I went into Ashley to find a new sectional sofa. The salesperson Jonathon was very helpful. He showed me exactly what I asked to see, and was never pushy. Once I decided, the purchase process was quick and easy. And I was able to take advantage of their amazing financing offers. Wonderful experience!

I went to Ashley in September received amazing and attentive service in store and ordered a couch on a great Labor Day sale. I was told delivery would be 7-9 weeks and agreed. 8 weeks later I called the service to check my status and it said delivery would not be for an ADDITIONAL 8-10 weeks. I called to cancel and have been on hold for 40 minutes and counting. Very disappointed that I was not contacted about the added shipping delay.

I ordered a 3 piece living room set in MARCH. and it is November 3rd. I have been pushed around and given multiple reasons to why after 7 months, no delivery. I have attempted to reach customer service, the store, and even a salesman to assist with this ridiculous situation and STILL NOTHING. I dont even have the ability to cancel unless I drive 2+hours to the store. If I could give a 0 - I would. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and UPSET.

Went in to only look around for new recliners. So much for that. Lol. With the help of Esmeralda, we walked out buying our recliners and a recliner sofa. She was the best!!! Great deal. Great price. Awesome customer service. The wife and I are so happy with our purchase. Thank you Esmeralda.

Waited 2 months for the $700 childrens bed to arrive. The box very clearly states that there are supposed to be 5 boxes. We only received 3. They dont send any emails or updates anywhere along the way, dont give any packaging itinerary or anything to the point where the delivery driver doesnt even know what hes supposed to be dropping off, and end up not delivering after waiting MONTHS to receive. Its 8pm and the hours say they close at 9pm but phone goes instantly to voicemail. Will be calling first thing in the morning for a full refund.

Had a great experience shopping, made a purchase, told by the manager he watches all his orders for delays and will call if there is a delay. Then I call the TFN since you cannot get the stores to answer. Was told couches would be here 10/28 then 11/2 then 11/19. So we canceled the order and have to wait for corporate to approve the cancelation then wait for refund. Do not recommend this place!

I originally gave a 5 star review from the initial experience. Now I have an update of 1 star.- BOTTOM LINE: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!- Good luck getting ahold of anybody when you need help…even when you go back up to the store to speak with them in person. They do not have anybody answering phones.- Their warehouse and showrooms DO NOT COMMUNICATE by computer or by phone- We were told we would receiving our furniture (because they looked up the warehouse stock) in a little over a week. I call to check in since I did not receive the 48 hr notice. Guess what, now it’s scheduled for 6 weeks later. We were able to get some pieces, but not the bed, which is what was mainly needed immediately. Now we called to check the status, and the recording is saying it will not be available to schedule for another 7 - 9 WEEKS! That also means it could even be longer.- They will give you the runaround about the “fine print” with how dates may change. But going from about a week to getting your furniture to up to 13 WEEKS is ridiculous.- I even went in to say I will take the floor model so I can at least finish off our furniture set. They will not do it, which is fine if that’s the policy. But quit over promising and selling stuff YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE.*****UPDATE*****The picture shows how they left the unfinished bed. After two months they still can’t bring all the prices. Also, one is still damaged. Save yourself the hassle and go to a quality and professional store.

Update 9/22 - The furniture was finally delivered on 9/21. We love the furniture, and if it werent for the delivery uncertainty issues and having to escalate significantly to get anyones attention, this would be a five-star review. Considering the significant anxiety and legwork involved in finally getting our furniture, the best I can rate is three stars.Update 9/16 - After being quoted an estimated delivery time frame of 10/29, Ashley called today to schedule a 9/21 delivery. I also received a call from their customer service team to apologize for the lack of/poor communication. If they deliver now as promised, I will adjust my review.SELLING FURNITURE THEY CANNOT DELIVER! My wife and I ordered a living room set 5/30/2021 and delivery was estimated between 8-12. We understand that logistics and supply chains have been impacted. That said, here is our experience to this point. The ottoman shipped within a week, which wasnt expected. We called to update delivery information and were passed from the Ashley customer service number to the Ashley credit department, neither of which seemed willing or able to do anything. We finally obtained tracking information and were able to make the changes needed with FedEx directly. At the beginning of August (8 weeks) and was given a delivery estimate of September 14. (14 weeks.) I was called from the delivery company today, but they didnt leave a message. I called back and an automated service said my order would be available for scheduling in 7-9 weeks. I spoke with an agent who gathered my information (after a 30 minute wait) and then disconnected the call. I called again (45-minute wait) and was told 10/29 was our next estimated delivery date. That would represent 20 weeks, which is 2-3 times longer than the original estimate. They need to be honest about their estimates, and if the furniture hasnt even been manufactured at this oint, they shouldnt even be selling it. For the most part, getting useful information requires an abundance of effort on the part of the consumer, as they company does not proactively provide any information. This will be my last experience with Ashley Furniture.

