Went to the store to purchase a cellphone, returned next day because it wasnt working properly and the attention on the store was AWFUL, the manager ROBBED me $60 for a cellphone case because the one they sold me was red and the one on the receipt was black so he didnt want to give me a refund, I thought verizon was a good company but with that type of customer service and how managers STEAL from people I decided to never comeback to verizon, honestly worst experience ever. DONT BUY AT VERIZON.

I came in to pick up a phone and set it up. I was helped by Ronald C. He lied, tried to upsale me on a device, and he used a condescending tone. Now I’m getting messages from him about a quote that I never discussed with him at all when it was clear that I was only picking up a phone, nothing more. I’m only giving it two stars because I’ve had better experiences here. Ronald was rude.

My wife and I made an appointment to get new phones. I figured it would take an hour but they got us right in and we were out in 30 minutes even though I asked a lot of questions. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience!

I worked with a solutions manager named Nick at this location. He was very rude, unprofessional, and impatient.He spoke in a hurry, even though the store was relatively empty (1 other customer with 4-5 reps on standby). He got increasingly frustrated as I asked questions to further understand the phone plan options and really did everything he could to make me feel dumb and intimidated. I also had to tell him No three times when he asked me to purchase accessories, telling me “you’re making a mistake”. Come to find out afterwards, their commission isn’t based on the phone sale but rather accessories added on, encouraging this type of deterring behavior.Besides the total lack of customer service, he was also impatient to the point of inefficiency. When it came down to needing to perform a two factor authentication he sent multiple requests before they were even received, voiding previous request and forcing me to switch between email and text slowing down the process. He gets more frustrated and doesn’t seem to realize that 5 seconds of patience would’ve prevented him from getting angry.Call me paranoid but at the end of the sale I’m almost certain he went to the associate closest to him and spoke poorly of me despite me being completely friendly the whole time (smiling, asking how his day has been, cracking jokes, thanking him for his help constantly).Overall very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, can’t imagine how easily theyd take advantage of the elderly or those technologically less inclined. Terrible experience and the low point in my day without a doubt. Don’t shop at this location

The guy that helped me sorry dont remember his name, but he was awesome. Came in to get my replacement phone set up. Because mine was cracked. He found that it wasnt my screen but the screen protector. Didnt even need the replacement phone.

Sales person was helpful to a point. My wife was needing to get a phone replaced that hot damaged. He took our info to look up the account and then gave us a phone number to call and get it replaced. My wife then inquired about repla ing the phone. We opted to get it replaced with a new model. This is where the service rating goes down as after paying for the upgrade, all that was told to us is we could just set the phones next to each other and they would copy data between them. Needlessly to say, that is NOT what happened. Took us over an our just to activate it since we still needed the old phone to activate. Plus another ding on service rating is my mother bought a tracking tile from apple and we received absolutely no instructions or assistance on how to use them.

Wow, what an amazing experience we had today at Verizon at 75th and W Plano! Tiana is the best employee we have encountered at Verizon over the years! Not only did she helped us find the best solution for a device for our son, but she did research and lowered the monthly cost of our bill! And thats not all! Shee offered to set up our sons phone when we received it in the mail! Thank you Tiana for being proactive and not only looking for the most economically convenient for us, but also good quality and great service. We would like to see more people like Tiana helping customers! Hopefully soon we will see her in a management position! Great job Verizon for having Tiana as part of your team!

As expected, it was a typical sorry for your experience, we can do better. They have time to leave this message but no time to reach directly out to me. I am literally on hold right now waiting. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 21 min. RIDICULOUS! Pathetic!! Take your business somewhere else. The inability for an associate to treat someone like this is a direct representation of their leader. This is probably why no one will call me or reach out in any way.

Verizon in all are a great network but the customer service has always been poor I all. Cant ever get anyone to answer if you call in with an issue. Person to person at any store is the same thing, theyre not really helpful. Always have to call in to resolve any issues, they themselves have trouble getting someone to resolve their issues or better yet ours the customer. VERIZON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY NEEDS TO IMPROVE!!!

