Received a very professional, courteous, and fast customer service which made me feel as a very valued customer. The minute i walked in to a clean, well stocked and display of all the devises MetroPcs has to offer, with good deals and plans, wrapped in a friendly environment really made a great difference in a day that had been not good at all. The customer service representative that assisted me with my phone upgrade answered all my questions, helpful, fast and professional. I highly recommend this store.

Worst service at this store, bought a screen protector, paid for it, it didnt fit my screen, they told me to come back the next day Sunday, so I did, it also did not fit, the guy working says come back on Tuesday we will have another one for u and a case for the inconvenience, I said okay, I come back and they still dont have my screen protector they tell me their going to order some n that it should be their Thursday I said okay he also said we will have your screen protector n case for me, I come back in Thursday n they still dont have my screen protector they said we just got the order but its at the other store well will give u cal when its here, they finally call me Friday n tell me they got everything, I come in guy puts my screen protector on but then tried to charge me for a case they said they would give me for the inconvenience, I told them why you charging me you said you where gonna give it to me, then he goes an says Im not the one who said I was gonna give you a case but the other guy working their standing next to him told me they would give me a case, just wasted my time and gas, They SUCK

I do not know when a dwarf and his dwarf nephew attending are very stupid and shocking to attend to the costumer for that reason I do not recommend it or would go to that place a couple of mensero and sangrones