I had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture online that latest 9 straight months. I was given a $220 credit that I never got. I had made up my mind that I was forever DONE with Ashley UNTIL…today!!I went to explain my situation with Timothy at the store and I was taken care of immediately with such ease. I needed night stands, but had the BEST most friendly experience that I bought a dining room table, 5 chairs, ottoman, comforter bed set AND my 2 night stands.Thank YOU Timothy for all of your help and having the best most friendliest attitude!

Made the process easy and fun and was also honest about the variety of delivery times and keeping our expectations realistic. The guys at this store really do make you feel at Home during your shopping experience here...The Manager, Nick, made sure we were always comfortable & our 7 yr old daughter was not ‘bored’ during our wait (mostly on financing).Our salesman, Jake, knew the answers to the questions before asked almost...and always had another ‘perk’ up his sleeve as we completed the process.Thanks to the whole Staff!!!!We will definitely be shopping here again next time it’s time to get new furniture...

We went on a Memorial Day Sale to pick out a couch set. The antics they played were like a used car lot good cop bad cop but I purchased their furniture before and felt the quality was pretty good for the price so we went ahead and purchased again. We had some problems with delivery on the set we picked out and with communication at first. We finally got a call from home office and Melissa has done everything to turn this around for us. We are now expecting a new set this next week.

Been a loyal client from Chicago and now in Austin. They have a great selection of furniture. Sales person Jonathan gave good discount and promised July end to mid Aug 2021 delivery. When I called customer service they conveyed delivery date of Sep 2021 as queen bed headboard was holding up my order. I asked them to split my order so my living and dining room sets arrive early. They asked me to call sales person and it was next to impossible to get anyone on phone - tried calling all day, leaving VMs I visited the store that sales rep was on leave. Only option left was drive 12 miles to speak to someone 🙁. Then wrote this reviewGot response from Ashley next day and I sent my details to their internal investigations team hoping for a miracle.LOL Miracle happened - internal investigations split my order and gave a new date of Nov 2021. I was shocked and asked them to cancel my order - they said you can but you it will take 3-4 weeks to get you a check even if I paid in cash. I understand Ashley supply chain issues, but making a false promise at sales and having client $7000+ stuck for a month was beyond comprehension. I requested speeding up refund so I can use my money to buy else where. I was told sorry that is the best we can do.I had heard horror stories but never believed them until it happened to me . My recommendation - get delivery dates in writing and understand refund process before placing your bet on Ashley . We are all in such uncertain times ..

We were told initially our furniture would be delivered on 6/30/21. We sold our furniture with that date in mind. I decided to call to verify the date and was given an estimated date of 7/20/21. Called again to check the status of delivery and was given a different date. Called again later the same day and was given an even later delivery date. This is not acceptable. I wish we could get correct and consistent information at least. I had to change the rating due to the inconsistencies.I

By the far the worse service I have had with a furniture store. I order a living room set back in March of 2021, I paid more than half of the living room set and the rest in payments to help with my credit. They reassured me they would deliver in 6 weeks. The sales man gave me his number and said if I had any questions to reach out to him, I sent him a text to follow up on the delivery and never heard from him, he actually blocked my number after the second attempt to reach him. I called the customer service and they keep changing the date, first it was because one of the small sofas had been backed order and now they switched it to the other bigger sofa not being available, customer service keeps blaming the store sales man for the “false” delivery information and when I call the store they blame it back to the customer service.

