This was my first experience with Trek and this store. I honestly cant say enough about our experience. From going in to just look around until we decided to purchase a bike for my son, every employee was professional, helpful, and patient. In addition to purchasing a bike, I also bought a bike rack. The salesman (Michael) helped me pick out and order the rack. It was delivered the next day! They even assembled it and installed it on my car for me at the store. That is great service! A special thanks to Dio, one of the store managers. He helped us choose and purchase the right bike for my son who couldnt be happier with it. I have shopped at many bike stores recently and have always been skeptical of the big chain factory stores. I couldnt have been more wrong about this Trek store. They will definitely get my repeat business.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the bikes and was not pushy when trying to sell me products. I appreciated all the experiential counsel about what to get and what not to get for my riding purposes. I would recommend anyone going to the store.

Graham was very welcoming and ready to help as soon as we walked through the door! He was very knowledgeable as well as he listened to what I was looking for and miraculously actually had a bike there for me to purchase in the shop! With the market how it is, I expected to be ordering a bike today, but to my luck they had one and in my size to boot! Graham showed me the perfect bike, encouraged me to take it for a test ride and even installed all the extras I had elected!!! He also gave my husband and I some maps of trails that we could go try out! I believe the other gentleman working today was Paul. He was equally amazing as I noticed that he made sure to greet every customer and made sure everyone got helped immediately. Graham and Paul are outstanding!!! Don’t hesitate to go here for all of you biking needs! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!! Thanks guys!!!

My husband and I went in to get new bikes. We know nothing about bikes except they have two wheels and they get you places faster than walking and slower than driving a car. This is the speed for us. Micheal was a huge help in getting us the things we need. He did try to tell us to get kickstands but for some idiot reason we neglected to do so. That’s on us and we paid for it dearly today. We will definitely be back. Love this store and will continue to recommend

We left for grocery shopping while they’re working on the bike. She gave us a call to pick up and said she’s willing to wait even after closed. Great customer service. I have visited the store on numerous occasions and have received 5-star service each and every time. They are extremely professional, know the business well and are honest. Yes, let me repeat that word, honest. They dont oversell and do an amazing job with repairs. They thoroughly explain their recommendations and complete the work quickly and efficiently. Very rare these days to find a company that performs as well as Trek. Im a customer for life.

Great store. Always kind, give fairly priced service, and will try to genuinely find the answer when they arent sure.Took my bike to have the bottom bracket serviced today. They fixed the problem totally, and were kind enough to write down all the tools they used when I asked how they did it so I can learn more about how to work on my bike at home.

Great place!!! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in the same day to have my new handle bars put on and the turnaround time was fast.

Purchased Verve 2, as a senior this bike is much easier to mount and dismount. Gears shift smoothly and the seat is very comfortable ( which is saying something coming from me) as is riding in the upright position. Customer service at the Robinson Twp., PA store is outstanding.

Dio was extremely helpful. Knew his products and spoke to me at my level (Im not a professional cyclist but Ive also been riding trails for a long time). Everyone at the store took the time to make sure I got what I needed. Would definitely recommend to others.

All I needed was a couple bike tubes and the sales associate treated me as good as if I were buying a new bike. Very cool!

I took my bike in yesterday after a crash. The guy looked at it right away and got my rear derailer working. Didnt charge me. I know not every experience will be like this, but this guy was awesome.

Ive been a Trek owner for nearly 30 years, so the product was a no brainer for me when I was shopping for an additional bike. Everyone at the Trek Robinson store is very knowledgeable, super kind and willing to help. I havent ridden in years and none of the folks who waited on me, either in person or on the phone, minded taking the time or exhibiting the utmost patience with all my questions and concerns. Super staff with a focus on being good people doing a good job.

I dropped my bike off to get a new derailleur, shifter, and chain installed. I expected it’d take a few days. I was blown away when I got a call, about 2 hours later, saying it was done! The guys, and girl in service were absolutely incredible!!! So friendly, helpful, and informative!! They gained a customer in me, and I will tell everyone to go to Trek of Robinson! I just wished service could get more than 5 stars! 1st class treatment all the way! Also adding, I didn’t buy my bike there! Great employees!

The Trek bicycle shop in Robinson township was great. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and easy to work with over the phone and in person. The mechanic was very good and answered all my questions happily. I will definitely return to do business at this bike shop.

I brought in my brothers rear wheel of his 29 Mongoose, 21- speed bicycle to be repaired; it was missing four spokes and needed to be trued. The employees were super nice. My brother was very satisfied with the work and told me the technician did a very good job. Thank you!! 😀

This dealer had the bike I wanted which was a 2021 Roscoe 8 ...almost $2000 bike . I ask them to ship it to me like many bikes are sold . They wouldn’t budge on it at my cost . Instead I had to drive 350 miles each way to pick it up . It’s sad seeing a bike business taking advantage of the bicycle shortage . Told me if I didn’t come and get it they would have it sold in the next day or so anyway. I had a new Santa Cruz shipped from California just 4 months ago . I also didn’t like the pressure to buy other stuff for the bike . I ask about a the thermos holder as part of the deal and said if I bought more stuff he might toss that $10 thermos holder in . I figured $2,000 was enough spent. No wonder we shop Amazon when ever possible . I don’t have to bend over so far .

