I just switched over from Verizon to T-mobile today and upgraded my cell phone to the iPhone 12 Pro max. The workers here were super nice, sociable, and swapped me over within 10 minutes. No gimmicks, no nonsense. They ported over my number, explained the process in detail and I was on my way. 5 star service 5 star products 5 star experience. The associate named Duncan is the best there, he walked me through everything I needed to know and transferred all my contacts, pictures, etc to my new iphone 12 pro max. Best wishes man! Much thanks! C1x
Its ok the dont give you the right details you bought this and we will bill you amd I want an upgrade and dont included thinking you did and then your service gets turned off but I have internet
Worst customer service from any retail store I have ever experienced.....2 times now they have been rude, made mistakes and just out right unprofessional. I have abeen a TMobile customer for 14 years and this is how I am treated...Think again about where you buy your products and services
Ryan was the absolute best.
I came in on Monday night to move a business account with 8 phones over. Everyone was helpful and told me how easy it was and not to worry. After some trepidation, I activated 8 lines without porting anything and came back Tuesday to start moving numbers.First, they told me that two of my phones were not compatible, after assuring me the night before that all Verizon phones were compatible. Lo and behold they were not. $217 later I know have two new phones that I had not needed to change or upgrade. After purchasing the new phones, I was told it would take several hours to port the numbers and I specifically requested a Scottsdale area code on one that was never completed.I came back at 4:30 to port two additional numbers and exchange an I Phone on the promotion. They said it would take 30 minutes but 4 hours later no port and to top it off they entered the wrong pin and I was unable to access the account via 611. I was on the phone with several agents and told them to NOT PORT, and I was not going to switch due to all this confusion. They refused to listen to me because, guess what, I did not have the correct pin. One agent even went so far as to accuse me of FORGETTING the pin I gave them. (It was my Verizon Pin which I wrote on a sheet of paper, so highly unlikely that it was me. At 9 pm, I put back in my Verizon Chip and was able to get my work done.On Wednesday morning, my phone stopped working. When I called Verizon 611, they had no record of my number. so, I went back to the T-Mobile store. The gentleman said, “Oh so sorry, I saw your number did not port because I made a mistake and put in a dash, but I fixed it now.” So, after I notified the store manager by text and the 611 that I did not want to change, your company changed my phones anyway. I have now wasted 10 hours and was without a phone for most of Tuesday. While in the store, the assistant manager is rude and unhelpful; kind of like this happens all the time and she doesn’t want to deal with it. > I am stuck and unable to get my work done. Her resolution was that I go to Verizon, and resign up thus losing my plan that I had had for 15 years. I asked for the district manager or the owner’s information on the franchise, and she gave me a bogus email that bounced back twice. I called 611 asking for that information, and they were unable to even find the store listed or anyone that I could talk to.This should not have been this hard. The funny thing is the manager Stephanie assured me you were really concerned about customer service. I am sorry, but my experience has not even remotely shown that. I am sorry I ever walked into the store or considered using your services.
Went here to open 4 new lines and do the Carrier Freedom. Planned on getting the regular Magenta promotion for $140 per month, but the agent insisted that in order to complete the Carrier Freedom I have to be on the Magenta Plus, which was $170 per month.Just spoke with a different agent online and they said this is not correct; Carrier Freedom does not require one to be on the Magenta Plus Plan.If I switch now to the regular Magenta Plan, I will be paying $160 per month since the promotion is not valid anymore due to the fact that I am no longer a new customer. Well done.
Duncan was very nice and patient with my mom and I answered all the questions we had understood our situation and was very helpful. I would definitely come back here for anything else I need
Duncan was super helpful even though I was not T Mobike customer, yet ... greatly appreciated his knowledge and friendly manners
The gentleman that was working tonight was very sweet and kind and helped me out. Awesome service!!!
Not that bad
Dont waste your time at this store. Stephanie, the manager along with her associate who I disnt get the name of are very rude and unprofessional. We bought a samsung phone, and a timex watch there last week but the watch doesnt work. I went back in to exchange it, and had the displeasure of dealing with these rude employees who didnt want to stop chatting to help in the first place. I had to wait for an extended time when they had no other customers. At last, I managed to get out of them they didnt have a replacement. When I asked if they could help me locate a store that does, the associate said thats your job, not ours. Total waste of time and disrespectful.
Thank you, Stephannie and Nico. You were a huge help with my moms phone. You were super nice and helpful. Her phone is working perfectly now.