First of all they said are chair would be delivered in Sept. Didnt get delivery till Oct. And of course it wasnt the one we ordered. So they sent a replacement but it was the same wrong one. And all we get transferred from one person to the next and hung up on and getting no where. Marie from visiting wouldnt even help then hung up on us instead of sending us to a manager like we requested. I would never suggest Ashley to anyone they are over priced and cant even send the right order.

I went in-store to look for furniture. I worked with Michael who was excellent *at first*. My husband and I chose a couch and he said he would update our order to match the online price once we showed the 20% off coupon. After comparing the prices, online was $400 cheaper and after trying to sell us on upgrading to the $200 delivery (that was free online) he said that he couldn’t match it and would cancel the order.Now, it is 25 days after Michael said he would cancel the order and after reaching out to him directly asking for proof of cancellation, speaking to customer service about cancelling 2 separate times (& not receiving the follow-up call, as promised), I submitted a fraudulent claim with my bank since I can’t get in contact with anyone at the store that has the “authority” to cancel it.Every time I call, they tell me that they see that a cancellation request is in the system but not for any of my items that I want to cancel (?) and still no money returned. I don’t even know how that’s possible.

So let me help all of you out really quickly. If you go to Ashley’s furniture website you will pay more money than you would going to your locally owned and licensed stores website. Then to save you more money you should just go in the store and buy it there because it is cheaper than on their website. If you really want a fair and honest deal you should visit Ashley affiliate stores as they are less than all of the others.

We called numerous times and kept getting recording. With the amount of associates in that store, you would think someone could answer the phone. Not good customer service.Update. 10 11 2021Dropping to 3 starsMake sure you get sales persons phone number. The phone number on thier paperwork and then option to sales, rings and rings, goes to answering machine and messages arent answered. Also you may get looped to an automated system. I spoke to customer service and they said they were sending message to store to call me??We had to drive to the store to get questions answered.Manager very pleasant. He said they dont have staffing to answer the phone. AGAIN, poor customer service.Also, read your receipt closely before you leave the store in case items are missing that the salesperson said you were getting for free by purchasing a product and then changing without telling you. It was my fault for not double checking the receipt, but most salespersons would either give you what you talked about, or let you know why the product wasnt given to you at the time of sale.We bought a house full of furniture approximately 3 years ago from this store with no issues. The furniture and customer service was great.We havent gotten the furniture yet this time, but Im sure it will be ok.As far as customer service, not so good this time.We will not be purchasing furniture from this location again.

I strongly encourage everyone to purchase their home furnishings from any other furniture store.I purchased a bed on May 22nd and have yet to receive my furniture. Every time I call I am given a different delivery date, now they are saying the end of Sept. That will be 4 months after my purchase. I paid cash for the bed already, they have my money, but still no bed.If they would have been honest up front, that they had no idea when my bed would be ready, I would have went to a different store, or at least had the expectation that it might be a while. But now they have my money, so I feel kind of between a rock and a hard place.

Our experience at the Ashley Homestore on I-35, Pflugerville, TX location was excellent! All of the staff was very helpful and attentive, answering all questions we had. Dustin, the sales manager of this specific store, was especially helpful making sure we got everything we wanted and ensured it would fit our needs for our new house. We took up around 3 hours of his time alone and he didn’t seem to mind one bit, even though we were so indecisive! If you want quality furniture and a great customer experience, look no further. All around great experience and would highly recommend Ashley Homestore to anyone!

We bought our dining room set there a week ago, it had defected parts, I have called them 4 times to get the parts replaced, every time I call, I have to tell them the issue again,email them images and they haven’t delivered the parts. I also ask to speak with a manager regarding the price on my dining room set, I saw an exact same one, same store but on line for less, I wanted to have the price match. They say the manager was going to call me. They did not call me at all! Once they have your money, they don’t care anymore!!! NEVER coming back to this store again.

