Very honest and they do great work! Ive taken 2 of my cars into them now and both times they diagnosed the problem quickly and quoted a very fair price. They could have easily told me the issues I was having were something else, like another major tire company told me for my front end work. I will use Pawlak Tires for all of my automotive repairs and highly recommend them for your service needs.

The most honest mechanic I have ever found. Family owned for over 35 years. I have used them for many years and different cars (foreign and domestic) and the repair parts they use and the quality of the work is exceptional. Fixed right the first time. When I do get dealers and national chains to look at my car, and they recommend repairs that I need, I always say NO, and take it to Pawlak and tell them what these other guys told me needs repair. Pawlak will check those things out too and advise me on yes/no. Any used car that we have bought must pass the Pawlak Check Out or I wont buy it. It is family owned, so there are no loaner cars if you need to leave the car with them.

Poor service. Said they could have my tires fixed and my car ready by early afternoon. It ended up being well after 5 pm before they were able to complete the job.I dont mind if it is going to take until 5 pm as much as I mind them either (1) not knowing their business well enough to give a better time estimate or (2) knowing that it will take a long time, but trying to tell me what I want to hear to get me to give them my car.Either case is bad. I will not be going back.

These are my car guys. It used to be my Dad... but now that I dont live by him anymore, I call these guys every time. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and only fix what truly needs to be done... unlike the chains and national car places that only try to sell you more things on your POS car that youre just trying to keep comfortable. Racist old man. Told me its a 3 hour wait for a PLUG on my tire then when I told him I will come back in 3 hours...he then told me actually my tires are too big and i have to take my car somewhere else...i just walked away knowing he was just bullshiting me so i wont come back and he succeeded...haha I have factory tires on a Toyota rav 4 with factory 18 inch wheels...if I have big tires then what do they work on go carts...i ended up taking my car to a regular tire shop down the street and they just laughed when I told them what happened and did the plug in 1 minute..

My family has been coming here since they opened.