Came here to get 3 lines and the representative David helped me get 5 lines for me and my family. I got my bill pre generated for myself and he helped me make sure I knew what my bill would look like! The store was very clean and I would definitely come back!
Super helpful and very friendly!
Santa Ana TMobile location. Came in looking for a speaker. Luis was friendly and knowledgeable. Would come here again and recommend you do the same
Buyer beware! The TV adds state $40 per line. I was thinking of switching so I went to the store. Staff were really friendly, however nothing was anywhere near the pricing that is advertised. I was asking questions about the lines and phones and costs. I was told they would have to run my credit to be able to tell me actual monthly line costs. I did agree and I came back as well qualified. Im thinking great. I was also told the third line was free as a promotion. I thinking great, I am going to save a ton of money per month. I then get a quote for $150 per month only if you sign up and agree to auto pay. Its $165 per month if you dont do auto pay. I decide this is not what I want to do since now it is not that much of a savings over my current bill.It then gets better. I log onto t-mobiles website and act like I am a new customer and do 4 lines. Line 1 is $90 line 2 is $60 line 3 is $35 & line 4 is $35. What? Where is the $40 per line for 4 lines. I then decide I am going to do the chat with a representative. She then tells me the third line is free with the activation of 4 lines. Is that not the 4th line being free? I am also then quoted for 3 lines of $170 per month with auto pay and $185 per month without. Not even the same price as what the store quoted me. I then tell the rep I understand this was not her but to please pass it along it is not the best business practices. She then leaves the chat and passes me along to another rep. The next rep then passes me off to a third rep who never typed anything, A big shout out to Noelle on the t-mobile chat and the poor customer services that was received by both the store and online. Will not be switching back. I had t-mobile years ago and left at the time AT&T had the corner on the iPhone market.Boo T-Mobile Boo
Great staff and very knowledgable. We came over from AT&T and they made the transition very easy. Aaron and Gina are very friendly and very helpful.
Terrible, worst experience. i visited this store to add one line and change the old device. The young employee laughed at the machine, saying it was an irreplaceable machine, and just looked at his cell phone and said no.no,noHe even stopped talking to other employees, just looking at his cell phone and saying no.I had no choice but to go to another branch and add one line. if you step in and see these asian young man at this store, you’d better go somewhere else store.
I have been a Verizon customer my whole life. After breaking my phone, Verizon just wanted too much to get me a new one and I just couldnt afford it. I came into this t mobile to see what their deal was. Right away was greeted with a smile and they listened to my thoughts. After breaking down everything for me I decided I was going to switch to t mobile. However, they didnt have an v20s in stock and I was pretty dead set on getting a v20. The manager sent out a text to other managers in the area asking if anyone had a v20 in stock. Well a store in Fullerton did, and he actually went and picked it up for me. I was, and still am extremely impressed with this customer service, I have never had someone go out of their way for something like that. A+ store, zero problems, no unexpected fees when I went to swipe my card, and I now have unlimited data for the same price I was paying 6GB for at Verizon. I have not noticed any worse coverage like I was fearing. Overall, loving it, and I have this store to thank for that.
Great experience!!!
Store manager Alyssa was AWESOME! She was able to overcome an extremely difficult situation and turn things around so I will be a loyal and faithful customer for T Mobile. You ROCK Alyssa!!
Helpful and friendly. Got me in and out fast. Ill definitely come back here.
The employees could care less to get you in there. when you call on the phone they wont even check stock for new items they just tell you they think this or I think that and that if I want to wait I can will they check, then they come back on saying they think they have it still but theyre still not too sure. what is that about. its called lack of work ethic in todays youth evidently....
Love this TMobile. Staff is always nice and helpful. Great customer service here.
Staff is super helpful and very nice however the power for the wall that has all of the bluetooth speakers is out. Management expects the staff to charge them with a battery bank.
Charging me a sim at $25.00 to replace my old one is ridicules. The young lady basically shooing me off that theres a bigger client is buying a phone
Its exactly as bad as youre expecting, no worse, I promise. think of it as tithing, a debt you owe for living in modernity.
Ive never been treated so rudely.. this store must deal with some complete dirt bags !! I went in there and they treated me beyond rude !! I snapped back and on top of that they charge 123 for something T-Mobile charges 100 for !! And they charge 20 for SIM cards .. which is free from T-Mobile
Leonard was super helpful and patient. Even though there was a rude customer in the store that kept interrupting and wanting to be helped, he was patient and did not make me feel rushed.
I love coming here
Very helpful. Employees