Our experience with this store has been a nightmare. I wont even go into the issues with the salesperson or some of the other minor issues, because they pale in comparison to what weve been dealing with since making our purchase.Our platform bed was delivered on March 27, 2021. The delivery/set-up team informed me that there were parts missing, and that a technician would be coming by in the next day or two to finish setting up the bed. The missing parts include screws that hold the frame together, and the support beam that runs down the middle of the bed. The absence of these parts make the bed unusable.We have been calling the Ashley regional customer support number (because this store location literally does not ever pick up the phone) every week for the past four weeks trying to get a straight answer on when this situation will be rectified, because right now we have a king-sized bed sitting in our bedroom that we cannot even sleep on. Every time we call we get a different answer for when this situation will be rectified. Last week I was told the bed would be completely replaced (because apparently it is not possible to obtain individual parts) this past weekend, but the weekend came and and went and now Im being told around the end of May. Im sorry, but no. That is unacceptable.Stay away from this store -- once they have your money, they couldnt care less about whether or not you ever receive a functional product. Truly shameful.

I bought a bed and dresser from them and when they delivered it there was a bunch of scratches!! There was literally chipped wood sticking out of my dresser. Customer service was awful!! They don’t even check the boxes until they come to your home and we’ve been waiting for months. Thankfully the delivery person told me that everything was damaged and didn’t try to put broken pieces together.

We purchased our furniture on 7/17/21 and was told by our salesman, after he spent a few minutes looking at his tablet that we should receive our furniture by the second week of August. We called to check the status of the delivery and we were told August 25th. The day came and went and we called back and they said September 7th.. still nothing. Went back to the store and talked to the same salesman and he said I can have them to you in 5 days as I am 70% sure of it. Now we are being told some furniture will be delivered on September 21st some on September 24th and 1 piece will be December or later. After reading other reviews I am now concerned with how the quality of the furniture will be and what mess they leave behind. No telling how long it will be if they need to be exchanged! Why sale furniture if you have nothing to actually sale? They are in the business of convincing and promising you everything you want to hear to get you to hand over large amounts of money and not hold up their end of the deal. Very bad experience and what do we get for the poor customer service besides more poor customer service?

Everything was perfect from the moment we went into the store until arrival of our new couch. We werent happy at the delayed time but they were very upfront with us and told us it could take 6-8 weeks. This is by far the worst furniture store I’ve ever dealt with. The incompetence of their staff is mind boggling. If you call on Monday they tell you 1 thing, you call two days later is a completely different story. Nobody knows what the previous person said they have no system of notes to help customer service. Very poor customer service, we were not greeted when we walked in, was in the store for over 15 minutes a white male kept looking but wouldn’t acknowledge us, the other 4 workers had music blasting, laughing and talking. Only when, we we’re leaving the female asked if we need help. When we voiced the poor customer service she said they are only allowed to be with one customer at a time. Funny thing is there was one other couple in the store and they were also not being helped. Hmm I could say race played a factor since all customer in the store were the same race, or it could just be very poor customer service and that explains why the store was empty. Either way, I would recommend Rooms to Go over this store any and every day of the week.

If I could give Ashley Furniture, in general and their Pflugerville store in particular, Zero stars, I would. This furniture purchase has been the worst experience I have ever had. I strongly encourage everyone to purchase their home furnishings from any other furniture store. I honestly, I do not want any unsuspecting customer like me to go through the ordeal like I did. The shopping experience at the Ashley Pflugerville store has been absolutely nightmarish!In May 2021, we placed our order for a Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds, a Sofa Sleeper and a Dining Table with 6 dining chairs. I paid for the items fully upfront. We were promised a delivery date of July 8th. Around July 10th or so, since nothing was delivered, I called them up and also went to the store in person. To my shock, I was told that they had nothing ready to be scheduled for delivery. Ever since I have spent countless hours on the phone with Ashley. Every time I called I was given a different delivery date. After getting battered on the phone, in the next several weeks, in multiple shots, and in bits and pieces, they managed to deliver the beds, sofa, the dining table and 2 dining chairs. As of today, 4 dining chairs with backrest are yet to be delivered. Not to speak of the fact that the sofa was originally delivered with a missing pillow and another pillow with a faulty zipper. To address the pillow issues, I once again had to be on the phone several times to ensure the pillows were delivered in the next several days. There does not seem to be any coordination between their customer service center, store, warehouse, actual manufacturer to honor the delivery date commitments. Their work ethics dont seem to indicate if they ever care to honor delivery date commitments. One exception to this is the agent Ellen at the Texas Call Center who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Timothy at the Pflugerville store was also helpful in resolving delivery issues. Even he is unable to help when it comes to the 4 pending Dining chairs. Of late, even he does not seem to respond to text and calls. Management at the Pflugerville store does not seem to exist. As of today, I have been told by the customer service, that the dining chairs are in backorder and could be available to be scheduled for delivery during mid-December. But this is not guaranteed. So we now have the Dining Table and 2 barstools and need to wait for the 4 dining chairs at least until mid-December.Had they been honest up front, that they had no idea when our furniture would be ready, we would have gone to a different store/ brand altogether. But we have been left in the lurch of either having to wait for the pending items indefinitely or go back to square one by ordering an alternative piece of furniture, which would again go through the same cycle. To say, I am absolutely traumatized mentally and physically exhausted is an understatement!

