Ill preface my review by saying that it takes A LOT to earn my endorsement because sadly, most businesses in todays world dont give customer service worthy of an endorsement.Danny at Floor Hut is in a league of his own when it comes to customer service. Sure hes knowledgeable, professional and friendly but his true character, integrity and compassion make him an absolute Godsend. As a military veteran, Ive moved a lot and dealt with many flooring specialists and I can guarantee you that he is the best that youll ever find.Floor Hut carries quality products and is conveniently located as well so this will be one of the best decisions you could ever make for your home. Thank you, Danny, for the unforgettable kindness that you showed me. I will definitely be back!

Floor Hut installed our carpets for hundreds cheaper than anywhere else was offering. The installers did a great job. From removing the old carpet, replacing the padding, and installing the new carpet, it was all done quickly and without any blemishes. The sales reps were very nice and understanding. They didn’t make a fuss when we had to reschedule.

Floor Hut has an excellent owner and staff. Creswell and Danny treated me like family. There is no upselling or any attempt to provide flooring that you, as a consumer, may not need.While looking at carpet samples, Danny and Creswell allowed me to take my time to browse the ample selection on hand, and they even provided bottle water to ensure I was comfortable. They are both very knowledgeable about carpet and were able to answer all the questions I had. I felt very comfortable.The carpet installers were very friendly, and even showed up early to begin my appointment. I have no complaints about the quality or work at all. I’m very impressed and have recommended Floor Hut to my coworkers.The prices are very reasonable and were lower than other businesses I received quotes from.

We hired Floor Hut based on the positive reviews but was disappointed in the lack of professionalism that we experienced. We had engineered hardwoods in our home and had to replace all of the flooring due to a water heater leak. Danny was helpful in helping us choose flooring and setting up the project but it was the aftermath that turned the entire experience into a complete nightmare.When Danny came over to take measurements a couple weeks before, we had already begun moving the furniture to prep for the project. He told us not to worry about the furniture as the company would take care and move the big items. This was actually one of the main reasons why we went with Floor Hut as we thought this was a really helpful service and being parents to a newborn, every little bit of help was appreciated. We were also told they would tape off the kitchen and we wouldnt have to be present during the days of tear down and installation as Danny would be checking in on the work crew throughout the day.After the first day of tear down, I returned to our home and found all of our furniture covered in dust, including our couches, my grandmothers piano, our dining room table that we eat off of. The kitchen was not taped off, the entire pantry was exposed to the construction mess, everything on the counter tops were caked in dust. I was horrified. Not to mention, the guest bathroom which we allowed the work crew to use was also trampled with floor debris as well as urine all over our floors. It was a complete lack of respect for our home and I was left in shock and tears.When we told Danny our shock of what had happened, he said he wasnt sure why the work crew didnt tape off the kitchen and because it was a construction zone, a little dust was to be expected. Being a project manager, I believe it is his responsibility to make sure that whatever promises he made should be carried through. Also, because they have done hundreds of these flooring installation projects, it wouldve been helpful to advise clients what to expect when it came to tear down and installation. Looking back, I wish they didnt offer us the service of moving our furniture. We wouldve just moved everything out of the house and taped off the kitchen ourselves.As a result of the mess, I had to deep clean our home three times, take out every single item in our home including all the items in our kitchen and pantry, our clothes in our dressers, everything that was in the closets, because every single inch of our home was covered in engineered hardwood dust. When I talked to Danny and the owner about our experience, all they kept saying was its a construction zone, a little dust is expected. I politely asked for some compensation to help cover the cleaning costs along with loss of materials during the project (that amounted to over $1000) and they offered us $150 and I had to sign a contract stating I wouldnt post any negative reviews and they would not be responsible for any damages.I told them to keep their money as I would rather share my honest experience so future clients are better prepared for their project. Looking back, Im not sure why they wouldnt offer an extra service where they would cover furniture to prevent consturction debris from getting everywhere. We wouldve happily paid for that opposed to dealing with the headache we were left with. I gave several opportunities for them to make this right seeing this is a service industry but unforunately, they were more worried about getting their money than ensuring they had a happy customer.I will not be recommending them to anyone for any flooring projects and hope they learn to better communicate with future customers.

