Best flooring store and best prices on the coast!!!

First off they work with dr horton. Never show up on time. Promise their best installers, end up looking worse then before and destroyed other parts of our home. They lay the material out in the sandy, rocky, dirty streets. I would never recommend or choose this company, because we have a house built by dr horton we are forced to deal with them unless we start paying out of pocket to make our flooring right. This is our next step because its obvious that their best guys dont know how to lay floor and Randall who comes to see what is going on thinks we are being too picky, has horrible customer service etiquette, and wont follow up. Andrea is who I have dealt with on the phone and she is very polite, if it wasnt for her I would say they dont even deserve the 1 star.

I have repeatedly tried to use this store for my rental portfolio. They dont communicate and often completely forget orders. I call back repeatedly to try to follow up on orders (over the course of weeks of nonresponsiveness) and the associate always says that hell call right back with my answer, then I never hear back. I was really excited about SW getting into the flooring business and was hoping it would streamline my tenant turns, but not the case. When they finally get around to performing the work, it is quick and the pricing is competitive, but they waste tons of my time having to follow up with them. Perhaps SW should implement a better CRM system. They cant be performing well of other customers are receiving the same level of service.

SW did the tile work on a DR Horton tile shower. While they did listen to and respond to my nearly constant complaints, I should not have had to (as the homeowner) point out blatant violations of code and/or manufacturers instructions. I did not pay for their services as they were replacing a very leaky shower they built two years earlier under warranty. Even as the project completed it was still sloppy. It took two months to tear out and rebuild a standard size shower. If I had the choice I would certainly have gone elsewhere.