Went in to make a quick purchase of a small table then Jacob asked if I needed anything else, maybe look at a new mattress I said. 2 hours later I had made a large purchase. Jacob was amazing, he was so professional and very knowledgeable about what type of mattress would be best for me. He recommended a bed frame to go with it and it was t the most experience, he really listened to me about my taste and style. I must have asked 100 questions and he answered or got the answers every time. He wasn’t a salesmen he was guiding me through a major purchase with no pressure, with kindness, respect and his easy going personality made me feel like I was shopping with a friend. I left excited to get my new items but even more excited that I was treated like every customer should be in a perfect world. I will be a customer for life thanks to my 2.5 hours with Jacob. If Jacob is not the CEO of Ashleys or another company within the next 10 years I would be surprised, he is honestly the nicest person you could meet. Such good energy! Thank you!

I walked in and just fell in love with everything there. Will is awesome! He is so easy to work with and made it easy to pick out furniture by showing me all the different styles and explaining the difference. The prices are very reasonable compared to other stores that I have visited. I have bought furniture from Ashley Home Furniture before and have been very pleased with each piece. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend the store in Pflugerville, TX!

The delivery date is extremely unreliable...cancelled our plans for the date of delivery until receiving a call at 10 AM saying it wont be delivered for another two weeks. As a well-established business I find it absolutely ridiculous receiving this level of disappointment and inadequate experience. Get told ON THE DAY of the scheduled delivery of another two week delay is unacceptable. I strongly oppose buying from Ashley again as I strongly question their contractors delivery reliability and legitimacy.

Great experience tonight at our local Ashley furniture store. Will was a gem to work with. He was super patient while my wife and I decided between several dining room sets. In the end, the good Lord affirmed my first choice as it was the only set in stock. Everything else was booked out 2-4 months. :) I even snatched up the desk we both wanted to add to our home collection. This is our all time favorite furniture store. Great products and service, protection plans, and overall quality of products and experience than other furniture stores we’ve shopped at. Highly recommend!

Worst furniture experience I have gone through. Took months for half of my items to be delivered. The rest never came. No communication from seller, manager, or corporate. Delivery errors. Broken pieces and horrible white glove service that left trash all over our house. Will never be shopping here again

In-store experience is great. Delivery is horrible. They promised delivery after 1pm on 5/20 when they set up the appointment then showed up at 9am. We were taking delivery of a dining table, 6 chairs, and a sectional. 4 chairs had defects - 1 had deep scratches in the seat, two had paint droplets on the stained wood area, and one had what seemed like a nail poking through from below the seat. One table leg looked like it took an impact about the size of a dime that took off the finish. Because we rejected the table, the delivery guy told us he had to take the whole order back and would not bring in the sectional. I got a call from the corporate delivery team a few minutes after they left to confirm I wanted to refuse the entire order, and this is where I learned I could have received my couch, but the delivery person did not want me to have it. This made me angry, because I was lied to by the delivery team. I now no longer want to do business with Ashley. If I cancel the order, I pay a 10% penalty. I wish I never bothered.Update: I messaged Ashleys Twitter support. No reply after 24 hours. Also no outreach here or from the store. When I called Customer Service, they said it was the delivery partners fault, and they do not manage them.