Excellent flooring choices, prices, customer service and installation.The floor and carpet installation crew is well managed and easy to work with, and Creswell is a great help. The prices are very reasonable and were lower than other businesses. We have recommended Floor Hut to our friends and family.

Excellent customer service and great installation crews. We have had them out twice to install hardwood, first downstairs then later to do the upstairs. Both crews were very professional, they got the job done quickly, and everything looked amazing. We’re very happy with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience at a great price!It is the second time we use Floor Hut. The first time was about 10 years ago to get carpet. This time, we decided to go for wood floors. Danny is very professional. The installers do a great job at cleaning up after they leave, and they work fast too, The best part is the price value for the product and service. It will be hard to beat this! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely perfect - from the time we walked in the store to the installation. We have four kids and brought them to the store and was surprised that they had juices for them! Such a cool bonus. Robert was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way and even called after installation to make sure we were happy with everything.The installers were courteous and worked hard. The finished product is wonderful. Could not be happier. 1000 sq ft of carpet was installed. Its beautiful and was a higher quality than Home Depot (and the bill was a bit cheaper too).

They are not professional at all. My prefinished hardwood floor are not flat at all. Every time I looked at my hardwood floor and it’s remind me how disappointed and how much I regretted it. First they didn’t even sanded the plywood floor before they installed the prefinished hardwood floor. The floor are uneven bump. I have to wait till next year to re do it or other option to re sand it.I would never ever recommend it. They are the worst service.

Danny was very helpful when helping us decide on which flooring to go with, as well as keeping us up to date and informed during the entire process. They came out a few days after our initial visit to the store, and then had our floors completely done in 2 days. They look fantastic, we love our new floors! I had the best experience working with Robert Sherman from Floor Hut. Not only hes very knowledgeable about the products I felt very comfortable with his advice. To give you context we had to get wood floors and carpet installed, instead of trying to sell us the most expensive option he was very honest about qualities and tried to match the best carpet to our needs taking into account the amount of use the carpet was going to take.During the actual installation he was very accommodating of our schedule and most of all he kept us updated during the entire process. Im talking about multiple calls/texts during the day. Im talking about progress, he himself going to evaluate the work of his team, getting hands on if needed.Highly HIGHLY recommend this company and I would request working with Robert when you do.

Everyone at Floor Hut is wonderful to work with. The owner was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in picking out the right carpet for our house. The ordering and installation was very quick and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our flooring choice.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Floor Hut. I received a couple of quotes from other flooring companies and their price was very reasonable. Phillip Klein did not try to come in with a Sales Scam and tell me how they were offering 50% off like Empire (who was also the most expensive and will target you with telemarketing afterwards). He was very professional and quick to respond throughout the entire process. Their installation team was top-notch, quick, and very-friendly. Its been about a month since the installation and everything still looks great. We will definitely be using them to do other work in our house.

There are plenty of flooring stores and installers in the Collin Co and Plano area. You can choose a better contractor than than this business for your flooring needsInitially, it was a good experience but when the install was not done correctly there was no management in sight and no attempt at restitution. Instead we were told we will like it as it is and our contact went dark after repeated attempts to get in touch with the ownership.

We were looking to buy new carpet and hardwood flooring for our home. After visiting a few flooring stores located in Dallas and Collin County, we decided to go with Floor Hut. The reason was the professionalism in dealing with us and answering all our questions, we got a good price to stay within our budget and that the job would be completed on schedule. The installation was great and on schedule as promised. Big thumbs up to Floor Hut. Would highly recommend using them.

This Floor Hut was recommended by two sources in our neighborhood Nextdoor site, so we called on them. The work was excellent, meticulously detailed and theycleaned up afterward. They cleaned regularly during the project and moved all our furniture back when finished. I would use the Floor Hut again and gladly recommend it to others.
