our floor tile for our trouble. The week setback was well worth it. Quality products and people!

Great store! So many selections to choose from!

Rodney and Andrea were great! The installers they used were professional and detail oriented. We had some very minor loose ends that needed to be tied up and there were all -handled timely. They also provided us with recommendations for a painter and a deep cleaning service and we were also pleased with their performance. Definitely recommend!

They went the extra mile for me in locating a tile I had been told by three other local stores could not be found. Sales process, communication and service are impeccable.

Dont do it. Shipped flawed product -- 30%-40% culls. The mill knew about it as well. NEVER buy ungraded flooring, no matter what The Floor Store shows you as a sample. Dont fall for their wood has imperfections because its a natural product spiel. It was so bad we couldnt install it. They refused to refund without taking a 15% restocking fee. Theyre restocking a flawed product. In other words, youre buying a flawed product from their stock on which they already have made 15% clear profit. Dont fall for their sweet come-on. Beware.

This store may be small, but the service and design ideas are HUGE!!! What a great find. There are unique products and specialty items that I ended up choosing that werent available elsewhere. Oh, and some of the prices they quoted on my flooring were substantially less than the exact same product elsewhere. Andrea has a sharp eye for color and great design sense... she directed me to some wonderful ideas for my new house, and I love the choices. They were very helpful and clearly know their stuff when it comes to flooring & tile. I will have some eye-popping rooms thanks to her. Highly recommended!!!

I had them do my kitchen and I can not tell you how pleased I was with everything. I changed my mind a thousand times took samples home brought back took more home. Andrea never got upset just listened to me and offered other suggestions. I highly recommend this store to everyone. Andrea and her husband are very nice people and will help you anyway they can!!!

Looking for flooring, bathroom shower ideas? You MUST go to the Floor Store. Andrea and the staff are so very helpful. There is so much to choose from. I have spent hours in there and will be back with my mother- in -law Tomorrow. I will up load pictures when our job is complete.

Returned several times since I couldnt make my mind up between tile and LVT. I went every week for over a month and Andrea was always helpful and offered great design advice. Went to several places all over town but always received great service from the store and prices were reasonable with a great selection. Looking forward now to the design advice for my fireplace!

Whoever their secretary is, she is truly horrible at her job. Her incompetence and poor attitude costed them the materials and installation for an ~$6,000 shower tile PLUS 300 sq ft of tiling in the kitchen.On the first attempt to contact their company on Thursday, she promised to call back in 30 minutes with information regarding a Friday or even Saturday appointment. Friday morning, I was forced to call her and ask why she hadnt called. She had no idea who I was and I had to refresh her memory. At that point, she tells me there will be someone in the area Saturday (I believe she referenced her husband) and says she will call. Already leery of a slightly spacey personality and poor professionalism, I clarified to her that I really need a phone call back. Fast forward to Saturday AFTERNOON, and I have yet to receive a call. On contacting her, she HAS NO IDEA WHO I AM. To make things worse, she HUNG UP on me before even giving me a drop of information regarding the supposed contractor in the area.Needless to say, I will not be buying my materials from their store or hiring any contractor associated with them. If you want a large job done correctly and with the right materials, I would not trust someone that cant even remember your name, much less make it to your house and complete the project correctly or, most importantly, on time.

Wonderful business! We had hardwood floors installed in our dining room, entry and large living room. We couldnt be HAPPIER with the whole process. From stopping in the family business to ask questions to the entire project being meticulously finished we were impressed every step of the way. We are already planning for the projects we want to tackle next summer! Dont be fooled by the cute DIY shows on TV, installing floors is no small task. We never would have known to test our slab foundation for moisture but the installers from The Floor Store did, and saved us a tremendous heartache down the road by sealing the slab before installing the floors. Thanks!
