Very competent, reasonable and straightforward pricing. I have been going here for all my phone services (including SIM card, international SIM support, battery replacement, screen damage) for past 10 years. Recently, I had my iPhone6 went completely blank. No issues with battery nor charging port. Mazar (Owner) had it checked for power circuitry on motherboard and fixed it. It not only works but survived all the data. Highly recommend this place. It is family owned and I would support individual business owners with such dependability.

Ive been to this place multiple times to fix my phone screen and I have been happy with my screen repairs. Prices are great! It doesn’t get any better period.

I am really confused, I went to go and get my phone fixed Thursday august 27. It is all nice employees and great price but my phone freezes up a lot now and I got a notification from my settings that says “important display message, unable to identify this iPhone as a genuine apple display” I click on more information and it says that there is some parts that are not real apple parts. Also I have less storage then before. I had 64GB and now I have 5GB this has never happened before and if you can please reply and tell me what happened that would be great! Thank you

This place is highway robbery. Stay away unless you want to blow money on cheap quality products that screw your phone up even more. The owners offer was to replace the screen again. If your products are low quality and you have known issues with them then change suppliers and quit looking out for your profit margins over customer service. That plan only works for so long until you are out of business because you’ve made a bad name for yourself.

Came here to repair the ic audio chip on my iphone and they did a fantastic job! They gave me a loaner phone because the repair was going to take a couple days, were very communicative, asked for a fair price for the repair, and on top of that gave me a 6 month warranty on the repair done. On top of that, they were very warm and open to answering all my questions/ concerns. 10/10 experience.

I loved this repair shop .... My iphone screen wasn’t working went to CPR and they told me that my screen needed to get repaired which would’ve cost me a lot but IPhone Repair Plano managed to fix my screen instead of replacing it without any charge ....even if the screen was to be repaired, their price is more reasonable than other places.... you can find good repair men who would repair your devices well but you can’t find good and ethical repair men that often. They could’ve easily made me wait saying they are replacing the screen knowing I was willing to pay but they valued customer trust more than unnecessary profit. Mr. Mazhar an honest man, provided us with excellent customer service, he valued customer relationship more. I would definitely highly recommend the place than any other good looking repair shops. I went Yesterday to go replace my battery and I know he didn’t replace it because I have the same problem still . I also asked him if he can fix my bottom speaker and he assures me that iPhones don’t have a bottom speaker and all I said was ok, don’t recommend this place at all .

We have tried several recommendations from Google but nothing worked.Being so hopeless, we decided to give a try to this place.The owner looked at my wifes iPhone and five minutes later her iPhone was back to life.
