I have had so many issues with my account since setting it up three weeks ago at another store in The Colony/ Lewisville (dont go there, see my review for that awful place). I went in here once to correct one of the many issues the other store left me with and the person that helped me was great.
I had a really great experience working with Spen to get my phone re-activated following the 3G shut down. Mine was mistakenly inactivated, so he helped me get a new SIM card and also helped me talk on the phone to the advanced tech support to get my phone up and running again. Spen was incredibly friendly and helpful, and throughout my time there (a few hours) kept the mood light and made me laugh. Much needed considering how stressful the whole situation (and day) was! I also appreciated how quickly I was helped, which is unlike my previous experience at other AT&T stores. Highly recommend this location.
We had bought new phones at the store close to our home in Albany TX. I received several emails from AT&T and each wanted to verify my identity. But the only phone numbers they offered were our tablets. I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with customer support and they finally sent me to advanced support and a message said they couldnt answer my call and disconnected me. So I was going to Dallas area and decided I would go to your store. We lived in Plano for 18 years and I always got great service and assistance from you. I went in on Fri the 16th. Brittany and Falon listened to my tale. They then set up AT&T on my phone and everything was solved. The verify site had our cell phone numbers in it. They were amazing and so patient with me. They made my day! They are assets to your store!
I just wanted to say Thank YouI just wanted to say Thank You to Mr. Myleke Carpenter, Retail Sales Manger who were amazing in helping me get through my bill with AT&T wireless. I was shocked when I received my bill and stopped by to different AT&T store, and didnt get helped and they told me that go to the store in Plano, Mr. carpenter patiently helped me through all of the charges and explained everything in detail.He also helped credit my account where it needed. I just showed up here at 8:03 PM CT to return a device I was trading in. The hours online list they are open until 9 PM CT. I was told I can’t come in because they close at 8 PM and was shown a sticker on the door that had different hours. I said can you really not let me drop off my device three minutes after you closed considering your hours are advertised incorrectly? It would have taken 90 seconds. Employee told me no. Mind you, I’m 9 months pregnant waddling around to run this errand. The customer service I was shown was appalling and I find it hard to believe that this employee couldn’t make an exception to let me return my phone considering he acknowledged that the hours online are not correct. So, it’s my fault your store doesn’t have the hours listed properly? I’m embarrassed for the managers of this store who can’t get their hours advertised correctly or train their employees to have some empathy. Do better and get your hours fixed. I clearly was not the first customer to make you aware they are listed wrong online. This isn’t rocket science.
Luis was extremely knowledgeable, and actually super fun to work with! Usually getting a new phone or updating your internet is a total beat down, but Luis kept us engaged in conversation and made the experience painless!Thanks so much, Luis!!!
Staff definitely needs a lesson in polite customer service. I explained my problem, Luis shrugged said android problem, I responded I have never had this issue until this week. So his response was network issue nothing I can do. Then sat back down. At the same time I was in, am elderly woman came in needing assistance. They told her to call 611. She asked if someone could help her with that. She was told no.

They said I had to wait a day for my order. Go straight home and call customer service to cancel order. Was unable to cancel because they said my order was at the store and had already been processed. I have spent 3 days dealing with customer service trying to get my voice-mail fixed after moving over from Verizon. No one can figure out the issue and now I have to trade in my 1 year old phone and pay more money to get a new phone so that I can have a working voice-mail.

I missed my appt which is my fault but I came at around 8:10pm. Online it says they close at 9pm on Fridays (I even took a screenshot to make sure) I came hoping I can still get assistance but the doors were locked and they wouldn’t help me. If they close at 8pm during the week, they need to update that !!!
I went to get a new phone yesterday, and Justin was phenomenal. My iPhone wasn’t charging, and before he tried to upsell a new phone, Justin tried fixing my phone first. Once I picked out the new phone, he advised me of all of the charges, showed me how to work my new phone and made sure my phone was working before I left the store. What a breath of fresh air. Justin is so knowledgeable and was very open and honest. Highly recommend asking for Justin for your future purchase.