I purchased a new Domane + E Bike. The service was spectacular! Everyone was very knowledgeable and conscientious. Allie, Dylan and Paul were all very helpful. The bike is amazing. I have not been riding for a few years due to medical issues and the E Bike got me back in the saddle. I didn’t know what to expect but the e bike allowed me to pedal as hard as I wanted without putting undue torque on my arthritic knee. This is the best top-notch bike shop in the area by far. Dont even bother going to that ProBike place. You will only get laughed out of there if you are not Lance Armstrong. Awful shopping experience. But Im not here for that.I had been shopping for a new bike at Trek for almost 2 months and had stopped in multiple times to look at their bikes. I was about to buy a 2019 Marlin 7, but saw the rest of the Marlin line had 2020 models out. I asked one of the employees if they could see if the Marlin 7 was going to have a 2020 update. Sure enough it showed in their system and in a new color! As soon as it came in, they built it and called me immediately. The color is gorgeous on it! It seemed all the employees were geeking about the color more than I was! As this is really my first real bike, Im a bit of a novice. The employees answered all my questions, no matter how stupid or basic they were. They really seemed to treat me as an equal and encouraged learning.I will ALWAYS be going to Trek for any service and questions I have. Thank you Trek for the AWESOME customer service and shopping experience.

I have been going to Trek in Robinson for nearly 10 years now. They have awesome professional customer service. I have purchased two bikes from Trek and they complete all follow up maintenance. They are experts on repair work and i would never go anywhere else!

Great service and customer service. Michael the sales rep helped me try to find a bike rack to fit my enduro bike, while also fitting my van. Owen in service did a great job by taking me as a walk in to get my DT Swiss rims switched over to tubeless, and he managed to get it done the same day. I will definitely recommend this place if you bike service or bike sales. Their staff is very knowledgeable in their fields when it comes to either service or sales. Having run out of time and resources I called the crew at Trek the day before Xmas eve to see if they could assemble a bike for me. They were able to get me in right away and the bike was done within hours. Everyone there was super friendly, professional and accommodating. A rare experience in todays world.

Top shelf from top to bottom. Brought my old bike in for service and ended up buying a new one which I dearly love. Was treated as a family member (I bought my old bike from them 15 years ago) and I would proudly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!2 months later and I take my bike to their shop for its first service where Im told they have a 2 week backlog. I beg & plead to get it done sooner since its so new and shouldnt really need anything. They tell me theyll try to get it in sooner. Several hours later I receive a call from Owen, the tech who serviced it telling me its ready, so I naturally assume they did a quick once-over. Not true. Owen starts by asking me what I use to lubricate my chain and I tell him Ive been using Mobil-1 (only the best for my bike). He then proceeds to tell me why thats not good for chain lube and basically explains why and proceeds to tell me that almost everything that I thought I was doing right was wrong. He had to replace the chain and do a whole lot of cleanup on the entire gearset. He was very patient and I learned a WHOLE BUNCH about how to PROPERLY maintain my bike. I cant praise him enough and feel that he is a great asset to the team at Trek Bicycle Robinson. THANK YOU!

Great customer service every time we are there!!!! If you don’t see it on the shelf just ask they may have it in the back. We were looking for arm warms last week and we didn’t see any so we asked. Did not get bothered by an inquisitive customer and lead to what will probably be a 4 bike purchase this year. (When spending that kind of $ I want to know what I’m getting and it’s the right thing for expectations or needs). Price on-par with anywhere else.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I went in looking for a second opinion on a set up for my stationary trainer because another shop had sold my boyfriend an incompatible wheel/cassette for my bike. They told him what I needed was unavailable or really expensive. Dan helped me tons! He found a different wheel with a cassette that works with my bike. He also gave it a good wipe down while it was on his work stand and it looks good for some spring riding.

Trek has top-notch service and products. Im never disappointed when I visit them to get my bike tuned up. Service is fast and dependable. People are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with them!

Good knowledgeable people in this store. We were quickly fitted by Michael with the right bike for a 10 yr old, with room to grow for years to come. The point of sale system that they have to use to ring us up, not so much. The poor gentleman had to enter our info 3 times, and it still didnt get retained.

I Visited the store 2 weeks ago to purchase a bike and a staff member explained they were open by appointment. The young gentleman took my information and said he would call me the next day. He never did call or leave a message. Recently I have left 2 voicemails to the Robinson store requesting help. Not a single call back. I went to the Wexford store and purchased the bike. The Wexford store was a great experience. Obviously the Robinson store has poor customer service. They are soo busy they do not need everyone’s business and they will never have mine again.

Chris in service took his time to explain the options for getting my 23-year-old bike into ridable shape. He explained the various levels of repair without any aggressive upselling.I ran a mental tally as he told me what was needed and was very pleasantly surprised at the final total he gave me.Im just back from my first real ride with the bike and it rides like new. It also looks new which was a nice added bonus.

I wasnt able to spend a whole minute inside the store and was questioned by every employee what I was doing in the store. My wife and I are looking to purchase a bike and are looking at different brands and styles to find what she likes. After telling the first 3 people we were just looking for now the 4th person wouldnt leave us alone and apparently doesnt understand personal space. We immediately decided to just leave and the salesman actually followed us all the way to the door and didnt let up the entire time. This is the second experience at a bike shop Ive had just like this. Its unfortunate because we are in the market for a new bicycle and want a quality product. I just want to shop in peace and I will most certainly ask when I need help or am ready to make the purchase. Sorry that I cant agree with the other reviews for this shop. (I wasnt joking when I said at the beginning I was only in the shop for 1 minute either)
