Hard for me to understand the other reviews. We purchased carpet from the Floor Expo on the service road of 75 by 15th street. Installer, Juan, was on time and did a great job. We got great carpet at a competitive price, installed professionally, on time (arrived 30 minutes EARLY). We will definitely be using this Floor Expo for future flooring needs.

I spent numerous hours reviewing other businesses to install hardware floors in my house, but the quality of the products, unbeatable price and customer service is what made me decide to use this company. I already had a contractor that would install the flooring after I purchased them, but he cancelled on me at the last minute. I then reached out to Mr. Zubi and he instantly connected me with his contractors. They were on time and I was offered a good deal at high quality. They were very professional and installed the 2,500 sq ft worth of flooring in my home in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in renewing their hardwood floors. Im very grateful for working with Mr.Zubi and his team and Im glad of the work theyve done.

Great service with reasonable prices

Horrible company... Zubi was very unprofessional and rude. Carpet they sold me crumbled. Workers went through my stuff in my house and urinated on my bathroom floor. Never do business with this company.

I urge you to please, please, please go to any other store than a Floor Expo chain. They will take your money and leave you waiting. I purchased granite countertops and a backsplash from them with the promise it would be installed within 3-4 weeks. 5 weeks later, I had to delay my move into my new house since they had still not installed the items. Calls to the sales person were ignored for days and no one would give me an install date.The sales person (Ron) was just plain crooked -- once they have your money, you may wait forever with no recourse -- the contract states no returns after 15 days of purchase.In addition, the backsplash installers were lazy and put many of the tiles up crooked. We had to force them to redo large sections of the work and even then it was far from perfect.They also destroyed the back wall and had to redo it with updated hardi-backer. Floor Expo had the gall to call me and ask me to pay for this extra that was only needed because their installers screwed up. Yeah right is what I told them.End result is its not worth the risk. There are many other companies out there that are BBB accredited. Please use someone, anyone else.
