Nadine floors from start to finish were very professional. They really helped me choose the right flooring and tile for my home. I cant say enough about the installers and the installation process! So wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them. My house looks beautiful! I will definitely use them again!

Client from 2012 also evaluated in 2021- ISHMAEL and team did good work for us in the PAST- HOWEVER- in this instance, he gave me a price on a business card with no scope of work, and asked for 50% up front based on the price only with no description of the work, no terms, no schedule documented in writing- when I asked for a written statement of work/contract prior to sending several thousand dollars, he said approve the work first and I will write it out on the invoice. This is a REALLY TRASHY was to do business, it is UNETHICAL to ask a customer to make a large upfront payment or even to APPROVE/AUTHORIZE work without seeing the specifics of what is included- I have this discussion in writing on my phone if the evidence is needed- I would encourage others to avoid ISHMAEL and Nadine as this is a bad business practice.

We got our whole house floors (hardwood and carpet) and tiles and counter tops redone through Nadine. We dealt with Ismail and Kennedy and were very well taken care of.They both are polite and helpful and really care about their customers.Our house looks lovely and we are very happy with the outcome. thanks Devyani

We stopped by one evening and Curtis sold us some carpet, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Ten days later the installation crew showed up 15 mins early, totally prepared! They were courteous and very careful moving our furniture. The install was fast - these guys are professionals and know their stuff! All said and done this was an awesome experience and we will use Nadine Floors for all our future flooring needs!

We met Ismael at Nadine Floor in Plano when we went for tile shopping. He treated us very nicely and helped us a lot in floor selections and options. He is very kind and patient with us through out the process. Nadine floor installed our entire living room floor, and it turned out well. Nadine Flooring Company in PlanoTx. was our final decision because of several reasons, professionalism that the salesman Kevin showed us when he came to our home the first time.... price was very competitive, he gave some advice on little things he thought would make the job look great when finished.... I had several companies that advertise on TV about the specials they were running, but when they come out, the deal was not really a deal .... one of the companies salesman come out WITHOUT ANY SAMPLES....I told Kevin what I had in mind over the phone, he brought a few samples to the home and he nailed the right color ... it took us months to get the right company, but it was worth the search... The install crew led by Christian was so good at what they were doing, they work unbelievably fast, very detail on making the floor look like a showroom... if you get these guys in your home, tell them what you want and move out the way and let them do what they do best.. we are completely satisfied with calling Nadine Flooring from start to finish.... Went to the local Nadine Floors after visiting many of the local flooring showrooms. I knew what I wanted as I had seen a brand-name hardwood floor on sale at a great price at the nearby All-American Flooring. I met with Ismail and he showed me the same floors and gave me a pricing. His pricing was a little high originally but he was able to match all-American flooring pricing plus gave me another discount for a large purchase (1450 sq ft). I was happy and signed up waiting for the new floors to be installed.Installers came 10 days after. They were very professional. All of the furniture was properly moved and wrapped up in a separate room. The work began and it took about 4 days to completely finish everything. There was additional work as I had tiles in the entryway and some of the rooms needed leveling. The quality of materials used was top notch (they give 2 year labor warranty). The floors looks great (bring me smile every time I look at them). Very happy customer! I recommend them highly for your flooring needs.

Working with Nadine Floors has always been a positive experience. They replaced our kitchen floor about 6 years ago and we were very pleased with every aspect of the job from the courteous workers to the quality of the job. We hired them a couple of years later to put engineered hardwoods in our living room, dining room and hallways and were again very pleased. So when our house flooded last summer while we were on vacation, when we returned we again went to Nadine Floors. Ismael was again wonderful to work with and even though their work teams were fully booked for several weeks out, he was able to accommodate our needs to have hardwood floors installed in all the rooms in our house except the kitchen and bathrooms (~2000 sq ft). Because of his responsiveness to our needs, we were able to move back into our house a month after it flooded and that time included waiting on insurance adjusters. I highly recommend Nadine Floors and Ismael in the east Plano store.

The salesman was not pushy at all. They brought samples to my house and I chose one I liked. They did a great job with the installation. I had a minor issue six months later. They came and fixed it even though it had been a while since the install. Very professional. I would use them again.

We hired Nadine Floors to do remodeling in four different projects/areas. Remove carpet in Formal Living and put 18x18 tile, Remove carpet from stairs and put scraped wood, Remove stair wood spindles and put Iron spindles, Remove old Kitchen tiles and put larger tiles. We couldnt be happier with the excellent products and workmanship. Everyone that came in afterwards provided complements on the work. They stand behind their quality work. We would in doubt hire them again for any future jobs. Well done.

I had Nadine install an engineered wood floor in December of 2016,So far the installation is fine but I have had a few more scratches than I expected. I’m pretty satisfied.

I would not recommend this store. They showed me carpet with ~50oz face weight in the shop and installed the carpet with ~30oz at my home. I trusted them and didnt have a detailed contract. Very bad experience.

The Good: My countertops look great and the price was decent.The Bad:#1 - My wife went with our two kids to pick out the exact slab for our house only to be told when she arrived that color was not available, after the salesman supposedly checked and said it was. We ended up having to pick out another color and make a second trip to pick out the slab.#2 - The installers said they would be there between 12-2pm, then showed up at 9:30am without a call and then called us to find out where we were. We were not home and had to drop what we were doing and run home, the installer said he would try to wait on us, as if it was our fault.#3 - They cut the granite the wrong size for a standard refrigerator, we didnt know until a few months after we got the countertops when we got a new fridge and it didnt fit in our standard opening. We called to have their installers come out and fix their problem and were told it was going to cost an extra $150 to have them fix the mistake they admitted they made in the first place. To make matters worse they were 2 hours late.I cannot complain about the product, the countertops look nice. But their communication and execution sure left a lot to be desired. I will not be going back for my next project.

Dealt with several people and all of them contradicted each other on price and delivery. Not sure how the exact same product and measurements can be thousands of dollars apart. They offered no explanation either. They merely wanted to change the subject and pressed for a credit card. Steer clear of these jokers!

They given one price when came to get it price was different . Went up from 3.60 to 4 dollars per square foot. If you deal with them over the phone have them email you a quote . Or shop elsewhere.

Disappointed in their service. Called them to get a quote and they gave me one price. In a couple of days stop by at the store to buy the materials and all of a sudden they change a price and try to sell it for a higher price.