Very pleased with my experience upgrading to my new phone. The staff and few customers that were in there all wore masks and practiced social distancing as best as they could, which was most reassuring, the store was very clean. Kendrick did an excellent job at educating me about the cloud, the exchange process, etc. so I wouldn’t freak out too much when he wiped the data off my old phone. He was most personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease knowing that I wouldn’t loose any of my data in the transition. Ask for Kendrick if you go to this store - he will take good care of you! He rocks!
My phone turns on WiFi when it likes. Screen changes when it likes. No control over my phone.
I love this store! Bree is the assistant manager, and she answered our million questions before going in. And she matched us with Richard, and they both worked with us to port us over from Metro PCS, which has awful coverage. The professionalism of both Bree and Richard is impeccable. There were other customers in the store, and Bree went in between them and us, answering questions for them as well. This store seems to have such a cohesive team that everyone knew what needed to be done no matter what they were doing. Bree leads a great team, and Richard knows so much about tech questions. I am thankful to have been with such knowledgeable and professional people. This is a true team. This team is an asset to AT&T, and if AT&T is astute, they will keep these team members happy before another company steals them!
If you enjoy poor customer service, no help at all when a problem arises (with a brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max), terrible management, literally no help or care to help at all, then this is the store for you!I suggest the Addison store or Plano 6000 N Central, the building is nice, the employees are nice, management is great and deserves to be managers, pretty much the opposite of the Plano store.
Justin Sath was incredible and exceeded my expectations. I go in every now and then to try to get help and I usually get brushed away because everybody is too busy on their phones playing around or what have you. Thankfully God graced me with Justin today and he was a total godsend
Justin help me with the process of getting my son a phone and adding a line to our account. He was very patient with me and worked with me to get it done I would recommend Justin always. When it’s time for me to upgrade my phone he will be the one that I go to.

Ison Rocha...So I got to the AT&T store today 3/8/21 at about 6 ish. I was returning a phone for credit towards my new 12. After spending 3+ hours over the last 2 days trying to figure out why I could not transfer all of my songs from my XR to my 12 I felt very frustrated. I got to the store ready to wipe my XR and walk out without 400+ songs missing until Ison Rocha told me about peer to peer sharing. Basically a way to transfer all of my data including my songs. I brought both phones home, connected to my Wi-Fi, watched a 2 minute video and not 15 minutes later all of my data (including my total of 1,100+ songs) where on my new 12.This may not seem like a big deal but as I mentioned earlier I spent a lot of time over a 2 day period trying to get this completed. That includes to phone sessions with Apple support staff one of which was a supervisor and a trip to the “Genius Bar” at the apple store at Galleria mall in Dallas Tx. None of which even suggested this peer to peer transfer. I bought extra iCloud space and started a free Apple Music trial which eventually charge if I forget to discontinue.Having said all of that, Ison Rocha has got me to do something that I never do and that is write a review for people or products or pretty much anything for that matter. But I am doing it now because of his EXCELLENT customer service skills and his actual GENIUS knowledge about a product from a company that even their own “geniuses” either didn’t know about or didn’t suggest. Either they dropped the ball and Ison Rocha grabbed the rock and stuffed the hell out of it. That guy is awesome. Thanks bro.

We had a very positive visit with Kayla and Bree at this location and highly recommend! We tried to add a line online but it wouldnt allow us to pick it up at the store. Kayla and Bree helped immediately and they were extremely helpful and positive. I highly recommend coming to this location. Everybody wears a mask and Bree makes sure handles are clean and people are safe.
We have been Att customers now for 20 years, and never had an issue with customer service. I wanted to write this review to call attention and provide recognition of our experience today 2/21/21 at the Plano Pkwy/Hwy 75 store in plano tx. The entire experience was great, but Justin S in particular went above and beyond good customer service. He was knowledgeable about every product, gave great recommendations and it was clearly evident that he took pride in the job he was performing. This has been a tough year for many, and tough week on top of that in the DFW area in particular, weather-wise. You would never know that from Justins optimism and energy and eagerness to find the best solutions. we are truly appreciative of his help and recommendations and wanted to make sure he receives the proper recognition.
I was helped by Sierra and she did an amazing job. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I left feeling like I got a good deal.

