I known the owners for years they have good customer service very polite

Unacceptable customer service. Me and my husband stood in the store for 15 minutes and none of the employees even made eye contact with us. Maybe they would have if I spoke spanish.

Received very good customer service, so helpful and patient they answered ALL of my questions, and helped me transfer my phone line quickly.I switched service from another carrier and I don’t regret it AT ALL. I have this phone for almost a year and has been working perfectly, reception and speed of phone signal is VERY good,Over ALL I would highly recommend this Boost Mobile Store as well as Boost Mobile Services

Don’t come in here expecting good customer service. Buying your phone here and getting it fixed is basically a waste of time. Plus their charging cables are cheap broke after two uses. Waste your time a swap meet instead

I stood next in line for 10 mins to pay my bill and was not recognized at all.Finally one person became avail after they helped a couple people that walked in after me. Chapman st store in Placentia, CA. It was an convenient location, but would I go back to buy something, I dont know. Its not good customer relations to leave a customer standing in line that long and not say anything to that person. I was going to buy a cable for my S8 but changed my mind!! It said Boost Mobile on the outside of the building, but the person that eventually took my payment asked w,l,llif my transaction was for Boost Mobile? I answered Yes we went to a different terminal to pay my Boost Mobile bill for June/July.I thought that was an odd question!

I brought in an iPhone 6 plus in to get it fixed. There was a problem with the right side of the screen, but the phone was still usable After two weeks of them fixing it, I get the phone back and the lock button is now broken and they claimed that they didnt know what happened and refunded me my money. I took the phone to another store and it turns out they damaged the motherboard making the phone entirely unusable. Dont get your phone fixed here, its a waste if time
