Had an A/C condenser line rubbing on a metal surface causing it to leak refrigerant. Brought it in for repairing and Don was effective and quick, had it done within 20 minutes. Gary up at the front was such a pleasure to deal with, greeted me with a smile. Even charged me less than originally quoted. These guys are awesome

Im positive I found my go-to auto shop. My catalytic converter was stolen along with the O2 line cut. My bf called many places to try to get it fixed and This was the best and only place to have it replaced. Don was great! He was reasonable and honest. Called Bills for muffler service after being quoted $550 by a well known nationwide establishment. I had never heard of them but shortly after walking in the door I knew I was in the right place. He put my car on the lift, showed me the issue, made a recommendation and shortly thereafter I was done. The price was great, not good, I mean GREAT!! Even better was the customer service. Kind and courteous and was offered drinks and snacks multiple times. The best part was hearing the results! I wish I had gone here years ago for my mechanical needs. I highly recommend Bills and after you go you will know why I do so. Great people and excellent work. He could charge twice as much and still be cheaper than other places. I’m actually looking forward to the next time I need something done. Have you ever said that about any kind of auto repair? I don’t leave reviews for places but after this visit I had to. Went here a few years ago for a custom job and flowmaster muffler. I was quoted $1000 -1200 everywhere I was looking but when I called bill he told me $300 and understood everything I needed. He was very welcoming when I got there even let me and a friend watch while the job was being done took basically no time at all they did a amazing job! Looked good and sounded good wouldnt ever go anywhere else

I went here for a custom muffler, it only cost $140 for a muffler and labor cost. The muffler is same-same with the Flowmaster exhaust, but what you get is a Flowmaster sticker on it. The exhaust was made out of Aluminum, the melting point of Aluminum is 1200F. So you shouldn’t be worry about the muffler quality. The staff was nice.

Bills Radiator feels like a home town shop with a great staff. Pricing is fair, diffenitly less then big name shops like 4wheel parts For a hitch. Plus there was not a two week hold and wait like 4wheel parts.

I had a resonator installed on a 1999 Ford Contour and so far the weld and everything has been great and the people who work there have great personality especially the owner .

They were very professional, fast, and, courteous. Firstly, they had everything I wanted for my exhaust upgrade. They picked up my tuck from my home because I was working and couldn’t leave. They had it back with an invoice for me to sign, my truck in the same shape I gave it to them except for the back exhaust tips and my truck growling like a beast. I recommend Bill’s to anyone in need of fast and great service.

New to the area a few months ago, I stopped in to change out my muffler to something that would give my vehicle just a bit more sound. I took their recommendation and couldnt be happier exactly what I was looking for! I have been reluctant to write this review until  a recently posted one star review had a very similar issue as mine.I had a check engine light problem that they claimed they could resolve.I believed them, and thought they had the expertise to fix the problem.Little did I know, they outsource the work to  other repair shops, inflate the bill they receive to include an amount for them and then pass it on for payment.This also explains why my car was in the shop so long. (my car had to wait in line at shops that actually did the work).Honest  shops inform you they don’t have the expertise and provide a recommendation or allow you to find someone, but, never charge you extra for outsourcing to another shop to fix your car without your permission.I will never use Bills, even for mufflers and things that are part of their name.I QUESTION THE TOTAL INTEGRITY OF THIS PLACE AND SO SHOULD YOU!!

Had my catalytic converter stolen off my truck so I contacted these guys to see how much it would cost me. Price was reasonable, so went ahead and brought my truck to them. Gary was there to greet me and he was awesome! He is a delight to talk to and is an honest straight forward businessman. Told me the work would take 3-4 hours and right on time he called me about 3-4 hours later to let me know it was ready for me and to my surprise was a couple hundred dollars less than he quoted me. I called and they told me the wait time would be minimal and to come in now. So I did. When I arrived, no one was in the waiting room/customer area. Through the glass I could see them working and Im sure they could see me. I was ignored for ten minutes.These guys might be great at what they do but Ill never know because their customer service is so poor.Edit: I came back to give this business a second chance. They were great. I was seen immediately, the problem was diagnosed within 15 min, and fixed in 35min. Outstanding job! Im glad I went back. I cant explain my prior experience; bad day? IDK. Anyway, I would recommend this business and I will return.

Went to them so they could install my borla catback exhaust on my 16 370z. Did an amazing job in a very short time period. Highly recommend people to stop by. Way better than most other shops, great experience and best of all, you know that what youre paying for is worth the work they do!

Asked for 3 inch. Got a leaky 2.5 in system. They did make it right with price but the workmanship is soso. Leaky collector and bigger welds all over the place. I just fixed it myself instead of going back. Guess they do a good enough job.

I enjoyed talking to gary. I needed a small radiator checked for leak.There were no leak so it was clean. I paid 80 dollars for cleaning.My price quote was 40 for cleaning up to 120 for repair. I thought that was high so I will probably go elsewhere next time.

My regular mechanic is normally up in Denton, but I had a car emergency and had to go somewhere more local. Everyone here was incredibly kind, professional, and laid back. When the car took longer than expected, they with no questions let me use one of their vehicles over the weekend, no charge. I had a small job...simply the installation of a hitch for a bicycle rack. Not a lot of money involved and certainly not a likely repeat customer.I was treated like a long time friend. From my first call until I left the shop, nothing but first class service. Gary new what I needed and verified the parts for my vehicle. I arrived at my appointment time and left 45 minutes later with the entire job complete, the instillation done quickly and expertly, professionally done, no muss and no fuss. Went there to get my boat trailer inspected. Super friendly staff. One of my brake lights wasnt working so they spent some time to check fuses and connections and turns out it was the plug. Didnt charge me anything for the time spent diagnosing the issue. Would definitely use again.