I went to complete a purchase since I was moving into town. The staff was rude, and when we asked a simple question on where the mattresses were to one of the female employees responded that she was busy helping another customer; when it wasn’t going to take her much to answer this question. Also a young man who helped us was also unprofessional and rude. I don’t usually write a review but they did not make the experience pleasant at all and chose to buy elsewhere.

I had heard horror stories about Ashley and was honestly hesitant to even go in the store. After searching and searching for the furniture I wanted I ended up at Ashley and found everything I wanted in one place! It was actually a relief. The shipping did take two weeks which is normal. I had heard due to Covid everything was on back order, but my luck everything I ordered was in stock. The sales guy who helped me was so knowledgeable and friendly, he made the whole process really fast and easy. I can say I will be happily shopping at Ashlee from now on.

Worst experience I ever had in a store. I tried filing a warranty for an adjustable base I bought less than a year ago, and this store gave me the run around and still no credit or exchange. Do not work with Albert, Jonathan, or Meralda as they will tell you they will help, and then either wont call you back, lie, or hang up in the middle of the call.

Wow, what a blessing. I woke up pondering were I should go furniture shopping. First thought, Ashleys hoping I would find something of interest and affordable. I walked in only to be greeted by a cheerful presence. David Hernandez (sales person) approach was very professional and energetic. He help by walking me thru the process step by step. I went to the Pflugerville, TX location & had great service from the representative SE Park. He was very patient while I decided with my 2 impatient kiddos in tow. He was professional & knowledgeable about the items. I had previously left 2 messages with another Ashley Homestore, that hadnt been returned & ending up having to go into the store to place order. Initially I was given inaccurate information. I was able to get the pieces I wanted at a reasonable price after I spoke to several store personal. It felt like I was investigating to find out the correct information. I spend close to 5 hrs to finalize my purchase. The manager at the store was extremely helpful.

Until today I would have given a glowing review!! However a damaged chair needed to be exchanged. Delivery person came, looked at chair started attempting take apart. Couldnt do it and I commented on this happening and why . He then went and came with another chair back when asked what was going on was to have new chair said not on order but would call. Walked out with back, other chair NOT put back together, left front door open and my dog could have gotten out. Soon the truck left with NO comment!! To say I am upset is big understatement. Of course Pflugerville stor will NOT answer. Have gotten response and hopeful help from delivery.So a day later the salesperson lies about reorder of chair and attempts blame me. Hopeful to get chair in 2 weeks but will NEVER purchase from Ashley again and I had been one of there biggest advocates. Very sad!So another week out and still NO help!! Owner sent me a chat line that said they cared but still no help. Have talked to several service reps who seem very helpful but tell me someone above them will call me as well as store manager and I am still waiting for those calls!! Its becoming unfortunately quite obvious once we make sale and get your money we dont care any longer!!

Moving to Texas from NJ so I am visiting this week. Went to Ashley Homestore and had a great experience. Will C. showed me different living room sets, worked out the pricing, and helped me make the best choice for my new apartment. There was no pressure to buy which made the experience stress free. I had the worst experience recently. I went a month ago and bought couches cash and only bought them because we were told they were available to be delivered on 08/20 I even asked a week before the delivery if i could change the delivery date for the 21st and was told it was set and i couldnt change it. Took off work and there was no delivery i texted my seller Jake and he told me he would let me know MONDAY. I asked for the delivery number called and they said half of the delivery would be ready on september 3rd and the other half wont be ready until MAYBE December. Never buying from here again! The only reason i bought the couches is because it was supposedly available which i was lied to.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. So we purchased a sofa and a rug. We received the sofa but not the rug. Spoke to customer service a couple of times and they don’t have any information… no tracking number, incorrect skew info, nothing about the rug we purchased. So we go into the store and spoke to three or four different sales reps who gave us different reasons why we didn’t receive the rug yet and when we’ll get it. One told us we should get it in one or two days. Another rep said anywhere from 2-6 weeks. When we eventually talked to the manger, he even gave us different information than what the sale reps gave us. So pretty much no one knew when we’d get the rug we purchased 6 weeks ago. We spent nearly two hours in the store, talking to their employees. And we came out of it with no confidence that we’ll even receive the rug we purchased. We couldn’t even get a refund and will have to come back in a couple of days to do so. Worst customer experience I have ever had.
