I travel for work and when my computer completely crashed and couldnt recover, I came here. It was saturday, theyre closed Sundays, and i was leaving early Monday morning. He said to bring it in anyway and hed work on it sunday. Apparently it was a bigger pain than expected, but he got it up and running perfectly by sunday evening. Excellent customer service, prompt, affordable, no complaints whatsoever. Definitely recommend.

Previously left and good review (by force of owner now) but i have new insight regarding this business.Awful and we will sue. i recommended him after he fixed my cracked working phone for cheap before i went put of town. then recommended a friend to go based on cheap prices.i had to use that phone to gps out of town hours later and it kept going black! i pulled over so many times in panic because phone was going black.now my phone is totally black and not usuable as of yesterday.he has had my friends phone for 3 weeks and has refused to give it back (after damaging it more) to see if we can take it somewhere else to be fixed.this is a police matter.

Ive taken my Android phones to Elephone on three different occasions. Each time the service has been excellent - The repair was perfect, timely and as promised. The cost of repair was very reasonable. The business owner is very personable and makes his customers feel important. I would definitely recommend using this firm.

I called 15 mins before the shop closed and he told me to go ahead and come. When I got there I originally thought it was just the screen but my phone had water damage he stayed 2 and a half hours after closing to fix my phone! He is a life saver and very reasonably priced.

I had to unlock my phone and even though it took longer than it was expected, they were very thorough about it and kept me updated. I tried to unlock it with my provider and it was a lot longer and much more costly than this place. Also, while I was waiting, I saw how the other customers interacted with them and they were very friendly and always happy to help. I had problems with Cellphone repair(CPR) but this will now be my go to, highly recommend!

I went to Elephone for a iPhone Battery replacement. It was holding charge for around 4-5 hours. not more than that. Elephone says they replaced it and if its not working good, they asked me to comeback and they will replace it. I get home and the next day its still the same, holding charge for the same 4-5 hours. My son checked my phone and told me that the battery was never replaced and it is still at 86% after they replaced my battery. I went to another store and they showed me that the battery was never replaced. So basically I paid money for nothing. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from this place. They do very shady things.

Absolute best and most seamless experience I have ever had with screen repair for my devices! I found this company on Facebook Marketplace bc I wanted to find a place somewhat local that I could just send my Apple Watch to via Mail, have them fix it, make my pmt over the phone, and then have them ship it back to me. Elephone provided exactly what we needed and had my watch back to me extremely quickly and well prior to the deadline that I needed it by. On top of that, they hand delivered the package and had it beautifully gift wrapped, as I was giving it to my brother-in-law as a gift (I broke the screen a week after I got it and just bought a new Apple Watch instead of repairing the screen so it was essentially brand new). My brother in law loves his Apple Watch and the screen replacement was flawless and works to this day like it’s brand new! I have referred these guys business bc I know they will get the work done in a timely manner! I own an original Google Pixel which had a failing battery. I called a national chain and they told me that the battery replacement would be $80. I called another national chain and they told me that because the screen is so delicate that most break during the repair process therefore they always charge up front for the battery replacement ($75) AND a new screen ($125) and if they dont break the screen they will refund the $125. I called ELEPHONE on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm and he acknowledged that the original Pixel is indeed difficult to work on but that he had the tools and expertise to make the repair. $65 and 4 hours later my Pixel was working like new. Thank You ELEPHONE!

INCREDIBLE service!!! Their prices are unbeatable as well. The owner was so sweet and hospitable. He was willing to close the shop down after my car broke down to help me. It’s a difficult time for everyone right now and this person runs a wonderful business along with his morals. Great service, friendly staff! I brought my phone in because the screen was popping up from the frame, they had to order a new part for me, which took a while but they offered a temp phone with my sim card in it to use in the meantime. Once the part was in they got everything fixed up good as new. Would recommend and will use again the next time I have an issue.

Took in a water damaged phone. He opened it up and showed me everywhere the water had made its way and what components were ruined. After discussing the cost, he recommended that it would be more cost effective to get a new phone. He finished drying it off and put it back together for me. I got home and was able to turn it on and rescue my photos that hadnt yet backed up. Im hopeful that his drying it out may have given it a slightly longer life.

Patrick fixed my Apple 3 Watch screen - glass had a crack and touch didnt work. I live over an hour away, and its not a quick repair. I highly recommend Patrick this Man has so much patience and like me he is a perfectionist if a bubble appears he will work and work til its gone and you know if you do it yourself how bad that is.I took my phone in with a broke screen and told him I had given up on the glass screen protectors because of the beveled glass he said he had the best and wouldnt have to worry about it coming off so easy like they say you pay for what you get you buy a cheap one which isnt cheap but 15 dollars is high when it doesnt last long at all I bought his and had the joy on watching him put it on this one on this one will last because he uses some sort of liquid that will make it stick better also he has an ultraviolet light that helps it shape to the beveled glass he shared this with me when he didnt have too he has my business and you should give him a try.

What a rare find! His phone screen repair prices are impossible to beat, and no, his prices are not low because he does a bad job. I had my iPhone XR screen replaced here and I was honestly skeptical.. but the phone looks and works perfect, even good enough to trade into Verizon for my upgrade! The laptop was given for fixing motherboard.Initial estimate was for 3 days which took 21 days after relentless follow-ups and absolutely no communication from vendor. Lot of scope for proactive communication. I was told parts are being shipped, wrong parts shipped etc which seemed excuses. Though the fix was satisfactory but it made me quite a few trips and follow up before it could be done. NOT SATISFIED !!

Worst and slowest service I have ever had. Dropped off my phone yesterday just to change my broken screen and it took him over 24 hours to fix it.I come the next day to pick it up, he said that it’s not ready and that I have to wait for the customer that just “ walked In “ to fix his phone first!!!!He told me to come back in 30 minutes, I gave him 1 hour and guess what? It was still not ready.....

Had two phones that needed work. Both were fast and easy. Patrick was very upfront about the cost as well.

While I was too much of a spazz to catch their names, the guys working at Elephone were really friendly and helpful. I got my Samsung Galaxy S8 Active battery replaced with them. They had to order the battery itself and that took two or three days, but during that time they were really cordial and gave me updates about the shipping. Once they got the battery, they were able to do the replacement in less than three hours and my phone was as good as new! They even gave me helpful tips for preserving the life of the phones new battery.

They did pretty great job on my s9plus. They fixed my broken screen with a really good price, and put a really high quality temper glass on for me unlike the one i had on before from a different store. My old temper glass was felt out after a week, but the one ELEPHONE put on for me sticks on my s9 plus similar to an actual screen.Highly Recommend this place.

100% honest review from my recent experience with this store, THEY’RE BAD LIARS !!! They don’t care how the customers feel or experience, they’ll tell you they’ll fix your thing in 3 days but it won’t be even done in 20 days . They take their time and waste your time, if you don’t want to waste ur time and money, I recommend you stay FAR AWAY from this place, I’m not satisfied with their work and behavior!!! They got me really mad, they told me that my IPhone will be ready in 3 days but it’s been 20 days I went to check they haven’t finished instead they blamed me for not telling them the exact problem, but I had told them everything precisely, now they’re just blaming me bc they didn’t fix it on time, they suck!!!!!

This guy can fix stuff no one else can. I have used him twice, once for a laptop that would not power up and once for my wifes laptop that was stuck on the black screen. Both laptops havent had an issue since. His prices are reasonable and work quality is great.