I took an Isuzu Rodeo in for an exhaust leak and they had it diagnosed and fixed in about 20 minutes. The price was great and they are super friendly. I had them do some work a few years ago and had the same excellent experience then as well- I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back in the future!

Go here if you want an honest answer to an issue. If you dont need a fix, they will tell you. They dont just charge you for things you do not need to have done.

Check engine light was on, took it into another shop and found out it was the catalytic converter and they quoted me $450. Called Bills to get a quote, was quoted $235 plus tax for a new catalytic converter. Brought it into the shop and the price never changed (+1 bonus point). They checked the code, diagnosed, and had it done in about an hour (+1 additional bonus point). Manager was great to chat with, very welcoming, and theyve been in the community for about 30 years and have one of the top most customer satisfaction ratings and I can see why. Will be going back here for all future emissions needs!

This place has become a joke! It has no parking and due to its location it has no real entrance, you have to snake around broke down cars from the used tire shop in front of it and if you drive a full size truck or SUV dont even think about attempting to pull in. My husband took a very small lawn mower radiator in hand on a Wednesday and was told to pick it up on Saturday. Over the next 2 1/2 weeks they kept telling him it was in line with the cars that came in???? Really!!! He had to go get it as they never fixed it, Can you imagine the run around you would get if you had a warranty issue after using this shop. Ha!

Had a drop hitch installed on my 2002 Dodge pickup. Bills radiator goes over and above to make sure you are comfortable with the work being done. When I dropped my truck to the hitch I asked about a concern with the shocks. The shop took the time to inspect my shocks and recommended only replacing the front pair at a reasonable cost.

This shop was great - I needed a new Catalytic Converter on my expedition . I called them up and they were able to fit me in same day. I checked the work after they did it and it was a great job. If I ever need any muffler/Cat work I will be giving them a call first.

I couldnt install the hitch I bought because the nuts in my frame were corroded. They were able to clean it out and install the hitch in under an hour. $60. While I had a nice chat with the owner!

I took my 1971 Torino there for a full custom dual exhaust, from headers to the tailpipes. The staff were very friendly and knew what they were doing, and the whole thing cost $100 less than what was originally quoted over the phone. The process ended up taking longer than I would have expected by a few days, but understandably so. I will likely returnIf my exhaust system need to be serviced again.

Took my 2009 Buick Enclave to Bills knowing I at least needed a new catalytic converter. I was getting qoutes as high as $1200, at Bills it was $425 installed. I also needed all new new engine mounts and transmission mounts. I had told them how I had recently spent over 4k on a transmission re-build, new plugs and wires and a new computer. They ended up giving me a price break on the 3rd mount which wasnt huge but the fact that they did that shows how much they value thier customers. I ended up having to spend $1300 but thats what I would have spent on just the catalytic converter at any other shop. Bills is my kind if place, nothing fancy just a garage full of talented techs and mechanics offering great service at a great price. They also drove me and my 2 kids home so my wife wouldnt have to come get us in some nasty weather. Just awesome. Thank you guys. You now have a new customer for life.

Gary gave me a quote over the phone for 80-100. Charged me 65. Upstanding guy and his team of brothers who did the exhaust work had clean welds and fast work! Took 20mins tops. Very well done and will always return to these guys! Highly recommended!

Took my sons Dodge Challenger in to install the rear hidden hitch. We already had the hitch with us, since it is a hard item to find anyway. Bills Radiator did a great job with the install. Have been there many times and will be back to install exhaust on my 1964 truck in a couple of weeks.

I have yet to order a radiator from these guys as mine is disintegrating but you would think ive been a customer for 20 years with how well they treated me from the first phone call.On top of the great customer service experience, I was also after a little 2 cents from these folks and that came second to none. I now feel I can make an informed decision with no question.I will certainly purchase the radiator from these folks in the near future.

Had a radiator replaced in February 2014 but something went wrong and was leaking transmission fluid, called them and took it back in. Gary had it looked at and came back with complete honesty as to what the problem was(mechanic made a mistake). They took care of the problem replacing the radiator, and all fluid, and was very apologetic. Gary also knew I could not afford a rent car for the day and loaned me the company truck. I had checked into several places for the repair and Bills was by far the best price in Plano.I have had the car back for two days now and everything is running great so far. These people are thieves. Ive been there twice. The first time was ok, but they still jacked up the price once I got there. So I went there again to get an exhaust leak fixed and to have an AC belt put on. They did NOT fixed anything. Juan and Bill are liars. What goes around comes around. Idiots dont care about repeat business, I guess. Will never ever go there again.

Best price, best people and the best joking around. Needed my Murano radiator fixed. Went to Sachse k&k auto repair quote and owner their, Dennis, quoted $1000. Asked Bills for same quote and it was $400.Dennis at k&k had too many certs on his wall trying to prove his worth. Not bills. Just genuine and honest part price and labor. Really busy so get there early.

Honest, they go out of their way to make sure the repair is done right but they do keep cost in line with the repair. Not many companies do this for the customers. This is not my first time at Bills and I am a loyal customer because they are loyal to me.
