I came in upset due to poor service with metro pcs and Mayra and Lesley were kind understanding and professional and helped me to keep my old phone number and also get a new phone. I would recommend to anybody in the OC area to come to this store. These 2 ladies were respectful and knowledgeable!

So walking into the store i got greeted right of the bat by Liz, she was very welcoming . She was so helpful and knowledgeable about what cricket has to offer, such as promotions and reward programs. She was so detailed about the plans and the so many options i had on the devices they had on promo for free and their discounted phones they had for selection . my cricket experience was great, thanks to Liz :)

Beware! Though Cricket has a good reliable service network wise, the stores are independently operated and some stores may have better service than others, this is one of the bad ones; This one in particular overcharged us, and refused to credit back the overcharge for a phone which they charged us at full price even though all phones Cricket sell are ALWAYS discounted. Unfortunately we trusted their business integrity and we noticed the overcharge afterwards. Go to another store if you want to use Cricket, not this one!
