I came here because of the Google reviews and am happy I did. My computer just quit outputting anything and I did not know why. I thought perhaps mother board? But, not being a real computer guy had no real idea. They checked it out and got it going again for $38 which was more than fair. I was told what the problem was and showed, via another computer what they had done to fix it. Had they not be honest I cold easily have been charged a good bit more and told it was something that it was not. It was a bad contact of the memory stick to the mother board. Simple for a computer guy but a mystery to a novice. I recommend GP Computers based on the honesty they showed me.

I took my computer to this place because I tried to build it but something went wrong so i took it to this place because I saw some good reviews from google and yelp. I took it in with a box full of my old parts that i was trying to replace and they said they will take a look at it and call me within a few days to see what they can do. 3 days go by and they did not call me so I called them and they said that the main part of the computer is defected or broken so they said they will try to work on the old one and then I called a few more days later and they never called me, I had to call them to ask what the status was for my computer. So I did call them and they said they are still working on it because both my new parts and old parts do not work with my computer when trying to turn it on. I became really furious and called a few days later and they had said it is almost done and they ordered a new part and had said they will not charge me for it and when I had asked when it will be ready and they said by the next day and so i called the next day and they said it is ready so I went to go pick it up and they told me it works with the old parts they reinstalled and you have to turn it on by pressing the RESET button. I got really confused when they said because they told me something so differently. I had told them what they said and they denied everything. they charged me $125 for the repair. They didnt even do anything really significant that makes it worth that much to fix it. they just reinstalled the old parts and that was it. No new part was ordered or installed. if anything, they made it slower and made it more frustrating to work around school work and its not good. This was the worse service I could ever get when hearing all the supposedly good reviews that you see. Do NOT always believe what you read on the internet and save yourself the time and effort and skip this place, its a huge scam.

I tried Best Buy and Office Depot before. They both said it would take more than a week. Best Buy wouldn’t give me a set price and Office Depot said it would cost $299. I took my laptop here and they fixed it for less than 1/3 of that price and it only took a few days. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I just happened to find this repair shop on Google and it saved me! I had broken a laptop screen and they had the screen already in the store and repaired it within 2 hours for a great price! Definitely recommend.