Some folks are just better on the phone. Their natural demeanor is best reserved for customer service by phone to hide the body language. The guy who helped me out today is that kind of person. If small questions are going to get you annoyed then youre in the wrong business. Get off the high and mighty stool and just help me with my phone.

We went in to buy a phone today. Tim helped us out. He acted like he didn’t really want to help us and especially not after I said I didn’t want to get any extras like a case or screen protector. He kept trying to up-sell, which I get is his job, but he was pretty rude when we declined his offers. He didn’t activate my phone for me. He handed me the box still wrapped, never took the phone out, never demonstrated anything on it. He just got up and walked away. Never offered assistance or anything. After sitting there 45 minutes updating the phone and not getting anywhere, another associate said ‘just let it do that for 5 more minutes.’ We got up and left and went to another location to get my phone activated. Rockwall Verizon was more than happy to help us out. Little disappointed, definitely not what I expect nor have I ever received in my 10+ years as a Verizon customer.

The 2 guys I worked with yesterday were Extremely RUDE and incompetent. But when I call in customer,theyre professional and knowledgeable. If you go inside the store, make sure you have customer service on the line with you. However I went in the next day because this one is the closest to me and TERRANCE was AMAZING. I came to this store to upgrade the data for my jet pack, but it was like the agent there didn’t really want to help me out. No one let me walked into the store while the others could. The agent gave me the only choice is that I have to buy a new Jetpack with $199 to update to 30gb/ month. Meanwhile, at the other store they let me go into the store and I only had to pay $ 77 for the new sim and apply the data successfully. Now I got a place to go and never come back to this store.

They were very unhelpful. I had my younger son with me and they would only let one of us come in the store at a time. They were very rushed with us and we had to end up taking our phone to a different Verizon store because this location on S. Central Expressway was so unhelpful. They were not clear when answering our questions. Very frustrating and I would not recommend going there.

Very slow...i went to pick up a phone which i ordered online. The rep had to redo the order as the system lost my order. I anticipated in and out ...but it is taking more than an hour just to take my phone and getting phone book transferred... I wish Verizon looks into their store performances... If u need to be in this store plan for two hours then you wouldnt be disappointed.

I guess it depends on who you talk to. I went in to get an upgrade and the employee there was very helpful. I forgot his name but he was nice and got me my new phone quickly and even told me about a promotion that earned me a $200 gift card just for turning in an old phone. I was in the store maybe 30 min. Never dealt with anyone else at the store but this guy was great.

We have had nothing but great and positive experiences at this store. The salesmen have always been knowledgeable and the management has been more than kind and fair. My only complaint would be against Verizon and some of their policies, but not to anybody personally here. Weve always been treated great. We will continue to us this store and moreover, our salesman, John, as long as they let us. Weve transferred lines, added lines, phones, tablets, there isnt much we havent bought there and it has all been smooth. Time consuming, yes sometimes, but smooth none the less.

This has been our Verizon store since it was on 75 & Parker, and again they prove their customer service is great! Less than 2 weeks ago, for my birthday, my husband bought me a new iPhone 6 Plus and our daughter bought the fancy $80 case. I love both, but a week ago my phone fell off the bed, hit the carpet, the case popped off & the corner of the case cover cracked! I immediately wrote Casemate & got a case number but after nearly a week & additional emails, no other response. We went into the Verizon store this morning to see if they would exchange it since it was less than 2 weeks old, no argument, no questions, just happily exchanged it! Thank you for great customer service!!

Will never do business here! Came by and had one gentleman be very friendly and explain the process to upgrade my phone. Upon returning the next day after completing everything ihe asked me to do, the staff was unengaged with a blank look on their face. 3 salesman who somehow didnt have an interest in customer service. I will never come back. All because they did not have the new phone in stock like that was my problem. How about helping a customer source the product they are looking for?