AT&T Plano is the store we visited today. Bree is who I initially spoke to, she came out to my department and gave us flyers. Firstnet is amazing you’d be throwing away money and good service if you didn’t sign up. This is for all first responders. Bree is the firstnet person there and will help with everything and she is the manager. I have unlimited hotspot now which you can’t beat for $45 a month. This is the easiest encounter that we have had since we have been with AT&T since forever ago. My wife left a review but we want to leave two! Thank you for your help!

The hours say they close at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, when I showed up at 8:25 p.m. I was told the store was closed and wasn’t allowed inside. I have a broken phone and no way of calling the store to confirm their hours. The store needs to post what time they stop letting people inside.
I went into this AT&T store to get some assistance with my new iPhone 12. It was a Saturday afternoon and VERY busy, but the wait wasn’t very long and I was able to take care of some business in another store close by. I was back in the AT&T store’s parking area when they sent me a text to come in. The young man who waited on me, Ison, not only took care of my needs with my new iPhone but also answered all my questions about AT&T Tv in which I am very interested.
Bryana W and Lakendrick Jackson were awesome. My husband and I drove from Denton to get her help with FirstNet for first responders and since I work in the ER this is perfect for me and we got the free Apple Watch! Also helped me set up HBO max on my phone.
I LOVE this location! Tennyson is my favorite rep, but I have to honestly say that all of the reps at this store are incredible. Ive kept my service with AT&T for over 20 yrs.

Not dumb but not interested employees I’ve ever encountered in any store. All I wanted was a connector for my phone to my car (which I found) and after being in the store for 30 minutes they were gone for 20 with the need to find the key to unlock the product from the “hanger”. Fed up I walked out, never to use this store again.
This AT&T store is the best! We have been using them for years and we always go back. Their customer service is excellent. Bradi Schiller has been our sales and service associate. She shares all of the options available to us and gives us great recommendations. She’s a great problem solver and never rushes us with our choices. She makes the process of buying/upgrading our phones go so smoothly. Bryana Williams and Bradi both showed us how to get the best plan for our needs and budget. I dont give 5 stars often, but when I do its for BRADI! Bradi is the most knowledgeable electronics rep that I have encountered in any field. I just bought my THIRD phone from her yesterday! The first time I walked into this AT&T location several years ago, I was lucky that she came up in the rotation and I was assigned to her. I told Bradi that I wanted to upgrade my phone and she told me all about the current (at the time) Samsung Galaxy Infuse 4G. Then, she proceeded to handle my old phone and the new phone like a boss! I was immediately impressed. She knew the phone she was selling AND the old phone and she didnt just rattle off specs. And, as if that didnt impress me enough, she set-up everything and transferred all of the stuff from the old phone to my new phone within minutes and then slapped on the screen protector just to show off! :D When it was time to upgrade again a couple of years later, I was so happy she was still there (although admittedly surprised). Same easy experience the second time. Yesterday, I saw her again so happy that she was there to help me make the transfer to iPhone, which Ive been wanting to try mostly to compare Apples camera to Androids. She got me all set up, slapped on my screen protector, again!, and off I went as an extremely satisfied customer X3! Thank you Bradi!!! xo

