Im new to pearlevision and I wish I had found them sooner. I tell everyone about how this location has the best doctor and the most amazing staff. All extremely knowledgeable. I LOVE how they focused on the fit of my glasses more than anywhere else Ive ever been and Ive had glasses for 15 years now. No more glasses slipping, no more having to adjust to them to look around the room better. The prescription is spot on. I love my glasses now! Im so happy I found this place.

Great experience with Pearle Vision at the Collin Creek and Preston locations (co owned). Knowledgeable, patient, worked with us on proper fittings. Husband got two pairs (transition progressives and transition progressive sunglasses and i got new computer/reading glasses). Our new go to for future needs!

Very pleased with my glasses from Pearl Vision. I have a difficult prescription (strong Rx + trifocals + prism). Tried 4 other vendors, none of whom could cut my lenses in a high-index plastic. Pearle Vision at Collin Creek said, No problem, and moreover, they cut the lenses locally at their sister store. Very, very happy with the glasses and the quick turn-around. Great service throughout the entire process.

I chose pearlescent vision because they were able to make my eye glasses on short notice. The prices are tolerable and the staff is friendly. The customer service has been top notch, I have a hard time comparing.

The entire staff is wonderful and helpful. The wait times are minimal, and when they tell you your glasses will be ready within ___ time frame, they are right on track. I will definitely be a repeat customer to this location.

They are very professional I recommended all but I need to say some thing for eyeglass department try to keep your promise you guys told me as I get my eyeglass with in a week now two week still I havent gotten yet I hope you will fix this problem

Dr. Benning is very patient, friendly, and kind. It was my first visit with him and he made me feel very comfortable. He is a very competent and knowledgable doctor. I highly recommend him.

We love this Pearl Vision. The owners helped us and are very knowledgeable. When they found a teeny tiny imperfection in the lens they fixed it very quickly. They were very patient as my teen daughter chose her frames (it took forever!) and they knew exactly how to deal with vision insurance. I highly recommend this location. They do a great job.

I had the true pleasure of meeting the owners Dawn & Jeff on July 3rd. I came in to get new glasses & sunglasses since I had gotten a new prescription. Dawn was very patient, detail-oriented, made sure that the measurements were correct, & had a great personality! I actually enjoyed this shopping experience!!!

Dr. Benning is a very nice doctor, probably the nicest eye doctor I’ve had!The staff are very nice and attentive; they are also very knowledgeable about glasses. It’s a great Pearle Vision store, I’ve been to others around the DFW area who weren’t as nice as the staff at this location. Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and great selection of glasses.

We came 10 minutes early for the appointment but they made us waited for more than 30 minutes. The worst customer service ever at an optometric center. Extremely rude lady in behavior & treating customers. Arguing with us on prices for insurance what they only have committed over phone twice. We will never come back here and we suggest whoever goes go at their own risk of waiting time & additional costs. I pity the old man who is trying to balance customer experience with his politeness.

Definitely five star service and quality. I purchased my glasses at the Preston one. Days ago, I was there badly looking for a frame to fit into my girlfriend’s glass which I accidentally broke the frame. The lady in store kindly and patiently tried out several frames for me. Finally, we got a satisfied one. Thank you!

I was able to get an appointment the same day I called! Staff was very friendly and Dr. Curtis was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained all my options very clearly and I never felt rushed in anyway. I will be back to this office next year!

The owner and staff are so helpful! I got a great deal on my glasses with excellent service! They even adjusted my glasses so they will not slip off my face. I have been purchasing glasses for about 5 years now, and I will not shop anywhere else.

This location is under new management and provides excellent service and selection. The old management was horrible. You should definitely give this location a chance if you want a wide selection of frames and great customer service!

I was here twice. First time to place an order and second time to pick up. Both of my experience were horrible. Associates were not knowledgeable about the insurance and product. They misinformed about our glasses being ready for pick up. There was lack of effort and willingness to work.

Very kind and helpful staff helped my wife with what she needed.