I moved here from Oregon, having had a terrible experience with Verizon. Constant bill issues that managers promised to fix, but I would end up getting a bill the next month with the same mistake. Umm this is the best Verizon store in the Dallas area. They indeed get extremely busy and you will spend some time in the store. I guess thats why they have a seating area in the back corner. Anyways all Verizon stores are slow but this is the only one I will go to. They greet me when I walk in and they take care of me. Dont listen to other negative reviews some people on here think they are entitled to Royalty and never have to wait or always be spoken to. Smh (cry babies) Just be patient when you go and know you are going to get the best from your associate.

I guess it depends on who you deal with. My Droid mini blacked out on me randomly, and was not responding to a hard reset, so I took it in. An older guy came to help me, I let him know the problem, and he didnt even touch my phone. Gave me the insurance info and said have a nice day. When I tried to ask more questions, he noticed there was a woman coming in the store with a cable box or router. She was having trouble opening the door, but when he went to her, he opened the door just enough to tell her that they dont do that anymore and was actually not letting her come into the store. The woman had to forcibly open the door in order to ask where she needed to go, at which point he actually told her to leave. I guess their business is good enough that they can turn away customers in the middle of the day? On the other hand, Ive worked with Paolo a couple times, and he has been super helpful.

Do not go to this store, the staff there are incompetent and rude.Ive had a verizon line for over 2 years now and my sim was beaten down and old and with the new sims Verizon has I was told over the phone I should get a new sim card so that I dont have issues later, Good Advice. So I went to this store since it was close by I explained to the door attendant I just needed my sim replaced and he directed me to a sale person. So I explained the same so looked up my account and saw that the sim I came to replace had been in a tablet last, (which I sometimes do when I need to use my tablet but Ive switched between phone and tablet without issue before, also irrelevant) He told me he couldnt swapped the sims for me because the account showed a tablet. Then he went on to tell me that in order to swap the sim he would have to add a new line and activate my already in use phone again. I explained I dont understand why that is and why I have to open a new line if I just came in to swap the sim to a newer version. Then he started getting condescending with me and arguing that he couldnt do it and i needed a new line. There was no one else in the store and every staffer was looking and no one willing to step in, I got fustrated so I asked for my phone and old sim back and turned on the phone, told him to check the system and he saw it showed a phone, all call features worked and then proceeded to change the sim after getting all quiet.What ever happened to the customer is always right? Horrible service shouldnt have to be talked down to for a such a simple thing.Ive been to a different verizon store where they didnt even need my phone and just swapped the sim cards no problem and I just activated it at home.

I have happend to get to work with two very good knowledgeable reps at this store (Levi & Jarvis) They have been very professional and helpful. They were both very candid and I didnt feel like they were trying to spin things. I only rated very good because when my mom bought her phone here. she went in convinced she wanted a Droid razor max, shes not technical and they convinced her to get a HTC rezound... crappy phone and she wished she had stuck to her guns and got the Max. The other thing is they were shutting the store up early (about 10 minutes before closing time) and that makes customers feel like they are being an inconvience.

Staff lied about getting my replacement phone on time and i lost over $1500 because of it plus trip expenses. plus he was being rude because i wanted a direct answer from him and he kept hesitating on giving me one. Screen went black Thursday night went Friday at 2pm and asked to get a replacement they said it would get delivered over night I said it must because if it doesnt I need to know to find another way to prepare for my wifes trip I had pictures and other data that she needed for the trip. so phone gets delivered Monday I go to the store to get my data transfered and another associate says that because the screen is black and a replacement battery did not come with the replacement phone that they could not transfer anything. They are lazy and will tell u anything to get out of the store they are quick to take your money but not to solve issues. Eli Matthew Barton was the first person who we talked to from day one he was awesome and got promoted and now we are left with the rude, and lazy ones. As soon as I get the chance and changing carriers. All the negative reviews are pretty accurate.