I had visited the ATT store in Plano to purchase the iPhone 12 pro max, and I did get it. But the store rep was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. As an example, I would have liked to get an esim. The rep did not even ask me for the option. He simply inserted the physical sim and then tore up the qr code for the esim. Likewise, I asked a question about how to transfer my data from the old iphone with the help of a pc, but he could not care less. Consequently, I had a problem, for when I connected the new phone to the pc, it said the software was outdated, and I would have to register it on my pc as a new phone rather than restore from the back up of the previous one. It got resolved but all this compelled me to write a negative review like this for the first time.
Richard was one of the best sales person. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Lucky for having him and it’s a great experience working with him.
Why have customer service staff, when all they do is tell you to go online to fix problems with their phones?
Pleasant experience. The At&t workers standing outside to help us. I like the idea of greeting without you ever getting out of the car. I was worried with Covid-19 but my daughter busted her screen and we needed to make a claim. She saved us from having to spend much out of pocket today. She even asked us if our family and friends were okay, which now a days is rare. It helped a ton that you are staying open. Example of brave front line employees. I could never thank you all enough.
Service was perfect. New phones way faster. Love that. 2 iPhones half price & 1 Samsung trade in for free. But the main reason I switched to ATT was better coverage in areas where I need to work around TX & Louisiana. Verizon claims better coverage, which might be true in CA or CO or certain Western states. But for everything East of the Rockies, it’s simply not true. ATT really dominates in the TX region for sure. I was even losing calls at times in my own home in the city.
Wow!!! I came I. There yesterday right before closing and was greeted right away by Justin. He seated me and asked me a series of questions to better understand what my needs were. He was able to get me onto my husband’s plan and off of my other carrier’s plan and into the best phone for our price range. He was more than willing to sit down and break down the pros and cons of the different phones the cost factors he even reviewed the special discount that they had with us twice to make sure that we understood the benefit of the discount and what our options were as far as surrendering an old phone versus just buying a new phone he was super smooth as far as his understanding he didn’t need to ask anyone for help because he completely understood the products that he was selling and the services that were offered by AT&T I feel like of all the times that I’ve had to get a new phone or fix my service this was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had because I feel 100% confident in what I purchased after I left the building! I think the other girl there Brittney or Bethany (I wish I could remember her name she may have been the manager) Was super helpful she wasn’t hovering or trying to interject she was just there assisting and it definitely made it a smooth process also because she was writing out instructions for us on a piece of paper so that we could go home and work on backing up one of our phones that needed to be backed up on Wi-Fi I thought that was really awesome of her as a leader at the store they’re helping out her associate and the clients in the store. We ended up going ahead and adding two phone lines and getting their awesome cable TV package if you haven’t looked into their cable TV it is totally worth it it is way better than going with the cable provider the channel selection is amazing and you can do a 14 day no obligation trial! I felt really confident leaving that store and I know that if I ever needed to run in there and ask any questions I could ask either of those two associates and they would definitely be able to help me!
Avoid this store if possible. The staff is arrogant, rude and they have no idea how to work a phone. They look for reasons to get rid of you unless you want to buy a product. My last experience was horrible and I can’t imagine these people manage to keep their jobs

Terrible customer service. Make you wait forever and they don’t give you any information you need most of the time. Cell phones are a big scam and you are better off just doing research and trying to do everything from either calling ATT directly or going online. I don’t even understand the purpose of this store other than to lose customers and waste people’s time.

Went went Sunday to this location and Richard gave us excellent customer service! He did everything he could for us. The reason for the 4 stars is the pricing for a hotspot/router plan is expensive.
Went to get phones for the kids and trade in my old iPhone for the 11 Pro Max and got a great deal on phones and service. Kenny and Breanna were so amazing and made sure we got our discounts for being teachers and even helped us bundle our home internet, so now we will have gigabit fiber for less than we were paying for 300 Mbps. I’m very pleased with the service I received, thank you Kenny and Breanna!

I have been a customer of this location in particular for a very long time. An At&t customer 25 years and counting. My husband and I recently met a young lady, “the African American” the gentleman mentioned. Certainly there is always several sides to a story but she is one of the nicest and most patient managers I’ve come across since being a customer. You try to ruin this young ladies image due to your personal opinion and gain is simply tasteless. I would give this location 10 stars without hesitation. Professional, caring and lovely customer experience. Brianna is always working hard with a smile, the girl knows what she is doing, go see for yourself.

That store used to be my favorite store but unfortunately after they changed the team it became the worst store ever. They have new manager her name B she’s an African American woman very rude have no experience in management disrespectful to customers and just one of the worst customer service had to deal with her be careful when you go there don’t ever deal with her please. Also few of her team members are a very dishonest so if you want to purchase anything make sure you read all the papers cuz as soon you leave the store good luck just be careful from that store.

I’ve had more than a few interactions with AT&T over the years, most of them good. But my experience yesterday at the 701 N Central Expwy in Plano was exceptional and that’s due to Tom. He’s a wonderful, kind man who helped me transfer data from my old iPhone to my new one. I just can’t say enough about him. Tom turned a tedious task into an enjoyable afternoon. Thanks Tom!
